They worked around my schedule and we got a date on the calendar with a 3 hour window. They were able to give me a call when they were headed to my house. That was helpful because I work about 15 minutes from my home. I was able to get home in time to meet the repairman. The rate is $139 for showing up, but that is applied to the work done. The repairs were professional and Jose explained the issue. There was a leak in the connection to the dryer. He fixed that issue and explained the condensation issue came from the dryer vent to our roof being clogged. He cleaned that out as well. I paid a total of $249. That was worth it to have everything safely connected and clear. They will work on all appliances. I highly recommend Zip.

Since my vent goes to the roof rather than the side, I didn't want to do it myself. We haven't used the Chimney since we moved in, and with this heat aren't going to for a while, but wanted it done in case we want to in the future. He set a specific time for the appointment, not a "window" time. He was within 5 minutes of that time, even with that little of a delay, he called and let us know. He was quick and efficient, I think to do both took him right around 30 minutes including the paperwork. He was polite and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
