not gonna lie, their corn latte it's pretty OK and all other drinks are good. It's just like the service that we experienced when we came there. There was me and seven other people in the group and we were still deciding what to get from the Cafe. The staff kinda suggested that it's better for their time to order altogether and just have us zelle/venmo each other, we felt awkward about it, and my friend said that he still didn't know what to get yet. Understand that with big groups, they want to take orders fast but sometimes it depends on the group too. There was no line too, and it was only us there when we came by.
Stopped by 6XS Coffee and it definitely lives up to the hype. The space is clean, minimal, and has a chill vibe--perfect for a quick coffee run or to hang out for a bit. I tried the cloud coffee and honestly loved it--perfect sweetness for my taste. Smooth, creamy, and really well balanced without being overpowering. Service was friendly and efficient, and the menu has a lot of unique drinks if you're looking to switch things up from your usual order. Overall, solid spot and I'd definitely come back to try more.
This review is long overdue, I came to 6xs Coffee on an early morning walk with a friend in downtown LA a few months back. and I really liked the vibe of the place. The drinks were definitely unique, we got a cloud latte and maybe a cinnamon one? Not 100% sure, but they were pretty and tasted good. They had oat milk, but I asked for regular milk and they totally accommodated me. The service was really great too, the girls working there were super patient and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool spot. I'm not sure I'd make it my go-to spot since there are other coffee shops in downtown I'd probably hit first, but it was a solid experience for sure.

We were greeted once we stepped a little further into the space; service was friendly. I ordered a Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and agave syrup to sweeten it up a bit. I enjoyed my drink. Great little shop to stop in for a matcha or coffee!
I can't say enough good things about 6XS dlta!! I was one of their first OG customers and have been coming here almost every day ever since, sometimes 2x a day! their coffee is obviously great! since it's attached to my building, it's incredibly convenient and has become such a key part of my daily routine. When I got pregnant, the team was so sweet and excited for me and always looked forward to hearing about the pregnancy and my upcoming delivery.. and after I gave birth, my husband picked up my first coffee fro 6XS for me, and they even wrote a sweet little message on my coffee cup! It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to me. Now that I'm a new mom, coming here with my baby has become one of our favorite little activities. It's more than just great coffee. The people here make it feel like a little community, and I'm so grateful to have them right downstairs
My partner and I have came here a few times for coffee and matcha have always been impressed. The shop is small with a good bit of comfortable seating and a handful of tables. They are also dog friendly and have treats available for dogs that come into the store. A nice touch, given they are located right next door to Petco! On our most recent visit we got a matcha latte and a dirty matcha. 6xs matcha quality is top notch, and they probably make one of the best classic matcha latte's in the area. The dirty matcha had a nice balance of espresso and matcha flavor and was a very smooth drink. Staff here is always friendly. It can take a few minutes for drinks to come out, but the wait is worth it for the high quality drinks they make.

I love this coffee spot in DTLA. I was just visiting the area and I found this coffee shop along my way and got their corn coffee latte special and it was very good. I love the taste and smell of the coffee while also get the aftertaste of the corn too. The coffee shop is also pretty spacious where you can work and chill and there are coffee beans and other products you can buy too. Overall really recommend this spot and the staff here is really sweet and friendly too!
Stopped by 6xs today for a coffe and saw that that had the oak susu latte, a corn oat milk latte. It sounded so indulgent and yummy that I had to try it at half sweet, and I'm so happy I tried it. The interior of the coffee shop is so cute and the staff is friendly too. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come to try another drink from this coffee shop!
Their coffee and espresso here is such high quality and good! I got the: Iced Banatte (5/5): This has banana puree, double espresso, milk, and a hint of cocoa powder. The banana puree and milk created a sweet, subtle creaminess to the drink that balanced the bitterness of the espresso so well. The espresso was high quality and had a nice deep flavor for added richness to the drink. The cocoa on top also added a nice subtle sweetness to the drink. Cold Brew (5/5): They have their high quality cold brew from the tall towers they use. It was smooth with a full bodied flavor with low acidity and bitterness. It was smooth and had a nice velvety texture!
This is such a cute little coffee shop! Baristas were very friendly & helped me decide what to get. I tried one of their most popular drinks, the cloud. It's an iced caramel double espresso latte with homemade cream which is so good. Also tried a garlic cheese bagel which was delicious! Would love to come back here sometime to do some work, they have some nice places to sit. So, moments after posting this a homeless man took my coffee & drank it lol. The staff was cordial but kindly asked him to leave. They instantly asked me what drink I had ordered & remade it for me free of charge and apologized! Not their fault at all but appreciated the new drink! :)

