The 7-Eleven on 76th Avenue West in Edmonds was packed full of offerings when I visited today, Thursday 25 July 2024. The aisles were a little closer together and had a variety of offerings in each of the different categories of items on the shelves. Warm/prepared food items were available as were fresh donuts. What caught my eye on my candy-seeking pursuit was a king size pink lemonade KitKat bar. They had some other limited edition candy offerings including the Reese's medals that are on the shelves in-sync with the 2024 Summer Olympic Games (opening ceremony on Friday 26 July 2024). I was at the counter waiting to pay and noticed that particular item... While alluring, it was the KitKat I went with as the Games had yet to begin. The cashier was warm and friendly in her demeanor. Parking was located directly out front of the store and off to one side. I had difficulty seeing one patron when backing out, though fortunately he saw me, so there was no collision. read more

This place is absolutely terrible! The staff is incredibly disrespectful. The man working at 10:45 needs some serious customer service training. I tried to redeem my points, but they kept telling me no. I was confused about why, so I asked, and he got angry and said I didn't have enough. I know I did because the points were showing on the screen, and then he switched them to payment. When I asked again, he got even madder. So, be warned: they'll take your money and be incredibly rude. read more

BEWARE - STORE STEALS DOORDASH ORDERS AND THEN SAYS PICKED UP AND REFUSES REFUNDS. First time I thought this was a fluke, second time, clearly not. Arrived to pick up my order and noticed it said order was "completed" (aka picked up). Showed them and said they "put it back" but that I could "reorder and we will fufill it now." Ya...except you charged me already and it says in the app it was marked as picked up...."no we cancelled it." No, you didn't because it says in the app. Called DoorDash, confirmed they did indeed select "picked up" and not "cancelled". Do not place orders through this 7-11. DoorDash also was zero help. read more

Makes me feel better when I walk in and am greeted with a smile and a hello. Haven't gotten much food there but they always have something and are willing to make you a pizza from what I've seen. It's a 7-Eleven, but it's a good one. Thanks to the family that runs this, you make my day. read more

Stopped by this location looking for some baked goods as most of the 7-Eleven has them but unfortunately this location does not. I was also sold two bags of chips that were expired two months ago. I think they need to check their food/inventory. They were really stale and that's what prompted me to check the expiration date after eating one bite-- I wished I check the bags prior. Will not be coming back to this location. Also cashiers were unwelcoming. read more

Perfect location. Good coffee, the usual amenities. No more gas at this location, and also, no debit for lottery, cash only. I don't like stores limiting my buying power, so this means they will lose money. Debit is the same as cash, when are these people going to learn? So what if they break even or lose a few cents, it's called a "loss leader", meaning, it brings people into the store and they will buy other things that have a profit. But when you take away the lottery, you lose the whole sale, and that's stupid on the retailer's part because they don't see the whole picture. FAIL. read more

I give two stars for the following reasons: they have blueberry coffee in the past and tasted exclusively blueberry. There are three other 7-Eleven stores that has it here in Washington. One in lake city way. One near lynnwood Highway 99 across beat wash, Dairy Queen, Starbucks and neatest to value village, neighbor Walmart, jack in the box. One in fort Lewis McCord exit 119. Yes, I called 40 seven elevens back in 2014. At first only lake city had it and Everett 711 gas station. But now it's there's three. One in lynnwood, lake city and fort Lewis McCord. 1 Star was taken away because I put in my membership had 2000 points didn't give me a discount on a $2.31 cup coffee.. Another 2 stars was taken away because they had coffee glass carafe labeled "blueberry." Tasted my coffee. Immediately upon tasting it, I tasted only strong EXCLUSIVE BLEND COFFEE. There's people that know the difference between strong coffee and regular coffee. 1 for lying to me. 1 for lying to all the customers. I go here often and i always ask the guy how he's doing and he just never answers me and it's so awkward. Today i went into get some cash withdrawn so i bought gum and he said that 10 dollar was the limit for cashbacks so i went outside and came back in and tried to buy something else, and he said he wouldn't do that because it's one time per person and I'm like "until when? Forever?" And he gave me a smirk and said "Yes!" I'm never coming to this 7-11. If you guys want to go to the best 711 in Seattle the one by green lake is the best one. The best one in shoreline is on 165th street going to Shoreline Community College. They both have better deals but this guy here is unprofessional and the review history shows. read more

Oh goodness. This 7-11 is disorganized, small, has 4 parking spaces and the staff has no clue what's going on. I stopped here to get a drink and waited 5 minutes while the one cashier was trying to run a lotto purchase for the one customer in front of me. A loud guy was talking to a customer next to me while I was waiting. Then he ran behind the counter as the line started going through the store, and I realized he was an employee. He was in street clothes too. He tried to shove a hot dog into my hand, and when I stared at him, he realized he was giving it to the wrong person. Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult due to how small it is and how close it is to the street. read more

A friendly convenient store right across the High School. Easy access to snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. However, is my frequent stop to get access to cash. I like using the ATM inside at NO additional charge on my part. Also, occasional stop to play the state lotto. Rarely, do I ever come here to get something to eat. The people who are working here are friendlier in comparison to others. It's open 24/7. What more can I say about this familiar place? read more

Nothing magical here, it's a 7-Eleven. You've got your Slurpees, Big Bite hot dogs, cheap coffee, expensive groceries, and such all here! Not too much of a change from most other 7-Elevens, this is convenient for a quick stop, like it's intended to be. Staff is cool and friendly enough. The Redbox outside can get pretty busy at times. Absolutely horrible experience as we got 2 biscuits we sausage and it was not after we paid, the cashier told us the microwave doesn't work. And he wouldn't let us switch to the breads with the same price. Out car was being worked on and we were looking for a quick bite. The cashier has a horrible attitude which is not worth a visit. I would appreciate him if he told us the microwave doesn't work. If our car was available, we would visit any place for a quick food instead of this terrible 7-11 store. He waited for us to pay, then tell us the microwave doesn't work. Would not recommend, trashy owner. I have been to better 7-11s. read more

This is a small store and does not have a lot of parking but I've gotten in and out pretty fast the few times I've shopped there. Did not have problems with employees that others mentioned. read more

The worst 7-11 store I've ever visited. I went there several times at night after finishing my work. The man who work there in the evening was unfriendly and impatient. If I spend several minutes there to decide what to buy, he always rush me to leave or buy something. And if I have questions, it's hard to talk with him. read more
