Seriously the best pizza I've ever had, and I've been to NYC and Italy. The hand tossed pizza is just epic, especially paired with the great craft beers and wine they offer. One of my favorite pizza places (and definitely the best pizza place I've been to in Amarillo). The crust is thin and perfectly cooked and the toppings are delicious. I especially love how crispy the pepperoni is on the pizzas. I have tried a variety of their pizzas and haven't been disappointed yet. The sangria is also tasty and I enjoy the Greek salad. Good pizza, not New York quality. Wine list is B list and expensive. Biggest complaint is they underpour the wine. Charge you $9-$12 for a glass and give you 4 oz. Watched the bartender pour wine out of my glass and dump it, because she said she overpoured. The place is new. So, I expect the they'll cool down and realize people aren't stupid. read more

This is simply the best pizza in town! We have never been disappointed by a single menu item and crave only 575 pizza for our pizza fixes! The beer selection includes local Brews that have helped define their taps and give them an edge on all other restaurants. 575 staff is knowledgeable and always helpful with recommendations! Their homemade sangria is amazing and we always take a growler full home!! We love this place!! read more

The cheese pizza has a really thin sauce which may seem non existent. The pizzas with meat are terribly greasy. Overall just ok

We have eaten here several times, and the pizza is good. However, because they keep it so cold in there, we won't go back. We ate there on Valentine's Day and it was so cold that we were miserable. We tried it again this evening. The outside temperature was 35° and they had the air conditioning on. We asked to be seated somewhere warm. As soon as we sat down, we could feel cold air blowing down our necks so we decided to get our pizzas to go. I mentioned to our waitress that it was freezing in there and she agreed. She said that she always freezes when she comes to work. As we were waiting in our pizzas, we looked around the restaurant. Nine out of 10 people were eating with their coats on. The guy at the table next to us had a goose down coat on. Most of the staff also had jackets or sweaters on also. Then, the kitchen messed up our order and one of the pizzas had to be recooked...so he had to sit in the deep freeze for an additional 15 minutes. The last two times have not been good experiences. read more

I love to go to lunch at 575. The lunch combo is a great bargain and sooooo goooood.

We came here soon after this restaurant opened with friends and it was pretty good so we came back as a couple. It was on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. No one was at the front desk...so after several minutes we seated ourselves...then it seemed like we were invisible as no one came to give us menu's or take our drink orders. We watched as others were seated, waited on and served. Several people around us noticed what was happening and made remarks to us. After 30 minutes we walked out - telling what had happened to the girl at the desk, who didn't seem to care. Then about a year later we decided to try again and the same thing happened. Really good pizza, excellent beer selection. I recommend the Omni and add any additional topping you'd like. They are expensive though.

Decided to go for a late lunch at 1:30. We were seated and waited 15 minutes with nobody coming by the table. Several employees passed by the table without us being acknowledged. We had to ask the hostess if we were going to be waited on and she didn't really give an explanation as to why nobody had been by the table. The restaurant was not extremely busy to not be seen or noticed. As someone who has had years of experience in waiting tables, rule of thumb is 5 minutes for a table to at least be acknowledged. It will be a while before I return back to this establishment read more

The omni was delicious!!! They let you get half and half on one pizza. Great happy hour with $2 Dos Equis and a fun atmosphere.

The cooks burnt our pizza. The waitress brought it out to us to see if we still wanted it. We were starving and thinking it wasn't that bad or they wouldn't have brought it to us, we accepted. It was CHARRED, but the waitress didn't come back to see if the pizza was alright with us. WTF. read more

Great selection of pizza. I'm allergic to tomato sauce, so I love the option of a "white" pizza. The thin crust is very crispy and tastes great. The Sangrias are excellent, but the red definitely beats the white Sangria. Every time we have been, the staff has been great. Excellent pizza. Some of the best in Amarillo. High on prices and the absolute worst service ever are the reason for low rating. I waited over 2 hrs for a table for a party of 6 and never got one. I ended up leaving. Order out if you're willing to pay that much for pizza. I personally won't be back. read more
