I went into this location today to use the restroom being that I'm pregnant and can not hold my bladder. I went into the store and there was a blonde lady there taking inventory of the cups and I kindly asked if I could use the restroom. She asked if I had made a purchase and I had let her know I had purchased a drink through the drive through slightly earlier. She told me I'd have to make another purchase in order to use the restroom. I pointed out that I was visibly pregnant and about to pee myself and she stood firm. I let her know it was against CA law to with hold the restroom since the establishment serves food and drink (Ally's Law) and at that point she sighs and gives me the restroom code with a bad attitude. This was disappointing due to the fact that all Starbucks locations I've ever been to provide great with customer service with smiles on their faces. Shame on the worker. My favorite Starbucks in Rancho Cucamonga has a bit of history. I remember when it used to be a KFC, and before that, it was a Naugles. After school, I'd grab a strawberry shake from Naugles. The building next door was a Yamaha shop, and I actually still have a 40-year-old brochure from there for a bike my parents couldn't afford. Today, I stopped in for a warmed-up cheese danish, which came on a plate--nice touch. The staff also filled up my water bottle, since I often swing by during my bike rides. I always appreciate how the team keeps the place spotless and handles everything with such enthusiasm. They make even the most complicated drink orders look easy. I understand the food service business is challenging, and compliments aren't always the norm. That's exactly why I want to make sure I express mine. This Starbucks was a KFC before so it never had a drive through line that blocked the driveway, but now that it's a Starbucks, it's a hassle to get to/through. Even parking to go inside is weird because this shopping center is on a weird slope and this Starbucks is in its own enclave. If you have a nice car and don't want to get a dent or scratch, don't go here. There's so many instances where your car can get dinged here, I would not risk it. The staff are always quick and kind but it's just not designed well and there's plenty of opportunities for your car to get hit or you hitting a car or person in the parking lot. read more

Very dissapointed when going as me and my family needed the bathroom and were denied the service we had gone to another starbucks and orderd however the bathroom was broken so we drove to this one where we explained the situation and my daughter needed to use it urgently as we were on a road trip and other places were closed but as we got to the counter she did not greet us or said anything but my daughter asked if the bathrooms were available she seemed annoyed at the question and asked if we planned on buying anything and my daughter said no so then i went to ask her if she spoke spanish because i speak spanish better to which she said no and i expalined in eglish why we were here and i could even bring in the items we purchased to show we had bought something but just needed the bathroom for my daughter to which she repeated herself "I dont speak spanish " even though i spoke to her in english and kept trying to explain she seemed angry that i kept speaking so she very angerly gave us the code but spoke over me so i coudlnt hear and i missheard it so i went back and asked again to which i was greeted by this kind asian girl who smiled and wrote it down for me I was thankful to her but the other girl stepped away and went on her phone. This person what a white woman, perhaps in her mid-20s, quite short in stature, and we are Hispanic. I saw this as her being racist, as my English is not perfect, and after speaking to her in English, she said in my face she didn't speak spanish. I don't think I have ever been treated this way and felt embarrassed. I felt it was an act of racism because of the way we look and speak. I truly don't wish for anyone to have to feel that way and go through that, so I just wanted to share this bad experience with anyone who may go to that place. read more

Things have gone downhill here. They are really fast even with a long line but at the cost of drink consistency. I always order some variation of cold brew with cold foam and more often than not, there's barely any cold foam. I have to pay extra just to get a normal amount now which with the cost of drinks is ridiculous. This is usually my go to Starbucks because it's close and convenient and I never have an issue with my order. Today was a little different though, I mobile ordered per usual, and when I arrived of course the drive thru is busy, again per usual but no problem. Finally after about 15 min I'm at the window... the girl hands me my drink and I immediately know it's wrong because there was no cold foam. Which if you drink Starbucks you know that you have to pay extra for that. So while the cashier was grabbing the butter croissant I sat the drink on the ledge and when she came back I said sorry but this doesn't have the cold foam. She doesn't say a word, just grabs it and hands it to the barista who then put the cold foam. My problem was the end interaction because once she comes back to hand me my drink, she shoves it at me and I look at her and say thank you, she doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't look at me just say mmm. That's what made me mad because why are YOU mad at a customer correcting the mistake that they PAY for? If it was that big of a deal you could have given me my money back for the cold foam. So I went to the Starbucks earlier today to get a coffee which I got an iced coffee. I asked for cream on the side instead of giving me cream like half and half they gave me whip cream so I wasn't able to drink my coffee. So I called and I asked if I can get a remake and can I get something that's warm just because it's raining and it's like in the evening and he said sure no problem. So I got a caramel macchiato with some whip cream on it but, it felt light so when I open my cup it looks like there's most of it gone. I'm just disappointed.
