these crooks need to be investigated by authorities/ police what they do is straight up robery. they destroyed my vehicle. 2 small dents were to be taken care of and a touch up on another spot. i asked, can you get the job done and done correctly? oh yeah, said one of the two bufons. i said i do not want any over spray on any part of the vehicle, and also i want the paint to be a correct match to the vehicle's paint code. no problem they said, we use the vehicle's vin# to match the paint. i get a text message saying, we are done. okay i said, let me go grab payment. when i pulled up to where they did the job, i thought these morons were playing some kind of joke. they destroyed my car!! i called the cops and they took off before they showed up. i wish i could post pictures of the "job" they did, because no one in their correct mind would have these thieves and hacks touch their vehicles. people do not use this company!! you will be disappointed and pissed off. i'll see you in court for sure. read more

To be sure I am referring to THE DENT KING (Jonathan Merchon), West Haven (475-766-0846) I met him July 1st in Stop & Shop parking lot (Hamden, CT) and he convinced me to let him fix my dent he did work on my car & convinced me to let hime do more work but never finished - never once contacted me - vs the many many times i contacted him to finish the job (already paid in full) he always (when he responded) had an excuse: came down w a random cold, he was in Florida, he was out of town on church trip, it was his sons birthday, he was moving, he thought he text me but didn't - he never once reached out to me to finish the job. I would hate for anyone else to fall for his sales pitch. He stopped responding completely. Don't trust him as you will loose money! read more

Do not use these guys. They are total crooks. I paid them cash plus tip and they didn't finish the job. They left my driveway a mess with paint and cigarettes butts. I took it to real body shop and they said the hacks made it worse. Stay clear of these scammers. read more

A quote was given to us to fix a dent and paint it. We were told everything would be done the same day, it did not happen. Paid these people the whole amount including a tip anyway because they said they will finish and correct things the next sunny day. Next sunny day we received a call, these people asked for more money to finish what we already paid them for. We decided to pay them. The car ended up looking worse than before. Horrible job!!! We will now have to pay a real professional to fix what this people did on top of what we gave them. Do not let these horrible people do to you what they did to us and probably have been doing to others. read more

they approached me I paid them in 2 installments They left my truck not cleaned up They then never called back or showed up to clean the inside. Then when I called them to advise them that the front was falling apart, they did not return my phone calls and promises to come out never happened.
