I was looking for someone to install a Bluetooth system for my vehicle. I found this store through Craigslist San Diego. I made contact with Moe who offered a reasonable price for the part and installation. Steve, the owner, greeted me once I arrived in person and suggested upgrading my stereo for a Pioneer Stereo/Receiver that had everything I was looking for and then some. I left satisfied for the price I paid. When I arrived home, I soon realized that the new stereo did not have AM reception and the steering wheel buttons were no longer functional. I contacted the shop within the hour and I was invited to come back. I went back the next day and the stock radio was reinstalled with Bluetooth capability. They refunded the difference which made me feel satisfied and valued as a customer and person. I left the shop even MORE satisfied than the first time because they treated me fairly and made me feel happy about the service. Everyone who works in this shop is an honest person and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking for audio/video needs for their vehicle(s). I was referred by a friend and boy was I not disappointed. Had a stock 2015 Honda cr v stereo system and I asked I just want more kick and bass a fuller sound to surround my suv. Alex did not disappoint. He told me he would do the job right till there was a smile on my face. One of the most genuine business person I'm come across. I want to basically swap out everything in my car and he told me why there is no need just add an amp 12 subwoofer and 6 channel and I'd be set. He called me to let me know the progress and he was actually playing music from my car to give me alittle taste of what to expect. I came in with a honda civic 2003 trying to get parts for my amplifier and a radio and they offered me excellent customer service told me about my options and how much it would cost finally they said they would hook me up with an entire kit for my my amp for real cheap and not only that but it is a really friendly environment the only one in town hands dwon the best i am definitely coming back next time no one else can match them not only that but they are not afraid to help out people and get you set up that same day whether it be in store or a self installation that you want to do they have everything. I have to go back anyways but i can say that no one else would have wanted to help me out today with the same issue but they did they even got my car radio code for me for free honestly i would of probably spent like 100 dollars at the dealership for that. read more

By far, the best place I've gone to get a new Bluetooth stereo installed inside of my car! They were fortunately very close by where I live so I managed to stop by and see if they had any stereos that would be compatible with my phone. In detail, I was looking for a stereo that specifically had " Apple CarPlay" since I am big on having Bluetooth connections inside any vehicle that I drive. (More compatible for me personally). My mom and I were able to get that as well as a rear-view camera since my car did not have one. They were done within 5-6 hours and It looked beautiful! First of all I want to say been young everyone wants to take advantage of me. But over here with Alex and he's crew don't give you the run around or pressure. I been debating for a while ima system (yes shopping around.) but every question I have they answer and I don't feel like been push away, because I been here multiple times asking questions. First off, I work full time in the mornings as a single mom, so I couldn't get my car there in the early in the morning, he was kind enough to come to my work and pick up my car for me and leave me with his car so it would be able to get done in time. I brought my truck in for system installing Bought all new door speaker. In radio During installing they broke my window switch I took truck in to ask them why there is a screw they stated they installed screw to fix it since window switch wasn't tight which I know is bullshit my truck switches in entire truck was in perfect working order rush audio refuses to take responsibility so now i will file a small claim in take them to court since owner or employee are totally unprofessional I do not reccomend them I warn anybody thinking of taking their car here a whole lotta bad buissness here read more

Alex and his team spent 7 days working on my BMW they fixed my Viper alarm and they installed a new 10" screen with a new Pioneer 4600 DVD deck. Their customer service was superb! I would definitely recommend Exotic Audio to all my friends they fixed all the issues with my car that was noted from the previous installer. Word of advice stay away from stereo shops in imperial beach they will half install your stereo equipment.
