I asked if he cld get my hair to an ombré with blk and platinum, he said he cld do it but it would be a process. We scheduled the day and was excited to get this done. But it all went south from there. I was so upset during the process I even asked Eros not to finish it and leave it alone. I wasn't charged for this, because it was done wrong! He over bleached my hair turning it green, making it gummy and breakable like hay... when I washed it I cld barely pass the brush without it breaking. I decided to go elsewhere to get it fixed and that upset Eros so his response was "NOBODY IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO FIX IT!" He was right, it couldn't be fixed, I had to chop it off!!!
