I called company and They sent the same man back out and he should not be representing a well known company. He was rude very rude! I will never use them again. A few days later, my father-in-laws house froze up and you know who I called. This time Chris came out, texted me when he would be there and carried all the parts he needed on the truck. When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible.
