Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Customer service definitely will not be returning here again. Thanks for nothing Update: this is the owners response lol, I cannot make this up. Someone get these people a E-book on customer service and operating a well managed business that isn't just focused on $$$ and cares to establish trust between the customers and public. If im wrong then George bush is still the president

Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Wasted my time and money.

This place is awesome. Hit a pothole on the way back from work. Lost all tire pressure. Debated calling AAA or driving it back home 10 miles. Since traffic was super slow I figured I'd take it slow and nurse it back home. Glad I did. Stopped in. Poly was awesome. He took a look at it super quick. He said they charge $5 to check out the tire which is pretty damn reasonable if you ask me. He saw that the rim was damaged but the tire was fine. Asked if he can try a fix, it works pay me, if not just the $5 for fixing it. And it worked! Heck yeah! Always gonna go back here for my tire needs now. Very glad I stepped in. I had a screw in my back right tire and I had called to see if they had any time on a Sunday afternoon to just patch it up... they did. The second I pulled up, they asked me to back in and right away they went to work. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was the fastest service I've ever received. Rolled in on a spare and needed a used tire. Guys were ok there but they were telling me $50 for a bald ass tire. Left real quick. Like it was probably more dangerous to drive on the used tire they tried to sell me then my spare. Idk if the owner charges that much or the workers try and hustle some money but $50 for a bald tire is crazy, I've never spent more then $20 on a used tire. Went up the street and got new tire for $90. read more

I arrived home from vacation on an early Sunday morning with a completely flat tire that couldn't be patched. I called 7 Days Tires because they were in my 7-mile towing radius. I'm so glad I did. Mike had the size that I needed and it took 15 minutes to get back on the road. They are the only place you should call for used tires at a great price. read more

After driving around and calling different tire shops to see if they had the tire I needed I finally found this tire shop i was beyond happy he had the tire I needed because I didn't have time to wait for someone to order a tire and then go pick it up.the original tire I had told him I needed he had in stock but turned out I needed another kind which lucky he had in stock too(they have a wide variety of tires) so I didn't have to wait long I was in and out in about 10 mins or less. Mike didn't try to hustle me into buying a more expensive tire he told me which ones where better which tire would last me longer. I will definitely be back to get more tires. So If your looking for great customer service, quick service then this is this is were to come to. read more

I needed my two front tires replaced and got a quote from half a dozen different places. Mike offered the best price by far and didn't try to get me to pay more with a bunch of needless add-ons like a lot of other places do. He offered two good prices, one for new tires and one for a couple of used ones that looked like they were in good condition. I opted for the new ones to be on the safe side and he had me in and out of there in no time. What more could you ask for, right? Will definitely be back. read more

I went to this place 2-3 months ago for the first time when I was on the verge of getting a flat tire. In a matter 10 minutes, they fixed my rim and I got a new pair of tires too. I went back to them when I got a screw in my tire. That got fixed in like 5 minutes or less! I went there again last week for the same tire to get the rim welded (so many tire problems right?urghh) and they tried to keep me as satisfied as before! read more

I came in to 7 Days Tires because my car would not accelerate as you could see in my video. I was extremely nervous and I showed them that my air intake hose had a tear and they immediately began helping me. The owner called to see if they could get the part I needed and within 20 min it was there. Martin the mechanic got straight to work and showed me my air intake hose was actually completely torn, mind you I had been to another mechanic not to long ago, Arleta Mufflers saw how ripped it was and they didn't tell me I was lucky that I'm nosy and went up to see what they were pointing at. Turns out as Martin from 7 Days Tires continued working on my car him and I both noticed the workers at Arleta Mufflers DISCONNECTED MY O2 SENSOR !!!!! I was APPALLED to say the least they purposely tried to fuck up my car !!!! Safe to say I am extremely grateful to have ended up at 7 Days Tires the experience overall was amazing and I would rate 10/10 if I could they were extremely friendly and got everything done within 30 minutes. I literally scream out of relief and excitement when it was all done. Thank you guys again 5 stars really isn't enough. The price was also extremely affordable and no where near what I was expecting read more

