They always have yummy new stuff to try and even have samples which are usually delicious. Great prices on almost everything and I love that there are no food dyes in anything. As a mom of 4 its so helpful that they unload the cart for you and bag everything. The checkout people are always friendly and my kids even love coming for the free lollipops after finding the hidden horse. If you have any questions about the new products they always do their best to help. This is one grocery store I feel like I leave in a better mood than when I came lol! Even though we usually check out with a huge cartful, no one ever makes it feel like its a burden. Love Trader Joe's, and this location is definitely one of the best I've been to!

A number of shelves were already empty, and the store felt noticeably picked over. I went in hoping to find some discounts, either regular sales or closing deals, but there really weren't any. That was a bit disappointing, especially given how bare some of the aisles looked. Customer service was pretty much nonexistent, which has honestly been the norm here, but it felt even more noticeable this time around. You can still stop in and grab what you need, but don't expect any stellar service or great bargains. It's sad to see this location closing. Hopefully, something good moves into the space.

When I was ready to leave, I just happened to choose Heather's checkstand since it was empty. She smiled and said "Oh good, I was curious what type you chose" and I told her I was looking forward to using my air fryer. Heather really made my day! I came home and even mentioned my experience to my husband and he agreed about how much he likes the Poway location. It's clean and has a great vibe. And the parking lot has multiple entrances/exits and is a much different experience than most grocery stores.

They are always super helpful when checking out, making sure my phone number is in for the discounts and bagging everything quickly and efficiently. Its always very clean and well taken care of.
