I was looking for cleaning services around the area and out of the 3 places I called, Crystal was the only one who picked up. I needed a move in clean the same week I called her and she was able to schedule time for me on a convenient day/time even though it was last minute. Both were already + from me. Later on, she went on to discuss about area she's going to have to work with, what my priority areas are and what the rate will be around. All didn't sound too bad, so I booked Crystal. Then, I texted her some photos and provided her my priority list and she texted immediately for confirmation. On the day of the clean, she texted me her eta and actually came earlier than scheduled. I was fine with it because it was an even better time for me. I walked her through the home and she understood what was needed and went straight to get her equipment. As I was chatting with her briefly, she quickly started getting to work and did not let time pass. I also give her props for not wearing gloves! She's ready to get down! Lol. After each area, I would check to see if it met my standards, and she would also let me know and explain if there were any stubborn stains, which I understood. I was pretty satisfied with her clean and she would listen to what I needed to be cleaned. I forgot to tell her to dust the windows and clean the shower glass doors, other than that, she finished the job within 3.5 hours as stated! I very seldom write reviews; I only do it if is truly good or not good. On the day of cleaning. For a deep clean move-in cleaning, only one lady showed up. Her name is Crystal. I believe she's the owner of the company. She say we got the best of the best cleaner today. After the completed clean up that day. I look through all the area she cleaned. I don't think she did her best as a professional cleaning service. My tenant showed to me that the glass doors to the shower, bathtub, and sink had not been thoroughly cleaned to a cleaner's standards, and neither had the interior of each kitchen drawer. If you look at every photo, you will notice that she is not thoroughly cleaning each of the area. I don't think she have the suitable cleaning solution to deal with each area or not knowledgeable as a professional cleaner. My tenant had to thoroughly clean each area again, and the results were much better. Besides that, this home is a rental. We ask for a receipt in person and texted. Almost two week now, we still did not get our receipt. Totally ignored. Lastly, as a professional cleaning company. On each job, you should be prepared to bring all of your cleaning tools you needed on the job day. She have no ladder and a broom with her. How can you arrive at a job without having all of the cleaning tools ready? So I have to go back to my house to bring her a broom. This is not acceptable. I suggested. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled cleaning service, considered ask for a references and insurance proof such as Worker's comp., General Liability and Dishonesty bond for your protection. Crystal did a deep cleaning for our house, and we were amazed at how new it looked! Our glass shower doors were calcified and we were told beforehand that most of it would be removed but likely not everything. But after Crystal was done, the doors were super clean and shiny. I'm so grateful that Crystal helped us do some arranging and tidying up. She arrange our stuff in a more convenient place, without being in the way of things. High Impact CS did a move in cleaning for a 3 bedroom and one bath home, and the result was decent for 3 hours of work. Crystal tried to remove as much grease build up on the kitchen counter and hard water stain on the shower tiles. However, the time spent on these tough cleaning meant not cleaning inside the oven, drawers, and bath tub. Although Crystal is quick and does good house cleaning, a deep cleaning job will require more time and perhaps better products. read more

Crystal first asked for photos of the areas that I wanted cleaned (optional) and was able to provide me with a good time and price estimate based on the photos.
