While there are plenty of 7 Brew Coffee locations in my own city and many places I regularly go, it seems I only end up at one when I'm doing a drive home from Huntsville to Nashville and as such, I've ended up at this location multiple times. We had the friendliest service on our recent stop. The coffee itself is always great and the price is fair for what you get. read more

This isn't my typical location I go to, but I was outta town for the weekend and 7 Brew is what I needed to keep me awake during the night since I didn't want to go to bed. To help pass the time, they have music playing in the background while waiting on your drink. For a Saturday night, I was expecting it to be busy, but didn't have to wait at all. Ended up getting an iced coffee called Smooth 7 that an employee recommended. It's has Irish cream and White Chocolate Breve. OMG, I just wasted $6 on a cold brew, 10 minutes of my life waiting for it, 15 steps to the sink to pour it out and another 5 to throw away the cup. I ordered a large cold brew with one shot of SF Irish cream. To say it was bitter is an understatement. It was so bitter that it caused me to pucker. I can't even describe how off putting it was. My last sip was over an hour ago and I still cannot get rid of the aftertaste. I take full responsibility for the cloying sweetness of the beverage - there were signs telling me the sweetness levels. I ordered a large drink with one shot of syrup. I know in my normal world, one shot is the perfect sweetness for me. This was so sweet it might give you diabetes just by looking at it. I just went on their website to see if I was missing something. Nothing about the ingredients was listed - I was hoping to find something saying that the baseline coffee is sweet but I found nothing that could explain it. What I did find was kind of amusing. This is copied and pasted directly from their website "OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE YOUR VISIT THE HAPPIEST PART OF YOUR DAY. ONE STOP AT 7 BREW FILLS YOU WITH SO MUCH WARMTH, YOU CAN'T HELP BUT SHARE IT WITH OTHERS." Can't say I remember a single smile. I definitely didn't feel anyone exuding warmth. What I do remember was the music blaring out of the building into the drive thru line. I was on the phone with my dad when I pulled up. I had to hang up and call him back once I left. Hands down the BEST place to get coffee. Its convenient to go before work or during lunch break. They have a wide variety. You can adjust the sweetness of the drink too and add extra flavors. I have been enjoying 7 Brew for a couple of months, since one opened up in Fultondale, Alabama. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. They are always cheerful, even when it's pouring down rain and/or freezing outside. I've been to all three locations in Huntsville and have enjoyed my visits. Very pleasantly surprised with this drive through coffee shop! 4.5/5! When I visit again if I have as good an experience as the first time I'll update and round up. I pulled through at around 1:30 a week or two ago looking for a refreshment. There was no one in line so I was able to pull right up. Maybe I missed something, but I never saw an actual physical menu anywhere. There were signs where you could scan a QR code and that's fine if there's a line to wait in but a little awkward if not - or if you don't have/can't use a smartphone. There were also a couple of specials written on the window near where the staff members were taking orders. Luckily, I was greeted by an absolutely sweetheart of an employee - I wanna say her name was Madison - who was so kind and helpful! Since there was no one behind me in line I was able to Google and pull up the menu and take a moment to look it over. Madison was also happy to provide recommendations and lots of great info about their products and specials. She also got me set up with their rewards/membership. Getting points seems easy and so far the notifications have been very minimal and not annoying. I wound up ordering a medium iced German Chocolate original. They have calorie info posted which is nice (though also a little ouch haha). I don't remember the exact price but it was definitely less than $6 which is really pretty good for the size and quality of the drink. One small disclaimer is this definitely seems to be a place for people who like their coffee drinks sweet. That's perfect for me (big fan of caffeine and dessert in a cup), but just something to be aware of. Their menu says they can customize sweetness though, so maybe you can make it to your liking if sweet drinks aren't your thing. Anyway, I loved the German chocolate! You could really taste the coconut AND the chocolate. It was delicious and pepped me right up and was perfectly cool on a hot day. I finally had the time to swoop in here and give their coffee a try. I'm very happy to see they can adjust sweetness levels and for those who don't like diabetes, I recommend cutting it in half. For me a medium, with an extra shot and half the sweetness made the perfect coffee. They also have nondairy milk options. I tried the cinnamon roll, and I would order it again. read more

I drove out of my way this morning to try 7 Brew Coffee. Sat in my car with my arm out the window while employees scrambled around taking orders. They skipped around between cars in no real order and took the order of the cars behind me but skipped mine. I waited for about 5 minutes in line before getting to the front where I informed the employees no one had taken my order and I was just going to leave. They laughed and told me to have a nice day. This happened to one other car I was in line with. I wanted to get a good cup of coffee but this place might be too cool for me. Even the concept of a "good" cup of coffee is pretty pretentious now that I think about it. I was there on a Tuesday and saw a sign advertising the "Tuesday special." I had to squint to see it which was "double points". So you kind of have to buy into this place as a club to really enjoy it. read more

I usually have an amazing experience at this 7 Brew. However, that was not the case today. I went today around 7:15 pm and I ordered a drink for myself and a pup cup for my dog. A female employee gave me my drink and asked me what my dog's name was, to which I responded. She then laughed and said, "lights on, no one's home", while looking at my dog. I looked at her and gave her a confused look, to which she repeated, still laughing, "light's on, no one's home", again, referring to my dog. For those who do not know, this is something someone says when someone looks dumb or stupid. I, obviously, love my dog very much. She is in fact, not dumb, but she is actually very smart. An insult to my dog is worse than an insult to me in my eyes. So, I did not appreciate this comment whatsoever. As this was extremely rude, I had nothing to say so, I began to drive away. As I drove away, with my windows down, I heard this female employee say to her coworkers, while still laughing, "I just insulted that lady's dog!". She said it in a manner as if she were proud of herself and was bragging about insulting a stranger's dog. She repeated again to her coworkers that she had, "just insulted that lady's dog" while laughing. A male employee then said, while laughing, "she didn't seem happy with that". At this point, I had driven out of the drive-thru and could hear no more of their conversation. This was extremely upsetting and very rude. I have never seen this female employee before and I hope to never see her again. I wish there was a way I could get in contact with whoever runs this stand to let them know about this employee's extremely unprofessional and hurtful behavior. I thought that 7 Brew prided itself on its employees being nice and friendly to customers so, this was a complete shock and letdown. I am disappointed and conflicted now because I love this place so much, but I feel like I cannot return. I am very frustrated and disappointed. Would give 0 zero stars if I could. I will be telling friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who will listen to not return to this location. read more
