I was trying to figure out what to do for our daughter's 13th birthday that wasn't too "little kid" themed and thought maybe we could do an early dinner before your typical crowd comes in. When I looked at your website it was like it was meant to be that ON her birthday you were having your special event. It was perfect. Food- she still prefers her safe food so her meal was the Golden Arches ;) but thank you for letting us bring it in for her. For mom and dad- this time instead of just appetizers we opted for an appetizer (garlic bread), and two main dishes: the pernil and the creamy chicken pasta. Everything was delicious. My husband took one bite of the pernil and I heard him say "oh yeah" lol. My chicken pasta was flavorful and had plenty of veggies and chicken and the portion was perfect for me to have leftovers at home. That garlic bread though-- you are not kidding around with that! It was very tasty! Thank you for the little birthday dessert, while we knew she wouldn't eat it, it was important for her to have the candle/singing experience. Then of course she made us eat it. (And yes it was also delicious.) Hope we can return on other nights both with our daughter and if ever possible for a mom and dad date night. There are many other dishes we want to try.

My excitement for the new spot in town was undeniable. It was the perfect opportunity to visit and celebrate, as we were out for a birthday dinner. We ordered drinks--El Mariachi and the Katana--and paired them with spicy fish tenders and skewer sensation. The cocktails were fantastic, perfectly balanced with flavors that masked the alcohol just right. After one drink, I was already feeling a pleasant buzz. Being a fan of Indian fusion, I was thrilled with the menu, even though it's limited. The spicy fish tenders didn't quite have enough heat for my liking, but I'll be sure to ask for extra spice next time. We went with both the paneer and chicken skewers, which were fresh out of the tandoor and absolutely hit the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us several times throughout the evening. The place had a decent crowd for a Thursday night, and we had a wonderful conversation with the owner, learning more about the place. I'm definitely coming back, especially to try their lunch menu. I went here with my friend and we had a really good time!! The servers were super friendly and accommodating. As an Indian, the food felt very authentic and I felt a sense of community with the people working. I also loved the ambiance and the color scheme. It is a little pricey but I recommend splurging a little to try this place out. I think it's so great that we're getting some more POC representation in the downtown area!! read more