Came here after a blowout. Friendly guys that seemed alright helped me out. I came back a week later after another tire went bad on me. They knowingly gave me the wrong size which caused my tire sensor to read incorrectly causing swerving over 65 mph. They denied it. I came back for a replacement and they tried to sell me a tire with a HUGE bubble on the side. Then they acted as if they didn't notice it. They finally were able to replace the tire after waiting a week. THEN the first tire I bought here went bad after having it only two weeks. Never ever come here EVER. We will see if they are just and give me a refund. I'm not going to hold my breath... read more

The owner is the guardian angel for my 2006 Bmw 330ci. When ever it comes to my unlucky nature of attracting nails and them puncturing my tires to needing tires because of burning out at the drag strip in Irwindale or even just natural wear, he is the best man in the valley. He's a very charismatic man that doesn't try to sugar coat anything, he tells you what your options are, the positive or negative consequences, and the price. In a world with deceitful businesses, he gives me hope that there is still some honest and well rounded business men/women. read more

Customer service is top notch here.. my lug nuts were too short for my new wheels so Mike (the owner) personally drove me to 2 different auto part stores to get the lug nuts I need for my car. If it wasnt for him i wouldn't have have car back that day. What a guy.. I got great tires at a price I didn't even have to negotiate for.. it was that good of a deal paired with that kind of customer service just leaves you feeling taken care of! I came in to have two tires replaced. When they didn't have the right size tires for my car, the shop owner, Mike, was very helpful and willing to work with me. He ended up driving out to hand pick the right size tire for me and brought back two options for me to choose from. On top of all that I got a great deal on the parts and labor, Frankie the tire pro did a great job. I drive for uBer & Lyft and while driving the freeway my car was shaking badly when driving over 60 mph. It was Sunday so thank god that 7 day Tire was opened. My tires were beyond bald. I only expected to change 3 tires since I don't get paid until Wed, but they changed all tires for a great price. Which allowed me to get back on the road to work. When I called this shop, however, they wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate without actually seeing the car. I had spoken with the manager, Sevada, over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, David. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He genuinely took the time to understand what I needed and how they could help, which immediately set a different tone from other places I had contacted. As anyone knows, car repairs can be expensive, so I was preparing myself for a hefty bill but the owner went above and beyond to help make the cost more manageable. I truly appreciated that level of consideration. Sevada handled ordering the parts, and they were flexible enough to schedule me for a time that actually worked with my availability. When I brought my car back in, Akop completed the work and I was very impressed. He was incredibly efficient and got everything done on his own in about two hours. I was back on the road with the rest of my day ahead of me. From start to finish, the level of care, honesty, and professionalism stood out. It's not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I'm really grateful I found this one. Instead of answering professionally, the employees became visibly irritated and told us that if we didn't trust them, we didn't have to get service there. To make matters worse, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, an additional $40 was suddenly added with no clear explanation. Customers have every right to ask questions before spending their money. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to understand the service they're paying for. I would not return, and I do not recommend this business based on my experience.

Roadside assistance gave me a jump and explained that my battery might be bad but my alternator was reading 14 so it most likely is a bad battery. Got a brand new battery from AutoZone thinking my problem was solved. After having to get another jump I brought it to Pacific on Friday and was told I needed a new alternator and was even shown the reader that read 12.44. I explained what I was told just 2 days before but the mechanic who put the reader on my car kept saying it needed replacing. Another guy then brings me in the office to show me the part costing $881 on the computer and proceeds in a dramatic fashion to tell me it's expensive but labor isn't big so he'll give me a good deal taking it from $990 to $840 and they can do it today. I would've been insulted if it wasn't so funny to me that they would think I was that dumb. After getting the BS speech I let him know I'd need to call my brother. While waiting I had already submitted requests for quotes on Yelp and immediately took my car to Dave's Quick Lube. I explained what the issue was but after running a diagnostic he said it was electrical but my alternator was actually good. Recommended I go to Golden State Auto Repair so I headed there to get my car looked at. They found out a lever was broken something was draining my battery, fixed the problem and only charged me $250! Today was the 1st day I was able to start my car up no issues. BEWARE. It's bad enough to be overcharged but to not even give accurate diagnostics is insane. Not sure if it was me being a woman or black but either way this was a disappointing experience.
