Super fun carnival spot was great and new seeing something like this at the mall. You can choose either a pistol or rifle depending on your preference. There are 6 targets 3 big and 3 small. They are NOT rigged. You can shoot them down if you can hit it. Small prizes for 1 win large prizes for 1+ wins. $5 a game $20 for 6 games. We chose to do 3 games each. It was definitely fun and fine for $20! We ended up winning a game and I got a small stuffed toy!

    Awesome prizes!!!

This place is super awesome and fun! The air soft rifles and pistols were well maintained and the targets dropped when they were hit. The staff was super friendly and awesome! Great way to kill time while waiting for Din Tai Fung!

Staff alike were very friendly and helpful. We came early evening but do not let my pics fool you- this place gets busy and crowded. It's really light on your wallet too; all you can play for a full hour. (Pay per player) Restrooms available. Parking structure directly across the street. Highly recommended!

Everything is set to free play with a paid admission fee. You can do hourly pay or a set price for all day play. There's probably about 60 different arcade style games ranging in many decades including 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s favorites. Pinball, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom (my jam), Super Smash Bros, Basketball Pro, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, Rampage (arcade game of my youth), Donkey Kong, Tron, The Simpsons and so many others. Soft drinks, great lighting, a spacious layout. Neon Retro offers cool holiday deals and specials, hosts fun events, IG giveaways and keeps the fun going all year long. It's still only $15 for unlimited hourly play or $25 for a day pass. No food is served here other than snacks (think chips and candy), but so many places closeby to eat before or after your Neon Retro Arcade fun!! It's not a barcade like EightyTwo or Player One so it's alcohol free. They're all welcoming and very personable. I do know they have a capacity limit and weekend tend to be the busiest until around 4 or 5 pm. Nights and weekends are definitely lower in foot traffic, but still great energy. I don't make it over too often, but highly recommend experiencing once or thrice. They just had a cool 50% off hourly prices for Bonus Level Loyalty Club members, and yes it's free to be a member :) Local street (meter), paid lot and garage parking available. Gender-neutral restrooms. Great for groups or just you.

I've never once seen a broken machine before at this location and their machines are always well stocked. Can't really say the same as other Round1 locations (ahem looking at you Burbank and SF Round1 - yall need to do better). It's never too crowded and I always enjoy my time here and don't feel rushed at all. This Round1 also has a Spocha which I've been meaning to check out. Pretty cool!

We also enjoy playing the racing games and ticket games. There is a prize room called the victory zone where you can go to redeem your tickets. The tickets can be saved up for bigger prizes. Aside from arcade games, there is a family-friendly bowling alley, multiple karaoke rooms, and time-based Spo-cha. By paying for Spo-cha, you get access to dozens of sports related activities like basketball, batting cages, trampolines, and roller skating. This is perfect for all ages. Sometimes there are small gifts like keychains and lanyards you can get just by reloading your game card with a certain amount of credits. This is a nice perk. Keep in mind that this arcade does get super noisy and congested. From my experiences, it gets extremely crowded at night, but is not too bad during daytime.

We had our daughter's birthday party at Funbox Arcadia and had a wonderful experience overall!…read more The staff was very friendly and helpful . Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. Thank you to the entire team for helping make it such a fun and memorable day!

Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

They host tournaments as well, and have plenty of tables and chairs for casual play. It seems like locals and visitors drop by to check out this spot. The first time we came, we did not receive the best customer service. We were asking for what cards they had available and the person at the counter had short answers and we were ignored no matter how many times we tried to get their attention. The second time we came, it was much friendlier and warm. They shared with us that tournaments for One Piece tournaments happen (at least for now) on Thursdays and Sundays. We are still "shopping" around for an LCS but we will definitely keep them in mind and come to a tournament to check out the community. I like how the shop has an open space feel to it and offer some food and drinks.
