Not ready to brave the cold again just yet, I decided to explain that I left my eyes in the car to the Barista. Alexis greeted me and I shared my dilemma. She smiled and chuckled and was glad to help me navigate the menu. I'm sad the eggnog latte is no longer an option so I ordered a hot gingerbread latte that was delicious. We stopped by the drive through on our way home from the bay. We were getting tired so we needed a little pick me up. The drive thru was phenomenal. But, after we went through the drive thru we realized that we had to go to the bathroom and parked so we could go inside. There are not a lot of spaces in there parking lot, but we grabbed one, thankfully it was close as it was raining and why we initially went through the drive thru. Overall it was a good experience. Now we can review the drive through and the inside experience. Two for the price of one. read more

First time at Starbucks in YEARS!! Thanks to the pandemic, I no longer crave coffee or Starbucks every morning so it's been a long time since my last visit. I went on a Friday morning at about 7:30AM. To my surprise, there weren't many customers inside. The parking lot was full, of course, so we had to park further away. This Starbucks is closest to my home.... 5 stars for convenience and the location (right off the freeways) and the baristas are amazing!! My orders are always on point and the coffee delicious. Latest obsession is the brown sugar oat milk Cortado!!! Mmm so creamy, delicious and packs a punch (3 espresso shots). The drive thru although always jam packed is usually moving quite fast and I'm able to zoom through without too much time invested. Only negative is a couple times I came through here during business hours and there was no one working. No sign, no nothing, sat at the drive thru wasting time but no one was inside. Both them times were before 6am so figured someone overslept. No biggie, I will definitely be back. read more

This Starbucks is in a good location right off of highway 80 and near a gas station. It's very busy and the staff do a good job with a lot of orders. It's a nice place to stop on a road trip or grab something in the area. read more

A great Starbucks. My rating in particular goes to the early early morning team. They open at 4am. Teriffic customer service. Theres a rotation of 6-7 Baristias. They are all welcoming, friendly polite, very efficient and focused on great service. They all take pride in their work and have a good sense of humor, to jump start the day at 4am. My favorite Starbucks to go to!!!! Wanted to leave a long overdue review and was surprised to see how low the ratings are here. Most of the time I do mobile ordering and pick up my drink on the way to work... if I have time beforehand I'll go thru the drive thru. I just wanted to thank the staff especially during this time for always being personable, enthusiastic in their greeting/service, and for sticking it out during this time... understand how essential you are to making sure I don't go into work grumpy lol. When I get Starbucks I usually order between two things. They see hundreds of people come thru daily and so it's nice that they remember your order... small little gestures that I notice. Side note: yes I'm a regular and they know my car/order by heart... lifted white Jeep Wrangler showing up quarter til = the usual Venti Blonde Americano with an add shot and coconut milk lol. Best Starbucks I've been to. Great/friendly staff. Orders are timely, even when they are busy, and they're always hoppin here.

As a current employee, I was very disappointed with the lack of respect an employee had to my friend and I. We placed a mobile order & waited 10 minutes until we got to this location. They said they were still working on it at the box so we pulled up to the window, only people in line. No one approached us at all, and we waited almost another 10 minutes for our drinks. Since we can see inside from the drive thru, we saw the employee purposely making the drinks slowly, and at one point even glared at us. Still, nothing was said and a different employee who was nice came to the window and gave us 2/3 of our drinks after almost 10 minutes of waiting. When we got them, they were clearly poorly made because we saw the drinks being made. They practically poured the entire bottle of caramel in our frappes and you can just tell it isn't made right. I never complain but this was honestly so unfortunate that another Starbucks worker could have this sort of attitude within the company. Very disappointing. read more

I frequent this location because they always get the job done! I usually order from the online app and they usually have it ready by the time I arrive. One time I ordered from another Starbucks location by accident, but they still were willing to recreate my order without an extra charge. I come to the Starbucks frequently just because of the location, but I'm gonna stop that since today has been the last bad experience of many subpar experiences. The Starbucks is slow, both counter and drive thru are slow, like 25 min wait slow even with mobile orders. You can order the same drink every day and it will taste completely different every day. There's no consistency at the Starbucks. This morning I put my order in on the mobile app went through the drive-through and got to the window. They gave me my wrap and then said nothing (no "just one moment" or "your drink will be up in a few") and just close the window. I sat there for 2-3 minutes looking at them through the window like hey where's the rest of my order. Finally she opened the window and says "yeah?" I told her I told her I got two drinks. Her response was "oh" and closed the window. Waited another minute. And she handed me one out of two and I asked her where the other one was and she looked at me and goes. "Oh we don't have another one", she asked me what it was then asked me to pull up my receipt. I pulled up my receipt and she goes "oh". No explanation, no damage control, no customer service face or even a pretend explanation that something was a glitch on their side. The customer service at the Starbucks is so bad is not worth it paying for overpriced coffee when even the coffee is not consistent. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for almost half a year now, it's conveniently located close to my current college I'm attending, Solano Community College. It's located just off the edge of the freeway for a quick coffee stop. I tend to spend hours in here usually after or between classes doing homework and I can say the place always seems to be somewhat clean, the staff is very friendly and take no time in preparing drinks even during peak hours. Occasionaly a staff member will come around with coffee or pastrie samples to try which is great. I have nothing to complain about costumer service nor cleanliness inside the coffee shop. It is very roomy inside and I personally recommend it if you're looking for a spot to do work or homework. There is always plenty of tables available. The only downside about this location though has to be the parking area and the drive through. The drive through line spills into the parking area and can sometimes block parking off. And to make it worse it is very limited in parking spaces so good luck trying to park during peak hours! read more

This Starbucks is larger than it looks from the outside. Nice patio outside. It's beat up inside. The furnishings look like they've been used a lot. Furniture was scattered and the tables were dirty. And the selection in the fridge seemed depleted by 130. The staff wasn't friendly and there was a long wait for an iced tea. But it was within walking distance from the Safelite that was replacing my windshield so that's why I ended up here. The place seemed messy enough that I would only go there if I had too. The location is about a mile away from the Business Center SB that is much more comfortable/ friendly. read more

Nice and fresh. Lots of workers here to help move the drive thru line. Nice enough except barrista normally if customer isnt happy they make the change no charge. Its gets crazy at this starbucks and parking can be crazy especially if drive thru line gets backed up try to park further away from drive thru. We have 3 Starbucks in our Cordelia area and this location by far, by a mile is the best. Every employee that I've encountered here has a positive attitude and is super friendly. I/we come here 2 to 3 times a week (mostly Fri, Sat, and Sun....our hard work week rewards). Every now and then you might get caught up in a coffee rush but don't be deterred by the long drive through line because it goes fast most of the time. The Baristas are very consistent with getting your drinks right the way you like them. read more

I like this location because it is right off the freeway and easy to get too. The drive thru is crazy long but moves quick at least it does for me. My order is very simple grande blonde coffee with a Splenda and sometimes a sandwich but always coffee. This was a teal treat because the coffee was piping hot which is exactly how I like it considering it was a very cold day and best of all it tasted fresh and not burnt like some other locations tend to serve. The lobby is nice and there is plenty of places to sit and work. I frequent this location especially if I am traveling towards to Vacaville or further and look forward to stopping by here. read more

I stopped in as I was traveling through and I ordered a large caramel frappe but realize I was given a vanilla. Megan was out and the one I dealt with, and when I brought it to her attention she literally scoffed at me under her breath and rolled her eyes at me.
