This location is NOT 24 hours I've come here multiple times after midnight or later and they have the lights on and the doors locked. Someone might be cleaning but they won't let you in or be open just keep that in mind when going here late. No hours posted outside either since you would expect them to be 24 hours. read more

This store was recently acquired a new ownership. The staff has been replaced. I have been here before when the previous staff was still in place. The customer service could have been carried out to its fullest. The store was not stocked nor clean, also a dirty store reflects on the fresh food that's sold at the place. Is it fresh when the store itself isn't clean? I walked into the store a few days ago and was immediately greeted by 3 employees. Apart from the employees being friendly, the store was stocked and cleaned. The grill was stocked with fresh hot dogs and pizza. I purchased two pizza slices, warm and cheesy! I was satisfied with the customer and the ambiance of the store. I will be coming back. read more

Racist! On April 10th 2022, around 2am. Cashier who works late night shift tried to kick our group out of the store while we were shopping, kept following us through the store. We purchased nesquik and ice creams, when outside eating our ice creams she came screaming telling us to leave and said "you foreigners, are scaring me", and she called the police on us. She falsely accused us of drinking and doing drugs. She told us if we didn't have anything in our hands to buy we had to stand by the doors where she could see us. She made us feel very uncomfortable and alienated. Especially when she physically locked the doors on us. read more

Wow what wonderful time I had recently visiting this 7/11. It was recently acquired by new owners. The new staff and management are very friendly and welcoming and funny. The store its self is clean and has a great selection of snacks. It's good to see the store turn around from what it used to be under previous management. As far as "Convenience" goes, this is a great 7/11 located tucked away in this obscure area where it's not super crowded if you need to pop in and out. They have Slurpees, which is always refreshing. You can buy your lottery tickets here too. It's not like some 7-11's where there's sketchy oddballs, panhandlers and derelicts hanging outside of the front door. It feels safe and friendly. Parking is somewhat easy in their lot and there's even places in the residential adjacent neighborhood streets if need be too, as well as it being walking distance serving the residential community. read more

I just wanted to purchase a carton of cigarettes at this 7 eleven and was told that they were out, but could give me 10 individual packs and charge me for the price of the carton. I agreed. The clerk said :" Do you need a bag?", and i replied:" well, since you dont have a carton, i will, as i cannot carry 10 individual packs." They charged me for a bag. They did not tell me that they were and it really was their fault for not having the product i wanted to purchase. O.n my way out, i said:" you really should not have charged me for a bag, as you did not have a carton." The clerk opened the cash register and wanted to hand me a dime, but i left without taking it. Bottom line: great customer service is never accomplished with greediness. I hope the 10 cents was worth it! read more

Ok, so I'm a bit compulsive. I stop at this 7eleven multiple times per week to get my 2 bottles of Smart water and a Hansen's Energy Drink Pro. When I can't resist, I also order some beef mini tacos as a snack. It's amazing to be that 7eleven has just a bit of everything that you might want on an impulsive stop. First things first, boy has 7-Eleven changed. When I was a kid, in the late 1970s, 7-Eleven was an ok place, nothing great. The food they served was sketchy, and the choices were slim. Today? 7-Eleven now has their own brand of packaged items, from apple juice to frozen pizza. The quality is excellent and the cost is less than all the other brands. So, y'know, yay for that. Second, this particular 7-Eleven is a benchmark for customer service. They treat me really well here, remembering my likes and dislikes, always smiling, never bitter over what must be an honestly difficult job. Third, the place is spotless. That matters to me. Nothing worse than stopping by your local market for a snack, just to get grossed out by mold or whatever. This 7-Eleven is cleaner than the kitchen in my own home. Fourth, if the above doesn't do it for you, be aware that their cigarette prices are the cheapest in town, and they give deep-dish discounts when you buy in bulk. read more

This place changes when you can't buy beer sometimes 12 or 11pm. Plus after alcohol cut off time the tend to lock the cooler so no customers can open it. Instead here they leave it open yell at you no beer give you no explanation then when I told there employe that state law is 2am he said no no the laughed at me when I walked away. Seems like if you have a different cut off time then the state or county your in maybe post a sign some where or hell lock the cooler up. read more

Tough parking in the little lot that's been shared by a taco place, hookah bar, dry cleaner and massage parlor. Hard to pull out especially onto 190th - blind due to parked cars. Store is small, usually only has a couple coffee types on and hot. Prices are rising as well, up 25% or so on hot food in the food case. It might be a 7-11 chain price rise, but the next 7-11 I went to still had the old prices - so I'm guessing this is just an adder by the owner. read more

Every now and again there is some weird guy who refuses to sell alcohol to anyone after 11 pm on a weekday even though I know the store policy allows it until midnight on every day but Sunday. Fine, don't sell it, but... He yells at you just for trying to buy it in front of other customers. One time he even got aggressive with me. Either fire him or my suggestion to everyone is to go to either the AMPM across the street, Mr. B's Liquor Store one block down or CVS and Jon's Market 2 blocks down. i stop by this new 7-11 fairly often... it's pretty much like any other 7-11 except for one thing... in the mornings between say 6:30 and 7:30 i run into this one gentleman that's just incredible. he's a patron and almost like the local father-figure, leader, authority figure. it's something to see. i've seen him straighten out riff-raff (using the power of words... not violence), give fatherily advice to highschool kids, opens doors, and couldn't be more polite. he commands respect and raises the level of respect and security in this place. don't know his name... but the guy's a saint. makes coming here worth it... he's a pillar of the community... everyone loves this guy and i think the employees feel safe. read more
