One of, if not the worst 7-11 in the city. Always dirty, product often lacking, and employees outright refuse service. I would periodically stop by hoping for a better experience, only to be disappointed. Today I stopped in for a Diet Coke. The syrup ran out half way thru. I let the associate behind the counter know. He told me to drink regular coke. I told him I don't want the sugar. He laughed. We stared at each other for a few seconds. I asked I he was gonna change it out. He said no. Everything about this 7-Eleven is average except for the staff. They make the convenient store a wonderful place to stop by and grab necessities. I live in the neighborhood and have to deal with the relative food desert till Whole Foods opens down Ocean. When I need a few quick things, this is my go-to place. The staff is always courteous and remembers my cancer stick pack and asks how I'm doing. Good stuffs. The bad is they don't have the cool new soda machines that many 7-Elevens have that allow you to take your diabetes-inducing-carbonated beverage tot he next level and a lot of the merchandise is dated. Too bad :( It's a problem with many of the convenience markets in the area. Expired food is not good! read more

Store staff are unintrusive and overall seemed nice as far as I could tell last time I went. Its smaller then other 7/11s but I don't think they sell less products, its just the store size. read more

The worst 7-11 I've ever been to, ever sinice it changed ownership. It's the closest to my home so every once In a while I try it again, and frequently I am sorry. It is dirty, stacks everywhere, slow arrogant service and what made me write this, The man tried to short me on my lotto ticket winnings (small amount of cash on two tickets). I wanted to think it was a mistake, but I really believe it was intentional. He did not know I'd checked the tickets before I got there. He tried to show me the results on his phone, quickly flashing it to me, rather than just printing a winnings ticket when I asked. He got upset when I said I'd just take the tickets eleswhere, so we argued for a while, even letting customers go ahead of me, until he finally showed me the the correct amount, twice the figure he'd quoted, acting a little surprised, but not apologizing. Still tried a couple of quick-change artist kind of moves and would not honor the big gulp price when I put my number in the computer. So I skipped buying my drink and Ice and more tickets. I won't go back. He said I wasted his time. I say he wasted mine, and it was an ugly event. read more

This 7-11 is under new management. Where before you were greeted with a smile, now you'd be lucky if they'd acknowledge you at all. Didn't know cashiers could convey "pay for your shit and leave" with just a look on their face. Plus they're always out of things. This place and the new owners SUCK! read more

Gather 'round. We are going to play a rousing game of Guess-Which-Scenario-Is-False! Alright, let's get going. 1.) It's 4 in the morning and I am making my third journey of the night to 7-11. It's Wednesday (but could very well be a Monday, or an Everyday) and my bloodshot eyes peer into the stoic cashier who cares little about why I have seen him at nearly every-hour intervals for the past few. Embarrassed of how this qualified employee may picture Someone Like Me, I begin to murmur stories of Parties! and Roommates! and Festive Things That Make This All Seem A Little Less Creepy! Alas, I live alone and the truth is that I may be a little intoxicated, am quite possibly a tad lonely, and without a doubt, ravenous. Seeing as it is, yes, 4 in the morning (rub in the salt, rational side of brain), this is the only food venue that I can legally obtain goods from within a one block radius and it wasn't until I ate the first pint of Ben & Jerry's that I realized I may need something salty for balance (2nd trip) and then another addition of sweetness (Red Vines and M&M's - 3rd trip) as a night cap. 2.) I recently received a phone call from Bank of America regarding possible Fraudulent Activity on my card. I spent a few (23) minutes on hold, before I was greeted by a nice-sounding gentleman who did not appear to speak my language, was then put on hold again to be directed to the English-speaking department, and finally assisted by a robot willing to help. The robot had me verify my last few purchases and after I successfully bubbled in the scantron of How I Got Myself Into Debt, she explained to me that the hold on my account was placed due to "unusual activity" and went on to cite my last 7 consecutive trips to 7-11 as "suspicious activity." 3.) I spent my Thanksgiving curled in my bed, beating out the cold in my nose, as well as the environmental frost and made one venture outside my apartment. I took the holiday journey down the block to 7-11 and filled my basket with a cornucopia of diet coke, potato chips and two donuts. Which door will lead you down the hall of deception? Well, if you guessed Door 1, you'll now be hearing that awful buzzer noise you always hear when you've made an error on a game show. If you guessed Door 2, you'll be in good company with the loser that guessed Door 1. And if you guessed Door - Ok, let's just cut to the chase. Raise the house lights, stop the suspenseful music. It's all true. There is no prize money to be had, no rounds to move on to....all three options are true. I am not sure whether this makes me question my need for some kind of restraint system, or if I am just taking advantage of the natural resource my neighborhood has provided. If it weren't for 7-11, another (totally capable, if a bit socially distant around the holiday season) poor, helpless child would have gone hungry on Thanksgiving. If it weren't for 7-11, I may be experiencing more sleep and less high fructose corn syrup jitters. If it weren't for 7-11, I would be thirsty as hell, less at risk for diabetes, a couple pounds thinner, and a few dollars richer. This seems like a good place to slow a slogan out there, huh? A straight-forward, perfectly servicable 7-11. Nothing special. No cash back at the register, and the parking lot doubles as an ashtray.

