The deli area could use some serious TLC. Crumbs all over the counter, things just needed a rag ran through them. Not filthy, but dirty enough to turn you off. It didn't smell the best in there. It was only me, I'm sure there was time for some cleaning. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich hoping really hard for the best due to said desperation lol. The guy who made it was really nice, he looked like he took his job very serious & really focused on making me a good sandwich. Seasoned it very well, not overly heavy on the mayo. For what it was, it nearly got a solid 3 1/2 but the chicken wasn't the greatest & the worst thing of all was the taste of heavy oil. He put it on the greens inside the sandwich and tried to toast it with oil on the grill. Waaaaaaaay too much oil. The feeling of eating something healthy flew out the window lol. I have to give it a 2 because he was very polite, he really tried & almost made it good. Even though it fell short due to the taste of a lot of oil, it wasn't the worst sandwich I've had. It might sound silly to some, but we all have mothers, daughters, sisters, cousins, friends who are WOMEN. This behavior can happen to anyone, and their behavior won't stop at us. I would suggest skipping this gas station, esp. if your a woman!

My wife who loves Slurpees a mere fraction that I do has asked me to drive us to this specific location for a Slurpee when she's thirsty. The drink counters are well stocked and clean. The Slurpees have consistently been at the right consistency when we've come. And the Slurpee flavors they carry tend to include the latest offerings. Getting in and out of here is easy and I appreciate that. This location was giving away free small Slurpees on 7/11 to celebrate Free Slurpee Day. There was no gimmick or hassle to get one, just pour yourself a small Slurpee between 11am and 7pm, show the cashier, get the thumbs up, and be on your way. I brought bags to the counter and a different staff told me that I will need to pay a 5 pound price for each bag and she then she called another staff member. The attitude was very curt and unprofessional. They told me that the staff, who was there earlier was wrong. Then she asked me to put the non-bought bags back into the freezer. I would not want to go there in future, if I can help.
