Located with the 76 gas station off El Camino, it's convenient to grab a slurpee while filling up. The gas here is about 30c cheaper than the 76 station just 2 blocks up on the other side of El Camino. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also sell diesel gas at this location. read more

The clerks are always great at this location. I've never had an issue with them at all and are quite understanding even when I personally have been difficult (not on purpose). Tonight, I asked for wings and politely asked for the Mini tacos. The awesome clerk told me, "since you said thank you and please, I'll take care of you". Awesome customer service. Now, also at this particular time, a "gentleman" comes in asking people to help pay for his beer. Times are tough, I get it. Whatever. My Dad (who looks nothing like me) says, I'll give you a couple of bucks. The "gentleman" thanks him, then continues to pester him for an additional $20. Then says, "I've got kids, give me $20". Oh...you got kids? I love how the first thing you bought with the $2 my dad decided to give you, went straight to that can of IPA (alcohol), now, if it was food, I would've said, give him more. So, he continues to try harass my father, to which I say, "enjoy your $2 and move on". To which, the "gentleman" replies, "mind your business". I say, "that's my father, it is my business". The "gentleman" then replies, "oh, like that, I'll see you outside." LOL. This guy wanted smoke, because I told him to stop harassing my father and enjoy his $2. Your life must be worth a ton. So I go outside with my father and he "continues to shop"...and when we finally enter the car he comes out and tells my dad, "you're cool", then glares at me. LOL. He's lucky he got $2 for his IPA, if that was me, he would've gotten $0. read more

In for gas...and a carwash...and a coffee. This place is efficient. The car wash works, and the towel dryers are thorough. Gas is discounted with the carwash ($.20 / gallon). The gas is 76 Union branded. Getting in and out is easy. The gas hoses work very well; nothing gets spilled in the process. This is the revival of a much older 76 Union station that was not that great. This one is modern, clean, and new. Give it a try! read more

My complaint is a long time coming! When this store first opened and was beautiful the look and customer service was great. Fast forward to lately. I have arrived around 6:45 am about 10 days in a row (slow learner) to find NO COFFEE! And only one cranky guy working alone during a very busy time. Can't they plan better with staffing and anticipation that coffee sells early in the morning! I am done wasting my time and hope that some one who gives a damn reads this review and makes some changes. read more

This place must have changed ownership or something. I used to come here for that occasion slurpee with my kids but today the store was empty and no slurpee. It seems like these folks don't want any business and it's too bad because I like the car wash and the store is pretty clean even though the employees all seem to hate their jobs. This is an awesome addition to Belmont!! Get gas (.20 cents off w car wash). Get a fast car wash. They'll do an awesome and thorough job cleaning the interior. (extra). Or you can vacuum your car yourself. But for $15 , three nice guys cleaned the interior of my minivan. Best my van has looked in years. Skip the others (jack, autopride, ducky). It's been well documented that the pump handles at gas stations (and the buttons you need to press to choose car wash options, etc.) are a major transmitter of COVID-19. So this gas station has paper towel and Purell dispensers at each pump. That would be great, except every single one of them was empty of both towels and Purell. No one ever refilled them (assuming they were ever filled the first time). So this is now a major disease transmitting hub. Great job! The carwash is at least good. read more

Wow...if only every gas station and car wash could be this nice!! Friendly staff, beautiful store, and excellent car wash. The owner John is the nicest guy and was actually out there washing my car and working just as hard as the other workers. That's true dedication and hard work which I admire. I watched him and his staff meticulously go over my car, every crevice (places many other car wash miss), and get every speck of dust, dirt, and grime off my car. My car now looks brand new. I also paid extra to have them clean the inside of my car - it was well worth it!! It's no wonder there are so many 5 star reviews. I made a promise to John that I won't wait so long before getting a car wash since my car was a mess. John, I no longer need to wait as long now that I found you guys!! The girl working today at around 6:15-6:20pm wasn't wearing her mask. It's the law. This isn't the first time I have seen her with her mask pull down or not on at all. Beautiful new store. I can't believe how much stuff they have inside! I was shocked to see that 7- eleven carries home goods and even dog food and supplies. The people were really friendly, so I ended up getting a car wash at their car wash too! I believe the good reviews are because it's a nice new location, but if you're reviewing customer service, there is NONE and this location deserves a big fat zero! Not only are the clerks rude, they don't speak English or if they do, not well. That wouldn't be an issue if they were polite, professional and exemplified Customer Service. It's almost as if they don't know what it is. They talk the entire transaction to each other without properly acknowledging you and they gesture your turn in line by reaching their hand out to retrieve your product all the while chatting with a colleague. So when you ask a question they're stuck or can't comprehend what you're saying! I've given them chance after chance. I won't be back there again! It's horrible! I'm appalled that they're able to confidently depict this behavior! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!! read more
