From the moment you walk in, the whole place just feels like a vibe--plants everywhere, good music playing, and a super inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered a hot fig latte and it was honestly incredible. You can tell they really care about their craft--the espresso shot was smooth and rich, and the flavor of the fig was perfectly balanced, not too sweet but still super satisfying. The fact that they make all their syrups in-house really shows in the quality. I loved it so much I ended up buying a bag of their coffee beans to take home, which says a lot. Cons-my guest and I ordered iced coffees and they were out of plastic cups, so it was served in a paper cup. I ordered a Raspberry Mocha with an extra shot, and it was good but not great. Pastries were no where to be seen when we went that morning, so I wasn't able to try anything else. I was a regular customer here from the day this coffee shop opened. After moving out of state, I recently drove an extra hour out of my way to meet a friend here because I always enjoyed this place. We purchased several drinks and were sitting inside when the manager asked us to move outside because my toddler was being loud. While I understand he may have been disruptive, he wasn't running around or causing damage. What disappointed me was the manager's unfriendly approach. We moved outside as requested, but all the tables were in direct sunlight, which wasn't practical since I had my newborn with me. Food 7.5/10 Matcha flavor wasn't as strong in flavor or as rich as I would like, but the ube flavor was surprisingly strong and pretty good. It's hard to find many quality matcha drinks or Asian flavors in Riverside, but Condron surpassed my expectation. Ambiance 7.5/10 Cafe was clean and nicely decorated. Idk why I never stopped by this place before! I am now obsessed with their matcha. I found them on social media on 2/28 and saw they were releasing a Banana bread matcha for March so you know I had to stop by and see for myself. First off they are so nice in there. It seems to be a popular spot but very relaxing and calm atmosphere. The staff who helped me with my order were so friendly and I almost forgot to ask for almond milk but they literally asked me while I was ordering which I've never experienced elsewhere! They also just released a new brown butter cold foam so I added that to my order as well. The matcha was perfect with the foam, not too sweet but also not too earthy and honestly reminded me of caramelized plantains which I love. I would have gone in to the shop but had trouble finding parking so she ran out to get our drinks. Service was quick and we didn't have to wait long at all. I enjoyed my Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte. It was tasty and refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. Her Ube Latte was pretty enough, but the Ube flavor was so subtle that it was practically non existent. This coffee shop wasn't busy at all when I came on a Wednesday night, just a few people studying. It was clean and workers were nice and gave good suggestions. I got a matcha with vanilla cold foam. I was told matcha was on the lighter side so I got extra matcha. The matcha wasn't my favorite, it tased a bit sour. I wouldn't come back for the matcha but I'd give their coffee a chance. They have limited parking in the front and more in the back. They have one restroom inside. On Google it says they close at 6pm on Wednesdays but the hours posted outside was 6am-8pm. Condron is a vibey and chill coffee spot close to lots of thrift stores and the major shopping and food in Riverside Plaza. I love coming here with friends before we hit the thrifts. It's also a popular study spot and while there is plenty of seating it can be a little difficult to come by, especially if you're in a group. It also seems that dogs are allowed inside! There is one bathroom and parking is usually ample. On to the actual beverages, I love that they serve kombucha here, but I usually order a matcha or iced latte. If you are looking for vegan or non dairy options, the iced matcha with oat milk and either lavender, agave, or vanilla syrup is quite solid. Service has always been solid as well! I will say I wish they didn't upcharge for nondairy, especially since many other coffee shops have stopped doing that. read more

April 2026 I came here on a Saturday morning to get some work done. This place gets packed!!!!! The workers are super cool and friendly. If you're into 90s music, The Smiths and Radiohead this is the place to go. Parking can be challenging, because there's a nearby Pilates studio. Other than that, seems like the matcha lattes with their various foams are a hit here. I stuck with the ice americano each time. I got here just before 9am on a Saturday and there were some people, but it was not busy. I got my pour over. There were two options, a Sumatra origin coffee and the Perseus coffee, which I tried and is pictured. The coffee was nice to drink but not anything out of the ordinary. I might try a different coffee next time. However, I wanted to write this review since I enjoyed the vibe of this place so much. There's plenty of seating - even though there was a steady stream of people the whole time I was here (about an hour), it never got full. It's also very kid friendly here, in a nice way. Another swing and a miss for me at this coffee joint. So this place was really really busy when we tried it around 12:30 on a Tuesday. All the seats/tables inside were filled with college aged persons with their laptops - as a late 30s female I felt out of place. Loud music coming from the overhead speakers making it hard to hear while sitting inside. Very straight to the point menu is on the wall behind the baristas, and a small pastry display is by the register. Barista at the register was neither friendly nor off putting, she was just there, if that makes sense? Took my order, asked the milk/sweetener questions, the end. My friend saw a book on one of the decorative shelves and took it to the register to pay, sooo funny but they gave it to my friend for free, said it was just decor! I thought that was hilarious. I got the matcha with regular vanilla sweetener and whole milk. It was decent but nothing to write home about. My friend got an iced peach tea- I included a picture - it was so watered down they should have just charged it as a water. This was my first time trying this coffee shop highly recommended by a friend and it deserved the recognition. This coffee place is a very cute, artsy vibe that is a perfect place to study or meet up with friends to catch up! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, had great suggestions, and was very efficient (especially working by herself). There is sufficient street parking easily accessible around the coffee shop for a stress-free environment. The matcha tasted very rich and you can tell the powder is high quality because it did not taste watered down or not authentic. The ube addition as a sweetener was the perfect suggestion given by the server and I felt that both tastes complimented one another. My friend ordered the lemonade and they poured it straight from a Kirkland bottle, I didn't expect fresh lemonade just something to be aware of. I'm not sure if they ran out of espresso or just got lost on the way to the coffee machine, but my drink tasted like someone shouted the word "coffee" into a jug of milk and handed it to me.
