This store is very small and hard to maneuver through. As soon as you walk in, the clostrophobia starts to kick in. For the most part, this place i clean and well stocked the employees are nice, but if there are more than 3 people in the store, it gets tight and hard to accommodate read more

I must tell you, my husband had an experience at a local gas station/store recently where he frequents regularly and spends $90 a visit between fuel, coffee and drinks in the morning. He ran out of ice for his work cooler and asked the attendant if he could fill his cooler with ice. The man said no. They don't give free ice. My husband was so so upset. Well today we visited 7-Eleven and I wanted ice for my bottle of water in my personal plastic cup. I asked if I could pay for a cup of ice and they kindly and happily said " you don't need to pay for ice! Help yourself. We appreciate your business!" Thank you for you hospitality! Reviews about the cashier are true. I was planning to get some cash back but the transaction platform didn't show the option at all. Located in a pretty busy food court type shopping center this 7-11 opened up last year after some minor construction. Unlike the Carl's Jr nearby which announced their work to the world, they quietly built a "premier" store. Everyone knows this corner for the Tokyo Grill, Crouton's and kind of is surprised when they see a 7-11, but not me I awaited it's opening and come here often for my "cheat snacks" Like all 7-11's this is bright and well lit, but unlike most it's new, clean, makes great use of it's space because it's not huge or packed. They do have everything you want/need/expect. Unlike other 7-11's they cater more to the corporate crowd because let's face it surrounded by office buildings and the airport it's closer than a grocery store to pick up certain necessities for travelers. They offer incidentals more so than any location I've seen, but the real exciting part here is the public restroom. Granted my office is less than a 5 minute walk from here I actually assumed that it wasn't public, but the labeling gave it away and when I asked they were kind of happy to inform me about it. Even though I had already purchased some Vitamin water I asked if it was for customer's only and again was surprised with the answer no. 3 for 3, clean, friendly and a restroom. It's the best convenience store for 5 miles around and for sure the most pleasant, nicest 7-11 I've been to. I find the staff friendly, but I also go in mid day and not at night and perhaps they aren't has "beaten down" as most 7-11 employees and on the grand scale of service, but also taking into account industry it's a 5 star place all around. read more

One of the smaller 7-Elevens and offers you overpriced junk food, but hey you knew that and you understood that since its the price you pay for a 24 hour convenience. Zero stars. I liked coming here but the eastern Indian man is so rude at night. Disgusting as well. I wanted some of their taquitos and the man was wearing gloves. I come around the corner and he is grabbing the bucket to mop and the mop. And I told him I want some taquitos. He grabs a box and tells me which ones. I asked him if he could change his gloves and he said he did I told him that he didn't because I saw him. To make the story short he kept arguing to me about changing the gloves and apparently he's a magician able to change them in half a second. Right? Right. As far as I know he is always extremely condescending as most 7-11 owners are. Guess I will stick to ARCO And Valero, because I am tired of all these middle eastern Indian owners and their attitude. read more

I went in and got a drink and asked for $5 mega millions. The counter lady charged for the drink and ticket and then I gave her some tickets to turn in. She came back with the total but she did not give me my mega tickets. I called less than 3 minutes later (I work that close) and was told to call back. When I called back I got an answering machine. I called again and was told no there are no tickets here. I then informed them that if their store had a big winner (since they do post that on the lottery page) I will be coming to get my share. Told them they can't prove it wasn't my ticket. read more

Don't buy milk from here. Our office doesn't have milk so I need to get milk for office coffee station. I bought milk 5 times from here, milk was instant bad 2 times. Second bad milk, I went to exchange. They gave me a hard time and rude. The lady said 'milk is not expired, so this milk is good.