6xs Coffee is such a great addition to South Park -- the location alone makes it worth stopping in, but the coffee absolutely seals the deal. The space has plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, and a relaxed setup that makes it easy to hang out or get some work done. They also have pastries and light bites like croissants and bagels, which makes it a solid cafe for more than just a quick coffee run. Stopped by for an afternoon pick me and was immediately greeted. I received recommendations to fit my taste as well. So *claps* for amazing service! I ordered the corn latte (seasonal menu), which honestly sounded a little unusual at first, but it was so good. Lightly sweet, slightly umami, and such a unique summer flavor. One of those drinks that surprises you in the best way! Great menu, great atmosphere, and a fun coffee spot in an awesome part of DTLA. X'd this off my list and probs won't be back. 6xs had the vibes on the outside but not the quality inside. I've been on the hunt for good matcha in DTLA, and I had seen the other 6xs location on my algorithm. So I decided to give it a shot. The interior design of the shop is minimal and cute, I should've known from the pics of the matcha color that the quality is not there. Matcha is truly the hype nowadays, so as I've said before, a quality matcha powder is quintessential now. This matcha? Not my cup of tea, literally. Service wasn't the greatest either, but decent. Here's the clincher for me though. I let the cashier know I didn't enjoy my drink, and he asked if he could modify it with sweetener or more milk and I was just like "I just wasn't feeling it" (couldn't just say the matcha was outright terrible lol milk and sweetener wasn't gonna salvage it). So I let him know I wanted to order a different drink. But get this: the cashier let me pay for an entire second drink when I barely touched and was dissatisfied with the first. Now I don't mean to sound entitled, but typically if you don't like your drink, they usually make you another one for no charge, or at least that's been my experience both working as a former barista or in other coffee/tea shops. And, the dirty Ube I ordered instead was not it. Just pure liquid coconut sugar with a hint of coffee taste, no Ube. There were a good amount of clientele, so I shop must be at least half decent. But for me, I unfortunately can't say I'd come back. read more

Came here before a long concert and it kept me awake and dancing the entire time, which is no easy feat! Walking distance from the metro and Pershing Square, it was the perfect location with the perfect drink to give me all the energy I needed. read more
Very solid coffeeshop that I'll definitely return to. A friend and I tried it bc of the high reviews and I'm glad we did. She got the cloud, I got the Mello. Both were tasty and we both thought our drinks were perfect for our preferences. Cloud: balanced, not overly sweet and instructed to not stir drink but drink the layers as is. When you do you get to experience each layer at once and it's very smooth, very good. Pro tip: drink from the cup not a straw Mello: definitely sweeter but not in a diabetic way lol. I loved it. Was instructed to stir mine and glad I did. If not it's a huge gulp of caramel at the bottom waiting for you. Place is cute. A nice spot to have a quick catch up. Not a space I'd seek to work in bc I saw one outlet in the intimate place and most of its tables are too low for working but vibing lol. Will def be back! read more

we got the oak latte (sweet corn) and the 6xs mello + both were pretty enjoyable. the oak latte leaned more toward a stronger coffee flavor, so the sweet corn flavor was pretty subtle and not as noticeable. the 6xs mello stood out more because it was super creamy with a smooth texture and a light hint of caramel that made it really easy to drink. service: the staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations, especially since it was our first time. they made the ordering process feel easy and welcoming + the drinks came out really quickly. ambiance: super cozy and minimalistic with that clean korean cafe vibe. it's a great mix of study spot and casual hangout! the seats were also super soft and cushiony, which made it easy to stay awhile without feeling uncomfortable. read more
Coffee shop in DTLA at the bottom of an apartment complex. I ordered their cloud drink which was espresso vanilla milk with their sweet cream. Espresso flavor was really light and drink was a little too sweet for my liking. Food: Overall 4/5 - Iced matcha latte with cold cream on top (5/5): I really liked their matcha latte with the cold cream on top. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess from the cold cream. My bf got their iced melo drink and also really liked it, so we were both impressed with our drinks. The matcha had a nice umami taste and paired well with the oat milk. - Chocolate sea salt financier (5/5) - Nice little pastry to snack on before getting actual lunch, but this financier was soft and fluffy. I liked the chocolate coating on the outside with the sea salt sprinkled atop. The financier was chocolate itself, so it was pretty decadent, but since it wasn't a big pastry, it wasn't overwhelming to eat. - Spicy garlic cheese bagel (1/5) - We weren't fans of this bagel. It tasted like a regular bagel that you can get at any grocery store, with sliced cheese on top, sprinkled with chili flakes and drizzled with honey. I couldn't taste the garlic at all, and the honey threw me off. I won't be ordering this item again. Service: Overall 5/5 - Ordered to go, but the service was great. The staff was friendly and made suggestions on what to order since it was our first times at the store. The drinks/food came out quick, we probably waited around 10 minutes. Ambiance: Overall 5/5 - The cafe was big and spacious, with ample indoor seating area. The walls are painted bright colors and they sold other items like plates and hats, giving it a more cozy vibe. I'm obsessed with 6xs and I'm so glad they opened a second location. I'm usually just an iced americano gal but this spot is the one place I go for a froofroo drink because the Malibu Latte is so amazing. I typically don't enjoy sweet coffee because it feels like you're just trying in vain to cover the bitterness of coffee without success but this one really completely masks the bitterness but has this beautiful milky taste. It's so delicious. read more
I thought the place was super cute! I had their Malibu latte which I really enjoyed. A little on the sweeter side, but I do prefer it that way. I think mixing it altogether gives it a more balanced taste. Parking is ridiculous, so that makes it a bit stressful. I just parallel parked adjacent to the store, and put on my emergency lights. Which was a bummer because the place is cute to sit and lounge in if you had the time. read more
