Andres customer service SUCKS! I wanted a slice of pizza. They only had dried out old pepperoni. I wanted cheese so he went to get cheese pizza to cook, but once he understood that I only wanted 2 slices.. He said.. OH NO YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS! I said, are you going to cook cheese pizza, he said no... we don't have. The front of the store smells like pee and the sidewalk badly needs to be power washed because the side walk is black, smells and dirty! Teach your employees how to win with great customer service and how to easily please the customer. Somehow they only play opera loudly outside of this location, and somehow I am slowly learning the music. I believe it's to keep the homeless from in front of the store. It doesn't work fully. The area is sketchy for sure. I try and limit my visiting. But the service is okay. And the food I get here will usually be snackies. **get the coffee cake** My favorite thing ever is to make tea or a hot cocoa concoction lol I'd give this a location a 7/10 read more

Customer Service today on 1/14/2023 on Adam and Gabriel's shift stood in line after choosing pistachios the sign on the pistachios read 3 for $3 sp I chose them after standing in a 4 + line I was told by Adam to await Gabriel because the register wouldn't comply even after I went and got the sign... Stop talking bad about this business they have great customer service and if they're not going as fast as you think they should is because they are watching for people stealing they have a high rate of theft just because they're across the street from the police department didn't mean anything also they have the high school kids to deal with everyday which brings a lot of business, it's actually the customers that make the transactions take so long paying for their items.. keep it up everyone that works there you're doing a great job read more

Slurpees are not too great and high prices...long lines of EBT customers inside and Too many low lifes hanging out front begging for money. Lots of kids when school is out Not my favorite stop, but it's sometimes convenient for me read more

I really love this 7-11. The manager Sergio and Yolanda and Adrianna are always friendly and helpful. It says a lot that they drive so far to work at this location. One of my friends gets her coffee here every morning escaping the high priced fancy latte shops and I come to get an iced tea that is always $1 and to sneak a 32 oz. coke when I need a moment . We use the 7-11 app that gives you one free drink after you purchase 6. Of course it is DHS and there may be the occasional strange passerby so I don't recommend any late night stops but that is anywhere in DHS. The only thing that could make it nicer would be crunchy ice. read more

I have been going to this 7 11 for the the past 8+ years since I moved to Desert Hot Springs. I enjoyed the service but will no longer be going there. I was told that as of 1-1-2018 the refills are being discontinued by the owner and so I will miss my daily and nightly MT DEW runs... If they change their new policy I would enjoy their service... You would think having a 7-Eleven across the street from the police station would deter criminal activity, but that's giving too much credit to the dirtbags that live in the area. I love slurpies and used to come here when I lived in the Dirty D. I can't tell you how many times I was approached by no-talent ass-clowns asking me if I wanted to buy drugs in the parking lot. I wish the Boondock Saints would move to DHS and make an example of these dirt bags. read more

Good location, convenient, easy to get to...the guys are usually really nice and quick to get through long lines. If the girl is working...keep driving she has no clue about the lottery machine and you will wait forever for people to get rung up. Having the 7-11 app on phone gets you free drinks, that is cool. Really wish they could do something about the occasional bathroom/sewage smell in here it is kinda gross and makes me never ever buy anything other than drinks or lottery. I would not eat the food...even though they try to push pizza & hot dog combos with your soda, I'm good. No thanks. ;) read more

Super busy store early in the morning and late afternoons even on the weekend. This does not stop the store from having what you need or want or having a friendly staff. Great place to stop in to get a quick bite or grabbing a drink to take home. read more
