The eggplant is fried (or deep fried maybe) and has a really nice taste- the caramelized onions have a bit of spice to them and a reddish color and they go well with the Gruyère. The pizza is cut into 4 slices which are huge and floppy, that I need to fold it slightly, but it's still an enjoyable slice. The crust is really nice- usually I don't eat the whole thing but with this it's not overly thick or oily, and the ends are edible instead of being dense blocks of cardboard. The ambience inside is nice and it's best to come by for a pickup in the middle of a weekday when it's empty to get a quick order.
