Don't ever come here. My boyfriend tried asking a store associate a question and he blew him off to have a personal conversation. Went up to the cash register and the owner(?) tried charging us $2 for a cup of ICE. These people don't know professionalism. I know they probably deal with scum all day but it's clear that I'm not a broke fool and I haven't felt so disrespected at any other 7-11. No, water spigot here. At most convenience stores there is a water only option for those looking to refill their reusable bottle, but not here. If you want water, you must buy a plastic bottle from the cooler. Plus the store overall was not very clean. My shoes were sticking to the floor. read more

Horrible service. I came here today with my daughter before we went on our regular Saturday walk. We purchased 3 celsius drinks, chips & a lemonade. I was a regular here. When I walked into the store two associates where at the register. I looked at one of them in the blonde dyed hair, showed her the drink I walked in with (celsius drink) half empty. She nodded her head as in yes. I did this as a way of courtesy, to show them I am walking in with a drink in hand already. No signs are posted that you need to do this. As I walk up to the register I put down 4 drinks in total plus the chips. When I am asked about the drink in hand. The associate asked what about that drink? I replied I brought this from home. She continues to ring up my items when she stops and asks me again. I responded and said I brought this one from home. She says, don't be upset I am only asking, I responded I am not upset I am responding to your question. If in doubt check the cameras. She proceeds to have a conversation with the associates next to her in another language which guess what ? I understand the language. I did not say anything, but then the other associate says to me. She was only asking because people steal. I replied I understand, but not me. Then the other girl tells me you're upset. If anyone is upset for being accused of stealing and interrogated yes that is normal. I told you check the cameras. To the male owner who came out, I am sure you checked the cameras and realized you where wrong. You told me that people need to show what's in there hands before they walk in, and I said I did. I made eye contact with the blonde dyed hair person. She nodded yes. I then asked you, however where is the sign that says people have to show what they have in hands when they walk in? The store is really clean comprar to the other 7-eleven's in Santa Ana sometimes they run out of there items and they tell me they run out because they have regular customer's.I'm one of them they do have a lot of people buying things every time I go. I see this bad reviews and some are right but there in a bad location every time I go they have a customer that is drunk or homeless people maybe there a little rude but not to me and I see that they treat people with respect if you give them respect. read more

2 weeks ago i went to this store around 2 in the morning. The employees locked the doors while they talked and cleaned. They would laugh at people who would try and open the door but could not. After an hour and a half they opened the doors. Keep in mind this store is supposed to operate 24/7 After entering the store the employees began to make racist comments in spanish and belittling my friend and I. Today I went there for a big gulp. The employee said it was 2$ I showed him the price tag by the soda machine and then he told me if I wanted to know the price I have to ask him. That the tags arent always right. Once I told him I wasnt going to buy it, he threatened to try and extort me. I asked for the franchise owners name and he told me he is the owner. Right after I walked out of the doors I called corporate. I found out he isnt the owner and was breaking several laws including false personation [ People v. Chardon, 77 Cal. App. 4th 205 (Cal. Ct. App. 1999)] The employees regularly break laws some even felonious crimes with absolutely no accountability. Do NOT go to this 7-11. The employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and annoying. It might be hard to picture how a 7-11 could be so bad since all they have to do is ring you up, but unfortunately it's very real. They recklessly overcharge while having annoying personal conversations. One employee even took a price tag down (after trying to place it under other items) and wouldn't give me a refund for the correct price. All over 60 cents! I tried to tolerate it since I live nearby but finally said it's not worth the headache--better off going to another nearby 7-11 or other store. read more

Don't go to this place. If I could give them a ZERO I would. The owner and employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went inside and asked the guy if I could get a money order since we were moving to a new place and needed to have it. When I asked the owner he said they just accept cash and not even debit card. I was surprised but I respected that so I went to ATM to get cash since it was after hours and banks were closed. Got charged at ATM just to have cash in order to get the money order. Come back to the seven eleven and they guy said oh our machine doesn't work!!!!! Wth???? Didn't you know your machine doesn't work 5 min ago?????
