Regret coming here to get work done on my car. I got led headlights installed they worked fine but really dim so I decided to change them myself using newer brighter lights. While changing the lights I noticed all the damage they did to my car. They cut out holes in the covers just to make the led lights fit. Do not come here. read more

I got my speakers and Bluetooth done by this business around January 2019 but had to come back recently December 2nd 2019 because the toggle button on my car to turn the Bluetooth off ended up breaking off. I came in to see if they can fix it and they did it very fast and easy. Was hoping they fixed it for a cheaper price. Ended up paying $35 just for them to fix and replace the small toggle switch. Kinda wished I shopped around to see if I could've gotten it cheaper elsewhere. I went to this shop based on the recommendation and absolutely regretted doing so. The system they pressured me into buying had to get adjusted twice but still has an irritating feedback noise from the speakers. They cut and spliced wires instead of using direct plug-n-play speaker connections. I had pieces of cut wires on my floor carpet. Should've paid the extra few $ to have another shop do the work. The person who does the tint job actually does the cars for BMW of El Cajon! So I made an appointment for a tint job. I arrived on the appointment date and did not wait long at all. Called in to get some info on amps and they were really helpful and then they hung up on me while i was mid sentence. Not sure if that's the most polite thing to do to a potential customer. He asked me a question about my subwoofer that i didnt have the answer to right away and i guess this frustrated him. not everyone is an expert as these guys are. I m in the market to buy an amp and would've happily spent money there. I read the other glowing reviews and i m a little disappointed i didn't get the same amazing experience. i still need an amp for my system so if you guys can recommend a good quality 5 channel amp to push a 300 rms kicker subwoofer, with 4 6x9 rockford fosgate speakers let me know. I would rate more than 5 stars if Yelp allows me to , I purchased my own in dash stereo from Ebay trying to save a buck , went to a nearby local shop to ah e it installed, agreed to pay $80 for installation plus $25 for parts , paid $8 for Lyft , left the vehicle for almost 2 hrs then I got a call , it was the strep shop the device you got won't fit your vehicle , paid another $8 to get there , Got home , contacted the seller to have the stereo returned , agreed to return it with restocking & shipping fees $40 , so far my loss is $ 56 , thought to give another try before deciding to return the unfit item , then I found this amazing place , talked to the Owner (MO) explained the situation and he advised me to visit his shop to give it try , went in around 5:20 p.m Stayed at the waiting area ( ate a lot of Halloween candy ) , and boom @ 6:30 the device was already installed , everything fit in place , finally my 1998 junk car has a 2017 car model backup camera, an Aux & USB , he even gave me a free AUX cable , turned the device on , they even was courteous enough to go through the functions , when they discover that the Bluetooth is broken and not pairing to my device , they tried another phone with no luck , little bit disappointed with the product , however I was warned from Chinese devices over EBay, paid the installation fees $90 which even less than what the first shop asked for , when I was up to leave something even better happened , the owner asked me to come back if I got a replacement for the malfunctioning device and he will install it free of charge , I can not imagine something better when it comes to customer service and professional manners Thank you Mo and will definitely come back read more
