If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just wanted to buy 2 sodas and a bag of chips, ended up being overcharged insulted and racially degraded. The manager (a white woman) called my Mexican boyfriend a beaner when he attempted to speak to her about the overcharge. We replied saying you lost customers only to be met with a response of quote "we don't care we don't like your face." At this point I had asked for the corporate number and was told by the manager quote "what are they going to do?" while laughing in my face. Was excited to come here with my kids to get it every year like always. We waited in line to get the Slurpee and went to the counter and the worker charge us and say they not doing the free Slurpee. The staff and customer service here has dropped below terrible!! I used to come here almost daily. With the new staff I avoid it at all costs. Not only do they talk trash to you under their breath, they'll have a full on tantrum. They close early almost every day now. Today I came in at 10:30pm and they were already mopping!! (keep in mind they close at midnight) That's super early to start closing procedures, but I understand wanting to prep for close because they want to get home. BUT! When you mop early, you don't start trash talking customers for BEING CUSTOMERS AND SHOPPING!! He called my fiancé the b word and c word among many others. Disgusting and despicable!! Bring back old management and staff! I don't want to get yelled at every time I come to shop while the store is supposed to be open!! Last week I came 15 minutes before close. I had to convince them to even let me in the door. Both employees constantly asked am I done yet and to get out already. I needed the ATM before I left and guess who complained about that too. 7/11 is a convenience store. You're not supposed to harass and berate your customers. The guy working as the cashier just now was extremely impatient, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by our very presence. My 14yo sister and I went to get some midnight coffee and my sister wanted a free slurpee for the July app offer. The man used a very annoyed voice, almost yelling at her when we asked which cover was sized for the small slurpee. Almost not wanting the slurpee anymore, we went to the counter to pay. We said two separate purchases. The man scanned my sister's 7-eleven app for the free slurpee. I intended to save my free slurpee for another time in my free app. He said that she was done, that her slurpee is free, and then made a shooing motion with his hand. I then had him scan my medium ice coffee, said that it was separate, and that I was paying with the 7-eleven app wallet. He then said that I owed $0.79. I repeated that I was paying using the app and he said that yes, she got her slurpee and the coffee was $0.79. I repeated a third time that I was paying using the app wallet and that our purchases were separate, and then he made a really disgruntled grunting sound, scanned my phone again, and then shooed us out. Annoyed by this interaction, my sister and I left and went into my car. In the car, I checked my transaction history and he put both my sister's free slurpee and my iced coffee on my app wallet. So, he used MY free slurpee instead of my sister's app's free slurpee. This guy is not about customer service, listening to his customers, or getting the payments right. But as we were sitting in my car, he followed outside a moment later to smoke and to stare at us in my car as if we were the ones standing between him and a smoke break. Terrible customer service and maintenance of the pumps. I will NEVER get gas here or buy anything again! Can't read the screen on the pumps. So old and sun damaged. Had to go into pay. When I told the cashier that you couldn't read the screen at the pump, she proceeded to tell me you have to come into pay. REALLY, I am right in front of you with my card. I said " Iam in telling you so you can let management know." She continues to say, "well it's damage from the sun." If you want a Squishee (Slurpee) this is the place for your brain freeze. My favorite flavor is the Pina Colada. They also have Readers and the newspapers here. Lotto tickets and yes ice too. If you need to get gasoline or propane you can stop here. The price for gas is not too bad. Not the lowest or the highest. Just average prices here. Walked in today to get 20 dollars cash back, asked the female clerk if i could get 20 back at the register she said no they only do 10. Then she proceeded to allow me to walk to their broken ATM machine (mind you there was no out of order sign on the machine) and try to take out cash. As I am standing there waiting for what seemed like forever (ATM machine is right next to the register and clerks) I finally have to ask if their ATM machine works. Then and only then do they let me know "its broken". I ask why there isn't an out of order sign on it? They tell me "they were too busy". Really???? Not too busy to take my business or money every morning though. I check my account after leaving the store and my acct is processing 22.95!!!! The ATM machine took money from my acct but I didn't receive the cash! DONT USE THEIR ATM MACHINE!! in fact don't go to this store at all! The manager also tried to tell me the machine isnt there's but isnt it in HIS store? Shouldn't he at least make sure an out of order sign is posted? Almost all the employees are rude except for 1 gentleman and they only put him on the evening shift. its so busy in the mornings and the clerks are extremely rude so it would make sense to put the gentleman with excellent customer service on that shift, but no he is on the evening shift. So many bad experiences with this 7-11 but it's so close.... I've had my card skimmed from here. I have taken $20 out of the atm once and no money was dispensed when I told the person at the register they said they knew but didn't put an out of order sign up they did not give me the $20, I was told to call the bank the ATM is with, when I did the bank said 7-11 was responsible... I never got my money but I also don't use their atm anymore. This morning getting gas there was something wrong with the pumps it took me 11 minutes to put in 10 of gas. Tim the guy working said it was just running slow- 11 minutes for $10 of gas!!!!! I called to tell them they should put a sign up and he hung up on me. I called back to see when the owner was available and was asked why I need to sort to the owner and then told he was the owner and was unbelievably rude, I told him to have a nice day and hung up.
