I usually stop here either on my way to work or coming back home since it's the half way mark and every time I do I'm treated so well. This 7-11 is one of my faves because they have a variety of snacks and drinks and it's not overly crowded. Coffee creamers are well stocked and they have plenty of coffee flavor choices as well as slurpees. I like when they have specials on their app and/or incentives because free stuff is always a bonus! Any who, stop in for a snack attack and enjoy the things 7-11 has to offer. read more

This is the best 7/11 hands down! The service is always terrific. The staff always friendly. Store is always clean and stocked of goodies. The grills always have food hot and ready! (Which is an amazing thing). I will use amazing through out this whole review. If you're now annoyed. Please leave lol. I've been coming to this 7/11 since i was a wee little child. My cousin lives literally 2 blocks away. We used to do chores (as MOST children back in the day did) for money. When we got paid. We'd run over for sodas, chips, ice cream and beef jerky. We were frequent patrons. Now not so much. Only when we have time. Well it's always a delight coming in, we are always greeted, each and every customer are treated equally. The tone of voice never changes. I'm telling you the cashiers are dolls! I would totally recommend. They have Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday specials! Sucks i didn't get a picture because i was too excited for find kinder eggs and wonderballs for my child lol. read more

Be aware of this 7-Eleven I purchased $10 worth of lottery and gave a $20 bill to the cashier. The cashier insisted I gave her $10 bill, not $20. Called the store manager, and request (Serge) to check the camera. Guess what? I was told their camera have been down for couple days. Such BS. Is this how they cheat their customer? If she really needed the $10, I would have given it to her if she just asked. read more

When you pull up to this store there's a sign that says everything about the owner of the store "he who is hungry and can't afford one can have one for free" Thank heaven for people who help the needy. Very well staffed and clean, the variety of coffee options is awesome. This is one of the best 7 elevens I've been to and will continue to come here. read more

I stopped going here because the employees are rude and lazy . I seen a couple of the girls just on their phones not acknowledging the customers and just give a look no smile or greeting . I love going to 7-eleven and it's unfortunate because I live close by ,but I rather go to am pm now for my snacks ..only one nice older woman with glasses she's awesome! read more

7-11 is a mainstay for any town that has more than 10,000 people. They are all franchises so each location likely has different stuff than the other. No one cares about that stuff. We go for the slurpees and the Big Gulps. Occasionally we pick up lottery tickets. This location has two frequent types of patrons. This must be a shared patrol zone for Fresno PD. So, a police presence is there for most of the day and night. Thank you guys for what you do. The other frequent visitor of not is the tweaker. Maybe it's just a look, but there is a homeless encampment nearby. Anyway, these folks come in and usually dirty. They keep to themselves and conduct business as normal. The other 1/3rd of the patrons are everybody else. The staff here is actually helpful and the store is usually clean. The rare exception is free slurpee day, when many of the free loaders keep spilling their free drinks on the way out the door. read more

Worst place to get a car wash. One of the employee cracked my brand new car's windshield while cleaning in front of me. Owner came and gave a card saying all he can do is get it replaced with a aftermarket glass from a cheapass place of his choice. I told him I need to get it replaced with a original windshield same as his employee cracked. That's all I need and it's not a big deal accidents do happen but the owner straight forward say NO and told me that you can do anything and he is not paying a penny if I don't want to get it replaced with aftermarket windshield. Small claims court ordered him to give the money and this guy appealed again and talked about it's against his principles to give me the money. I was like WTF!! Is he saying that for real !! I was paying him $100 a month (from about 1 year) to get 2 of my cars washed at his place and this guy don't want to pay for windshield. Anyways I'm still waiting to get my money by going thru all the hassle by wasting my money and time by going to court. Even tho court awarded me my money I'm the one who suffered and lost more money than I'm getting thru court. So choice is yours. Go at your own risk. There are cheap and better options available to get a car wash than to go to this place. read more

This store is not closed, it is the cleanest 7eleven in Fresno, friendlly staff , great coffee , tons of creamers and syrups. Go see Serge the owner, and make sure to say Hi to Martha the morning employee on duty, she has been a constant in that store for 20 years. read more

This is the best 7-Eleven in Fresno. Super friendly staff. I've never met the owner but was really impressed he closed the store for some holidays. I noticed other 7-eleven didn't do that for their employees. I'll always support a business that chooses family over money. read more

The owners are super nice..not the daughter!! She's very rude will not greet you, she looks at you from head to toe super arrogant...unless your law enforcement she's super nice. read more
