Fantastic coffee, delicious pastries, and a comfortable space for hanging out. The service here is great and I had a really lovely conversation with the barista who made my drink. I love that they have a few options for brewing methods. I use a chemex at home, which is great, but they also use a Siphon method here. This is the only coffee shop I've been to that does this. It creates a beautifully, smooth cup of coffee through an individual percolator cup. It was really fun to watch them make it. It's quite hot, so you do need to let it cool down before drinking it. For pastries, today I got their gluten free blueberry muffin, a blackberry scone and a chocolate croissant. The gluten free muffin was among the best I've had. The blackberry scone was an absolutely standout and lived up to the hype of other reviews. The chocolate croissant had a great texture and wasn't too sweet! I love Noble Coffee!

If you are staying in, you will get a ceramic mug, so if you want a paper cup let your barista know. The big win for me was the menu of gluten free pastries! They had regular glutinous things like burritos and quiche that looked tasty but the gluten free!!!! They partner with a bakery in town (sisters sans gluten) to have a variety of offerings. Downsides: hours may be erratic due to staffing shortages, so calling ahead may be advisable. The courtyard landscaping could use some clean up and sprucing up.
