Quite frankly, the best part was being able to observe how respectfully a regular was treated by the staff: I watched as an elderly gentleman came in alone and the staff greeted him with warmth and familiarity. They kept him company his entire meal, engaged in conversation, and made sure he was well taken care of. When the gentleman got up to leave, a young man, maybe a teenager, checked to make sure he had his cane and was taken care of. This was the best customer service I have ever seen in my life.
