Kind and understanding staff. Usually pretty clean and well lit. My go to gas station right after work.

Cafe Largesse is a neighborhood gem that should not be missed. My son and I stopped in for brunch…read moreand enjoyed the smashed avocado toast with an egg over easy and smoked salmon, as well as the chicken tinga ciabatta--both were absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Devin, was friendly and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu since it was our first visit, which we really appreciated. While waiting for our food, I had the chance to take in the décor, and it's truly lovely. I especially enjoyed the display of artwork from local artists, which adds such a warm and creative touch to the space. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Olga, who was incredibly kind and wonderful to talk with. If you haven't stopped by yet, I highly recommend it--it's absolutely worth a visit

There wasn't a ton of flavor to be found and it was a lack luster dining experience overall. Again, there were zero issues on the food itself. It was all cooked correctly, but it was probably one of the least memorable meals we've had. The only items that stood out were: 1. The salsa from the tacos (I tried smothering my sandwhich in it to get some flavor) and it had a nice kick. 2. The fig jam stood out because I like figs, but it didn't taste like much was done with it so nothing special. 3. The dirty brown sugar chai latte was VERY chai forward and I probably wouldn't order it again, but I was so bored with everything on my plate it was the most interesting part of my meal.

The area it is in is gorgeous and was not expecting to feel like I was in a different world. Appetizers that were supplied for the wedding were great, but I thought the main meal was kind of lacking and kind of inconsistent. I understand it's hard to cater for that many guests though. Most staff were pleasant and welcoming but had a couple of experiences where we felt very rushed and herded around the property. Despite my concerns this is definitely a special place to get married and a gem on this side of Austin! Lalala, Bob B.

The hospitality is very nice and friendly. The cafe uses high quality ingredients and the food is really delicious. We were there on a Thursday' night which was nice for the half priced bottles of wine all day. Well crafted cocktails are also available too. For food we dined on: Cold pressed watermelon - cold dense watermelon packed with sweet flavor contrasted against savory cheese and nuts. Really liked this dish. Little gem salad - simple but perfectly balanced flavors. Fresh. Crisp. Refreshing. Heirloom tomatoes - ripe tomatoes simply dressed with olive oil and salt. Crab cakes - these were tasty with a great sauce and pepitas. Steak - perfectly cooked to temp and served with grilled tomatoes. We were hoping for the duck confit which I've heard is incredible but they were old out for the day. They are open for lunch as well and brunch on the weekends (that menu looks good!). One that the menu is seasonal so it will change over time.

Been wanting to try this place out for a while and grabbed a Memorial Day reservation last minute…read more Highly suggest a reservation, as this place was packed the whole time we were there. Everyone was extremely friendly, which started everything off on the right foot. Our waitress explained the days specials, and she was so convincing we ordered one each of the special entrees. White peach mimosa carafe $23 - about three servings, expected at least four, but can't complain too much with the price. Good flavor! Dirty queso was great! Loved the chorizo and mini bottle of house made hot sauce they brought out. Pressed breakfast sandwich ..... one of the best things I've eaten this year. The meat was so flavorful, blended perfectly with the garlic aioli, pickles, and cheese. The eggs didn't add much, but I love a scrambled egg for brunch. Crab cake sandwich $22 - pretty solid! Great rémoulade sauce and a ton of crab. El Cafecito - my least favorite part of the meal, but I'm an espresso martini snob, so don't take my high standards as the final say Total came to about $100, which is pretty decent in 2026 Austin. Will definitely be returning - the entire menu sounded SO good!