Well, since this is my friendly neighborhood Convienence store, I frequent it very often at all hours of the day and night. From the ATM run, to the search for liquor flasks, 2 am drunk munchies, or taquito craving, this place hits the spot. The employees are usually always friendly (except when they try to hit on you because they know that you're intoxicated). I do give them credit because I have gotten a free taquito or two, and had the opportunity to refill my slurpee after sipping it down. Basically, if you want cheez-its for $5 a box, then this is your place to go. They've even got some random around the house things if your in a bind, like bottle openers, tums, and eye drops. But hey,even if 7-11's prices are way too inflated, sometimes its just easier then going to an actual grocery store. read more

ok this place is a crap hole. The taquitos were crappy and old. The cashier was very unhelpful and didnt seem to pay any attention to his customers. Worse of all, there was spilled milk in the walk-in area and no one bothered to clean it up. *sigh* if only mr timothy healy was still working there. read more

This is my 7-11 and it gets 5 stars. When I go to some coffee shops, I pay $3.00-$4.00 for a cup of coffee. When I come to 7-11, I pay 3-4 bucks and I end up leaving with coffee and a candy bar. Or coffee and chips. Or coffee and taquitos. You get the point. Probably not a good to get so many calories for so little money but hey that's cool with me! read more

This is a typical 7-eleven store. Everyone seems friendly here and I come down whenever I'm craving a snack, slurpee, or even a hot dog. The parking lot is pretty tiny though because they share the parking lot with other stores. The store isn't too busy during the day. read more

Don't come here if you don't want to get scammed. I came with my friend and when asked if she wanted a bag she said yes but the cashier didn't get one for her but charged her anyways. She had to ask for it again. And then on the same trip there was an add that said two ice creams for 4 dollars but the cashier charged me 6 dollars for them. My friend and I didn't notice until after we ate the ice cream so I don't even think I can ask for a refund or my two dollars. I know it's just two dollars but it sucks to be tricked like that. read more

Their taquitos are never any good :( . They are either really old and hard, or not fully cooked. I partly blame the worker because they should know when to sell them or when to toss them. Sometimes they give me an entirely different taquito that I ask for. read more

Just your average 7 eleven. Nothing really special. It's clean, which is good, and the service is pretty fast. I prefer coming to 7 eleven than to those other liquor stores because unlike the corner stores, 7 elevens accept credit cards! Much more appealing when an establishment accepts credit. read more

This Seven Eleven location is ok. There are some strange people that hangout outside the store. I come here when I am in the area and in need of some candy or some lottery tickets. The people that work here are nice. I might come back here again or not. Depending on if I am in the area. Or I just might go to CVS instead. read more

You're always there when I need you no matter the time or odd craving. Conveniently located down the street from my second home. Not to mention the one by my first home in Daly City. Both within walking distance too. That's kind of the problem. Being able to snack at any time is not necessarily a good thing. Everything is great about this store, standard 711. Except for one guy usually late night shifts who is probably tired of dealing with the drunken crowd or whatever. Who owns this damn convenience store?? I just called and the phone went to a screeching fax machine of a voicemail, then I called again and the guy must have tried to take the phone off the hook, but I caught him at the right time and the phone answered! To....nobody. Just the sound of a cash register being opened and closed, and an angry man with a thick accent loudly berating a customer over their PIN number.
