The space itself is huge, lots of room to sit and hang out solo or as a group. They also had a table with paper pulled over it with crayons and things for kids to doodle on, love that! Drinks - I got a vanilla latte with their Reese's cold foam. Unfortunately they accidentally put vanilla cold foam on it and only gave me the Reese's cold foam on the side in a cup but man- it was goooood! This coffee shop has been on my radar for a while now and I finally stopped by. I first heard of Mikey Gs at a local event and they were serving ice cream. I really love the aesthetic of their brand I thought it was cool. So I was very curious about their coffee shop. Just a heads up this shop is inside a church called harvest. I really enjoyed their display and the shops setup. I ordered a bagel (which I was told they bake there daily) and an iced latte. Both were very delicious. Customers service was good. I'll admit, the first time I tried to come here with a friend, I had trouble finding it. My friend ended up going on her own another day and told me I had to give it another try. So, today I did and I'm glad I did. For anyone else who might be confused: you park in the church parking lot and walk toward the white chairs. Take the walkway between the white chairs and the stairs. As you get closer, you'll see the coffee shop door sign. If you go up the stairs, you've gone the wrong way. Once inside, I was kindly greeted. I asked for a recommendation and was suggested the Lightning Milk with banana cold foam. It's a cold brew, and I really enjoyed it, perfect balance of sweetness & taste of coffee. I wish I had gotten her name because she was so nice and helpful. Came back again but got a coffee, a brown butter maple latte. In my opinion the coffee is much better than the matcha but get the flight if you want to try both. Stayed to study this time. The acoustics echo a lot if big groups or families are there but once everyone clears out in the afternoon it's very quiet for studying. Outlets located along the wall but you'll have to sit on a couch, couldn't locate any tables with outlets. Free WiFi and bathroom is located to the left once you exit the main entrance. Back for another round! My family partook of a hot brown butter maple Carmel latte and a hot Spanish Latte. Out of the two the Spanish latte was the better. I still can't get behind the coffee! Aggravating but maybe it's because I keep going for their limited menu??? Service was on point today, cashier was nice and attentive and of course the vibe for church service was on point. Finally got to partake in a bagel - chose the jalapeño one....delicious!!!!!! Fresh, soft - not spicy but you know you're eating fresh jalapeño - and a generous single serve of cream cheese which was double what I actually used (felt bad about the waste!) I ordered "matcha on tap" which is described as "matcha, vanilla bean & oat milk" did not know it was actually matcha on tap lol (I saw it come from spout), thought it was just a cute clever name for their original matcha. i've been wanting to try this place and i'm mostly raving about the pizza bagel more than the coffee unfortunately... the coffee had a mild flavor to it. i ordered two iced cortados (aka very short latte) for a strong espresso taste. however it was very weak and i was really underwhelmed. the pizza bagel was really good but cost more than the drinks. i believe our total was $18 for two drinks and one bagel. the service was alright. the place was very chill and i loved the decor. it would be a great place to study or work on the weekdays. read more

I really enjoyed my visit at Mikey G's! Did not realize that it was inside harvest church (so if you visit just know its there haha), but its a huge space with lots of area to sit and work. I came because I heard of their matcha flight, which they switch every month with flavors. The August flavors were banana oat milk, cinnamon toast crunch, black sesame, and raspberry freeze. My first time here. I love the vibes and I love how spacious it is. Especially having a toddler most coffee shops aren't the most kid friendly but this one was! We ordered the pistachio matcha and watermelon matcha. They both were really good but the flavor kinda got lost. It seems to be out of the 80s or 90s set up with informercials playing on their TVs and beaver decals everywhere. It's like kitschy and sort of futuristic. This is popular place, there was a long line of people. This is their matcha month, with special matcha drinks for it. They have watermelon, mango, and cherry matcha. I didn't end up waiting too long, line was going at a steady pace. I decided it get the pistachio with honey cold foam drink. They have regular and large sizes. I opted for the regular. Staff seem really friendly. Cashier was nice and I overheard him tell the customers in front of me that the stickers they had were free. I got some stickers. I didn't have to wait too long for my drink either. I took a sip and approved. It's a good blend of matcha and pistachio. I enjoyed it! I always see people coming out with their matcha and I can see why. Cafe is community oriented, where there is a lounge to sit and talk.
