No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. First there is a service fee to come out to premises, which is understandable but what is not is the lack of communication from management after 3 weeks of nothing but dead air after the new tech found yet another issue with the unit that was not found when previous tech was on site after the new install. Been trying to get a resolution on this matter and keep on getting nothing from anyone. While their customer service may be OK on certain aspects, their management and ownership lacks a single ounce of Customer Service Values. I'm sure if it was me having to service their issue they would be trying to get answers as-well. They can't get one of the mitsubishi mini-split system heads to work, they made another appointment but didn't show up, no notification to me, and now they are refusing to communicate. This mitsubishi mini-split has one outdoor unit and three indoor heads. The tech put more freon in without measuring it and then withdrew some without measuring it just to try something. Now the 2 heads that were working are not producing as much cold air than before. Chills on Wheels is not living up to their contract and expectations. Now they are not returning phone calls or any other communication.
