Dusty Biscuits Beignets serves fresh, warm beignets that are light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The service is friendly and quick, and the cozy, laid-back ambiance makes it a great casual stop for a treat

We stopped in and picked up some beignets to go. We will definitely be back. It's a small place, but there is table seating. The woman that took our order was very sweet and super friendly. They had so many items I wanted to try. We thoroughly enjoyed the two kinds we tried. Highly recommend stopping in for some coffee and beignets or taking some to go.

We went out on a dessert date tonight and ended up at Dusty Biscuit Beignets. This place is quaint, with 3-4 tables to sit at. We had never been before and weren't quite sure what to order. We decided on a dozen regular beignets, which were decently priced. After we ordered, we looked at the menu a little longer and thought we should have ordered the trio and the b-holes, but there is always next time. They made them fresh, covered in powdered sugar with extra to spare. They were a little thicker than the traditional ones we have had in NO, but still delicious. This was definitely a nice little dessert date.

Super cute little shop in downtown!! Stopped here in my way to an appt before 8am- everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The lady at the counter was eager to help me and took my order quickly and pleasantly. They also sell their Chicory coffee ground to go! Beignets were made fresh and were the tastiest I car ever had! The Cafe At Lait, was piping hot and flavorful. The atmosphere was so nice that I decided to enjoy there, rather than take it to go as I intended. Please stop here if you are in the area-so worth it!!

Cute dessert shop in Fort Worth. It's definitely on the smaller side, giving it a more mom & pop feel as it can't accommodate large parties. I drove from Forney to Fort Worth because I was so excited to try some of the flavors that I saw being advertised online. Sadly I was unaware that they have a rotating menu, as I was looking forward to trying the more unique beignets they offer (Pb&J, Key Lime etc). To save yourself the same disappointment definitely look online or call ahead so you know what's being offered. Since I couldn't get what I wanted I settled for the regular beignets. Definitely not bad, but the batter is thicker than what you'd find in Louisiana so one of their beignets was more than enough for me. Nonetheless, flavor was good as was the service.

We were exploring Fort Worth and come across Dusty's. I have always wanted to try a Nola's beignets but I haven't made it yet so I figured this was the next best thing. The shop is small most people that came in got theirs to go. We chose to dine in so we don't get the powdered sugar in the car. The shop has sweet and savory beignets. I chose the traditional sweet ones with powdered sugar and my husband chose the savory beignets with sausage. They were ok. Plenty of powdered sugar on mine, and the beignets was warm, I expected it to be softer but it wasn't. My husband liked his sandwich ok but he said it probably would have been perfect with some syrup or jelly. If you like beignets give them a try.

Felt like we were in NOLA. We ordered the French Quarter Beignets, which were the classic powdered sugar beignets. It was good, really messy, but not as fluffy as the ones I've had in New Orleans. Still pretty yummy. Then we got the Bourbon Street Beignets, which I think I enjoyed more, since it wasn't as messy. My boyfriend wasn't a fan of the bacon, but I liked it. It was also glazed and powdered lightly with sugar. Overall a pretty good afternoon snack or dessert.

Yum! How exciting to find beignets in Fort Worth! This charming establishment is located just south of downtown on S Main near some other really cool eateries. For my first visit I went with the traditional beignets and an iced cafe au lait. I just got back from New Orleans last week and can honestly say these might have been better than the beignets I had in New Orleans. Tinder delicious and warm. Covered in powdered sugar. Loved every bite. I did make one mistake. I wore black. (Oops) I had powdered sugar everywhere. It was tasty. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I can't wait to come back and bring the family with me next time.

Found this place by chance and saw that they're authentic southern style beignets. Forced my husband to come here as he was indecisive as to where to go for a small breakfast. This location did not disappoint! We ordered their sausage beignets which were delicious. They fry the pastry dough fresh and dust with a little powder sugar. My husband was in heaven. I ordered their iced choice which was strong and I loved it so much I had a second one. Tater tots fried perfectly. The second order was a little too salty but I enjoyed how crispy they were and my sweet coffee cancelled it out. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. This place deserves more business but maybe because it was a Friday morning around 11 which made it seem like it was quieter than usual. But I will definitely be back. We even ordered a dozen beignets to go to share with family as it was so delicious! Highly recommend the bourbon beignets if you love a little sweet and savory bacon bits on top.

Me and my wife were missing the New Orleans beignet experience. We decided to give Dusty Biscuit Beignets a try while in the area. Great location, great service. The only gripe I have is that our beignets weren't as puffy and were pretty flat. Beignets also had a bit of floury after taste. The ambiance was pretty chill. I would give them another try next time we are nearby.

    King Cake to Go!
    Kurt V.

I was going to pre-order, but first walked in to see what the deal was on King Cakes for a work lunch we are having. As my luck would have it, they had several King Cakes ready to go! There was not a lot of interaction, it was mostly transactional. No chit chat, just more, here's your cake, pay and run along now... The style of the place was cozy, and had a strong New Orleans theme and vibe going on. It gave me an "oh wow" reaction when I walked in the door. Even having expected it, it still made an impact on me. Everybody at work loved the cake and I was a hero of the day for bringing it! Someday, I might go back and enjoy a cup of coffee and some beignets!

Sausage and Dusty Biscuit Sliders Beignet
    Lindsey S.

I ordered the sausage biscuit sliders, and they were very disappointing. I took 2 bites and threw it to the birds. If you've never had authentic beignets, you might find them okay, but as someone who has, I can't recommend them. The sausage was burned, and the bread was extremely dry and bland, not even a dusting of powdered sugar. A little jam, syrup, sauce, or butter could've helped, but none was provided. With "beignet" in the restaurant's name, I expected much better. Overall, it feels like another pop-up that won't last long in Fort Worth because the food is subpar and almost feels like a joke. Tourist will flock, true foodies should look else

Ask the Community - Dusty Biscuit Beignets

Hi! Are your beignets made with egg?

    Yes, they do contain eggs

    How much seating is there?

Minimal... probably about 3 smaller tables

Do your beignets have buttermilk in them?

No, but they do have milk

Do you offer any gluten free options?

Thanks for asking, Amanda! The only items that are currently on our menu that are gluten free are our tater tots. However, they are also fresh as a kitchen where we make our dough so we cannot guarantee that there's not cross contact with flour.… Read more

On my way back to the Sheraton, I had already pinpointed Sons of Liberty Coffee (maybe just called Sons Coffee, but I'm referring to it as it's storefront's name) as my stop to treat myself. I got it hot like I typically do, and the one-man band running the shop was on top of it. The coffee was pretty good. It had a solid balance of milk to espresso, and the flavors didn't overpower the espresso like a lot of coffee shops try to do. This had a strong blueberry flavor, but not artificial it was nice and natural, and it was perfectly sweet for me. I also want to note one thing I really enjoyed about this syrup, or the flavoring was that it was sieved or concentrated, sometimes when you're making a syrup at home, you get bits of blueberry throughout it and while I don't mind those this made for a nice smooth, drink with no chunks coming up in my straw.
