I went in here one evening and opened the door. I was screamed at cuz the floor was being washed. I was told to get out and come back in 15 minutes. How was I supposed to know this? I usually don't care if businesses are bad but, the woman at the counter has always been rude to customers and I for one don't even talk so for her to be rude to me is a weird concept. Lousy customer service!! I'm disabled and they were very RUDE to me this morning!! They gave me a bag to try to bag my own food and when they knew I had an EBT card they said the EBT doesn't cover the hotdogs and all this other BS!! They are always out of the sandwiches!! Would recommend going to another 711 just to avoid- The owner that looks down on EBT!! As soon as I said I had an EBT card he immediately was rude to me and told me I couldn't buy the hotdogs which I had no problem paying cash$$ for!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Warning: this store discriminates against certain customers (based on the reviews, I see we are not the only ones). Went there with a friend to get a carton of cigarettes for her husband, only to have the cashier say her card was declined. She tried another, same result. She was shocked, humiliated, and had to check the bank to see if her account was frozen for some reason. We later found out from the bank that the cashier was the one who had declined the transaction, causing their fraud dept to follow up with her. This kind of cowardly discriminatory practice is absolutely unacceptable to me. I will not be returning here. read more

So I went into this store to use my reward points to buy a bag of chips and The damn crackhead that works that works the grave shift redeemed two bags worth of points (2400 points) out of my rewards and then had the nerve to try to charge me for two more bags!!! When I told him that he's charging me for 4 bags of chips on top of taking all my points , I mentioned that he took all my point and I asked to grab another bag of chips or give me my 1200 points back and then he started to argue with me and threatened me!! I went in to get a couple things and had to wait a long time while the two workers kept putting items on shelves. The man in front of me told me this happens a lot. He told them he was ready and they still kept doing the shelves. Last time I went in this happened. So obviously it's a problem. When a customer comes in they should go help them. My review is not based on one particular experience but on a collection of incidents that resulted in me walking out without buying anything. I'm a huge fan of 7-11 coffee...I come to get some one day and they don't have a single pot with coffee and the guy refused to make any b.c. apparently they don't sell coffee after like 2PM. Umm...I've never seen this before. Another time they tried to card me (i'm 26) for cigs when my man was buying them (he's 30) and would not sell us the cigs b.c. I didn't have my ID on me even though the cigs were for him and he was purchasing them. There were a few other events along these lines so now I never go back. Hate this place. read more

Stopped in to get a soda and hot dog and the female clerk who served me had really dirty, wet and grimy fingernails. She did not use gloves and I was totally grossed out. They also do not have packs of mustard and the "mustard" that came out of the large container with a pump top looked like radioactive yellow water that slimed it's way off the hot dog, turning the bun yellow with no solid "mustard" on the hot dog! I was going to say something, but I just payed for hot dog and threw it the trash can outside and took off. They need packs of mustard, gloves, soap and a manicure! read more

Going to keep this brief because I don't want to waste any more time on this store. But I just got a slice of pizza for $1 from there, and it was undercooked. The only reason I am not giving it 1 star is because the manager was very sorry when I called and offered to replace or refund it. Would be in their best interest to get their pizza to be consistently good, because there is a place down the street charging $3.50 for a slice of mediocre pizza. This store seriously needs a deep cleaning and to be better organized. The floors are sticky and the counters slopped with drink spills. It's cluttered and inventory is all over the store...the chips are in 3 different places for example. Nice people, but a filthy store. read more
