I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.

This place is constantly surrounded by homeless persons and the staff at 7-11 does nothing about it. They never call the police to report these people trespassing. The are allowing their store to be overrun by homeless. I avoid this place like the plague. Because the store does nothing about the homeless, the surrounding properties smell like urine and sometimes there is human feces on the side of the 7-11. This place is a neighborhood nuisance and the city should shut them down to keep the neighborhood from becoming a homeless campground. read more

Don't usually yelp, but our 711 in the war zone shuts shit down way to early. It is summer time on the Peninsula and the bars close at 2 am. He just decided who he was going to let inside. What kind of customer service is this? If you close at 11:55, POST 11:55 AS YOUR CLOSING TIME. And if you're going to refuse entry because you're "closed," then that rule should apply to everyone, not selectively depending on who walks up to the door.
