If you don't get ur gas within 2 minutes your funds we'll be held for over 4-5-6-7 days . I been waiting 4 days already for them to release my funds back to my card. The dudes at cashier will not tell you either to go pump ur gas right away. They'll just say ur funds we'll be back on ur card within 24 hours and that's a lie bc I have been waiting 4 days already. Any place that requires you to pump gas within 2 minutes i don't go to anymore . If u don't have any other money with u and this happens ur out of luck and better have enough gas to get home to get more money. This place has the most friendliest worker early in the morning. Always makes our get out of town trips pleasant.

I tried to use my credit card and you can't read where yes and no are located. So pushed buttons. Nothing, then it said see attendant, then I tried it again and it didn't work. Pretty frustrating. But the worst part was when I went in and the clerk was in his cell phone and seemed to not care a bit about what happened or why. I notice this place is dirty and unkept. This 7-11 is modern and well laid-out, and the lines are small. But the bathroom is so disgusting, with pungent old urine stench, like a San Francisco BART station exit. They obviously do not clean it very often- it takes days of build-up to smell that bad. Makes you question how sanitary their food items and soda machines are- do their workers use these restrooms and then put the hot dogs into the rollers? My shoes smell like pee after I leave. I don't have a problem getting gas or a sealed bottle of Diet Pepsi or a bag of chips here, but try to avoid the bathroom unless I am totally desperate, and would never buy any food or drink here that was not manufactured and sealed elsewhere. read more

I want to say really great things about 7-Eleven but they're just not good as they are in Florida, maybe because management is close there. The Mountain Dew tasted almost right, which is a surprise. Most of the Northern California locations have odd-tasting Dew. Prices are reasonable in contrast to a lot of convenience stores attached to filling stations, but not great. If I could give this gas station 0 star I WOULD. The worst customer service ever. Went in there after trying to use the card machine and all they said was "then try another pump" and I said I already changed it to another pump and their response was "then come in and pay maybe the card machine doesn't work" I'm such speechless like can you at least go out and try to fix the problem? Went in there with the money and there's was 3 customer in front of me but they didn't even bother helping us like wtf if you don't want us here then let us know. I gave him $50 but it stopped at $40 like omg went in there again!! And he said "but I put $40 on your pump" like does it look like I'm lying to you I just want to go home! Stopped in at this location on the return to school from a field trip to buy a round of Slurpees for my group. The service was simply delightful. The owners/employees are very friendly and courteous. The store was very clean and organized. They had a great selection of Slurpee flavors! read more

This place is in a nice neighborhood but it's f****** toxic. There is spilled drinks and food crumbs all over everything in here. The guy who works here (the main guy. He's here every time I've come in) lacks common sense. I don't want to say he's stupid. But he like doesn't listen or see what's, literally, right in front of him. I went in to break a $20 bill. Me: hi. I need change. (as I'm handing him the $20 bill) Him: what pump? Me: no. I just need change for this $20 bill. Him: there is no pump number 20. Me: noooo. I need to get smaller bills in exchange for this $20 bill. Him: oh okay ma'am. The worst service ever. The men that work there are horrible. Whenever I go and the lady is working she is always nice. Today I go in there and there is one guy behind the register, he didn't acknowledge me which is not the worst thing. As I go up to purchase my items I say "hello" and he did not once look at me or not even a smile. Then as he was scanning my items I asked for a bag and again just straight ignored, I had to say excuse may I please have a bag and all he did was look at me with no response, like seriously you can atleast say ok. Soooooo rude. There was one point about a year ago when the service was decent there but it's completely gone down hill. I stopped in to get some air for my tires as the low pressure gauge in my car was on. I always come here for that since they have a digital pressure checker and filler. I paid 1.50 for the air and started filling up. I filled my first tire and the machine reset and the air stopped, so I went in to ask them to restart it. When I went inside I said I just paid for air, can you please turn it on again and the guy at the counter said it was broken and turned to the next customer. No apology, no refund, and no action to alert anyone else to prevent them from putting more money in. Stealing from customers must be part of their business model. read more

I had a bite to eat across the street and thought I would stop at 7-11 to use the restroom and get snacks for the way home. I walked in and immediately noticed how dirty the floors were, shelves not stocked and there was clutter in the aisles. I got the restroom key form the clerk for the restroom and was in for a disappointment. First, there was a urine smell as soon as I entered, the floors were disgusting and it was extremely obvious the whole bathroom hadn't been cleaned in some time (maybe a week). The toilet had caked on grime at the base and pubic hair behind the seat. The walls had been painted at some point with a flat paint (my guess the cheapest they could find) and they didn't take the time to tape anything, including the light switch and door knob. I tried not to touch anything, did my business and got out. I had planned on buying a few snacks when I left, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I only purchased a bottle of water. Where are the 7-11 standards at? I'm used to the few of them left in my town, brightly lit, alway well maintained and extremely clean. Unfortunately, from now on, I will not be frequenting other 7-11's when traveling unless I check on yelp first. So sad to see this done to what used to be a great franchise. read more
