In regards to service, ordering is done entirely through a touchscreen. The employees were clearly working hard behind the scenes preparing drinks, but there wasn't much customer interaction. It made me reflect on how much the service industry has changed. Growing up, tips were something given as gratitude for personal service, and it feels different when most of the ordering process is automated. That said, I may be overthinking it because the most important thing was the tea--and it was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and well worth the visit.
