Pizza was burned and salad was wilted. Would not eat here again despite the fact they have gluten feee crust.

Food was great, sangria is amazing, service could be better but other than that overall good experience.

We were driving through Amarillo on a toad trip and decided to stay the night. I was nervous about finding good food (being spoiled in Austin, TX has made me picky), but this place was great. The atmosphere was inviting and fun, and the place was rather busy for a Monday night. The spinach salad was HUGE, and we were delighted with all the fresh ingredients after eating snack foods all day in the car. Spending the night on the way through Amarillo our granddaughter insisted on Pizza. Wanted to try something local we "yelped" pizza and came up with 575. What a great little place, exactly what you look for in a hole in the wall local establishment. The help was great and the pizza was better. Highly Recommended. Great pizza, uncomfortable seating. The diverse pizzas have alot of flavor. They're really good. I'd give the restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for that terrible seating. You really do feel as if you're sitting at a table with strangers, but it's a little more uncomfortable because you have to pretend that you don't hear one another's conversations. Try the pizza. Holy gods of Pizza and Wine... This place can't be beat. It's phenomenal. It's the exception to any rule you can think of that says you shouldn't go here. Good choice by my friend JR. I didn't really know what to expect, especially since 575 is in a strip center that looks like time forgot back in 1962. I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is chic, and they have great gourmet pizzas. They also have a really good and expectionally low-priced selection of craft beers. I got the Mama's Little Yella Pils ($4), and it was quite refreshing. For pie, I got the Doro - chicken, red onions, pineapple, chili powder, and jalapenos - sweet and hot - the best combo ever! I got the extra small, which is about 6 slices and it was the perfect size. However, they have up to 18 inch pies. My colleague was able to build her own pie, and we got the 'Tine Trio for an appetizer which included Olive Tapenade, Spinach Artichoke Dip, and Bruschetta, which were all delicious (and I am usually not a big fan of spinach artichoke). We had a great waitress named Kamie, too, and the bathrooms were super neat and clean. I will definitely go back when I return to Amarillo. read more

Hidden in an off-the-path shopping center, 575 Pizzeria is a great choice if you like brick-oven, gourmet style pizza, yummy salads and a good selection of beer and wine. The place is a little snug. And don't worry when you drive up, the outside strip mall motif IS NOT continued inside. Inside there is a great lounge atmosphere and friendly staff. Ok.. so Im a bona fide pizza snob. And I have a preference to good NY Style Pizza. I know many have said this is the best pizza in Amarillo. If that is indeed the case this is sad... We are from out of town and were anxious to get our pizza. Upon entering the establishment I was excited as the atmosphere was good and the wait was long. We got our pies to go so no worries there. Back at the hotel. First impressions.. I'm sure glad we paid for extra cheese as the toppings were so sparse the pizza was not even covered. It was also very cooked I like pizza well done but burnt.. not so much. The wait staff was nice.. unfortunately thats not what I'm paying for when I order a pizza. Excellent! We were traveling through on our way to Houston and found this place on Yelp. The pizza was delicious. Lots of interesting combinations, both white and red. Thin tasty hand tossed crust. Our gluten free family member said the GF crust was very good- thinner and crispier than most. Our server was very friendly. Good wine and beer selection. Our only critical comment (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that, while all employees had their hair tied back or covered by caps, one pizza chef had a short beard and the guy tossing the pizza dough had a full, long beard and the dough came really close to his face while he was working with it. Seems like if health codes require hair to be covered, that should apply to beards especially if the beard comes close to the food. That said.... I'd still eat here again if my travels take me through Amarillo. read more

From Michigan, with dietary issues (vagan), and being beer snobs, we weren't sure what we would find in Amarillo. This place was an excellent Yelp find. My hubby's vegan calzone was the best he's ever had. My non-veg "green striped piggy" pizza was delicious (even cold from the cooler on day 2). :) the cool staff was knowledgeable and introduced us to a TX microbrew with the random "brown bag" bartender choice. This was a delicious hidden gem. Top five of pizza joints for me! We loved the local musician (guitar singer) and art. Well done! read more

I was visiting Amarillo last week and ate here two nights in a row. I love a good beer and they have one of the top micro brew selections for Amarillo. Very good pizza as well and a good atmosphere. Closed on Sundays like most other independently owned restaurants in Amarillo. It would be nice to see a better beer selection on tap but they have a good selection in bottles and cans. read more

Really really good pizza. The prices are pretty reasonable too. But the large pizza is really big (like 4 people can eat it big) so be careful there. The beer selection is also excellent. The only real problem is that there isn't much seating inside and the turnover is pretty slow so, if you go at the wrong time, you can get a pretty crappy wait. read more

Perfect for date night with my husband. We split a large salad and a small pizza. With the pizza, we go half and half. He always orders the bender and I like the Colorado(I have a tough time deciding which one to get because the choices are all good). Top it off with a beer on tap. The trio appetzizer is great too. 575 Pizzeria has very good pizza, excluding the white sauce pies (boring) and a good beer and wine list. The appetizers are also darn good. However, it's a tiny little place and is therefore always crowded on the weekends. If you show up on a Friday or Saturday night here, be prepared to wait. Also, the food is pretty darn expensive. This is probably the best pizza in town, so the price is probably worth it.... The Bentley and Edelweiss pizzas are personal favorites. read more

This is the BEST pizza in town! I love the thin crust and the fresh, yummy salads! The appetizers are wonderful, especially the Tine Trio -- olive tapenade, bruschetta and spinach-artichoke dip served with a heap of their pizza crust bread. So delicious! You usually have to wait quite a while for a table -- up to an hour at times -- but it is so worth it! They also have a wide variety of beer and wines to choose from. We go there 2-3 times a month! Impressive on so many levels! Stopped in for a to-go order on a road trip. I got a Greek salad and a small "ultimate" pizza for my husband and I to split. The large salad and small pizza was plenty for two! Great value! The food was fantastic and the service was even better! I had a short wait on my order and was offered a free drink while I waited. When my food was ready, they offered me fresh grated cheese on top and every little detail I needed to take to-go (crushed red pepper, more cheese, plates, forks, napkins). They even offered to top off my free drink and then held the door for me to exit. Awesome service and great food!!! read more
