I hope they will adjust some of their process as the customer service is outstanding so if the actual service was up to par these guys would be number 1 on yelp. First, they are great at communicating. Easy to get a hold of someone, easy to schedule, and I felt very confident in the service throughout the process until obviously the end result. I was first told a different price when quoted than what was on my invoice and told that I would get two experienced cleaners to get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. Wendy did explain to me the change in service amount and all that was included in what I was getting and I was happy and expectant to have a great job done. Only one gentleman arrived on scheduled time and I was also informed he was new to the team. SUPER nice nothing wrong him at all. I called to ask about the second cleaner and was told he would do the same job in the same amount of time. Now our house is perfectly clean and updated. We are just moving in and wanted a bit of a deep clean as the counters were dusty, ledges, mirrors, hardware, just little details. But on entering, you would never think it needed a cleaning unless you ran your finger across for dust. When we got back-the only thing that had been done was the floors. Quite literally the floors are the only we paid $130 for, which the floors were already clean and we could have easily mopped ourselves. A deep clean of bathrooms was supposed to be included and LITERALLY nothing was touched. Counters had not been wiped. Sink was already spotless so not even anything to do. Showers not touched, glass and mirrors not touched. Everything straight forward not even looked at. Kitchen not touched. No wiping down of anything. I am 8 months pregnant so the whole point of this was so I would not have to bend down to do these kind of things myself. We had the easiest house, no ceiling fans, no hard to clean areas, the house was already clean, it just needed a deep sanitize and at least a wipe down. We are disappointed and will not be using the services again. Nothing wrong with paying the price, it's that we did not get what was supposed to be included or even close. I could have done the mopping of my floors on my own. My house looks and is exactly the same as when we left. My only recommendation to the company, as they did offer to fix the situation and have the gentleman come back-it is pretty awkward to have the same one person come back and/or to trust he would even do it correctly when he already had spent two hours simply doing the floors when we needed that two hours doing the other items that were supposed to be included in the service. Again he was very nice but my home looked the same and I don't want to watch and tell someone how to do their job if he were to come back and just made me feel uneasy. I told him the same information when we left for the cleaning so it seems odd that they wouldn't have someone more "experienced" come fix this and send me back the new person that did not do it correctly the first time.

Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not (it was included in the service). 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor, which has never happened before! 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom, nor did they clean the tub/shower at all. 4) Cat hair was left all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wiped, and didn't wipe, the floor in one of the rooms due to the residue left. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust all over them and the counter underneath them was also dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned underneath. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted. I can say that the wife was the one who did the kitchen and she did a good job! The husband did most of the rest of the house and he did not do such a good job. I did like how he moved the couch to clean behind it and underneath it, though. Although, there was still pet hair left in some spots on the couch.

Rhonda accommodated my schedule by arriving at 5:45 am on a Saturday to do the initial deep cleaning. She worked 45 minutes beyond the 4 hours and didn't charge me extra because she wanted to make sure everything was done to her liking. She didn't take any breaks a cleaned the entire time. She's a perfectionist and that's an awesome trait to have when it comes to cleaning. She did everything I read other customers from other companies complained about. She moved furniture to clean walls, floors and baseboard. She wiped down all the framed art and left the glass streak and dust free. She cleaned my dining room chandelier and the ceiling medallion above it. My hardwood floors look amazing. She used Murphy's oil soap and mopped them properly. There's no haze or film on my floors. I don't know what products she used in the bathroom but it smells so clean and fresh and days later it's still smells fresh. All the rooms of my house including the hallway are spider web free. She spent a lot of time on a step stool cleaning hard to reach areas. I'm actually breathing better because my entire home is dust free. I made the right choice and feel so much relief.
