    A blended Matcha drink.
    Al C.

The coffee is locally roasted and prepared. It's some of the best coffee I've ever had! My family and I go to the mall at least once a week to have some coffee or a blended frozen drink.

Fantastic Coffee shop surprisingly hidden in plain sight at a Mall of all places. I came here with my wife to take a look at a few things in another store and then we saw a coffee shop and we both wanted some coffee. Spoke with the owner and he knew his stuff with coffee and got me his most known Speciality Drink the Vietnamese Coffee. The Coffee was rich and delicious and the Vietnamese coffee bean he blends is strong and great. Ended up buying one of his bags he sells to make it at home.

Clever name for a coffee shop that serves more ice than actual coffee. 2 sips in and I was halfway done with it. 4 sips and it was gone and only the ice remained. I ordered on the kiosk and didn't see an option to select the amount of ice and it probably would have been an extra charge. Regardless, there wasn't an option and LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF ICE!! Absolutely absurd and never coming back. The coffee itself was okay.

The cold brew was alright, did not stick out too much in my mind. I am glad they offer sugar free syrups. The menu was filled with lots of interesting flavored lattes and Vietnamese coffees. The mall surrounding the establishment was very loud so it was hard to hear the baristas when ordering. The baristas did not seem very attentive or friendly.

I stopped here for a hot latte on a cold, cloudy day while at the Main Place Mall. It's on the top floor near Macy's. The interior is quite nice, as inviting as a mall coffee cafe can be. I ordered a hazelnut latte; a bit on the pricey side. The fellow working here was very friendly and conversational. I took the latte with me as I walked through the mall, continuing my shopping. It was very, very hot. I couldn't drink it at first. Honestly it took me half an hour before I could sip it. Admittedly I have a temperature sensitive tongue but I'm telling you, this was served scalding hot. The hazelnut flavor was subtle but there, which I enjoyed. The coffee itself tasted burnt which is also my complaint about the world's largest coffee chain. I only drank half. Not my favorite coffee experience but it warmed me up. Other reviews rave about the Vietnamese coffee so I think that's the way to go if you visit here and like strong coffee.

The space is really bright and calm with a ton of seating, and there were lots of people working on laptops, so it definitely feels like a good place to hang out for a while. What I loved most was the neighborhood vibe. People were greeting the barista by name and saying "see you next time" when they left, which made it feel like one of those local spots everyone secretly wants as their regular coffee shop. The barista was super friendly too and chatted with me while making my drink. I ordered the iced vanilla latte and it was great--smooth and not overly sweet (which is rare because vanilla lattes can easily taste like dessert). Overall, very cute spot, great vibe, and good coffee. If I lived closer this would definitely become one of my regular stops.

I believe their espresso leans toward a lighter roast, coming through bright and expressive, while the milk drinks are dialed in with that smooth, silky texture that makes you want to savor. That said, the drinks don't always scratch the itch for me in the way I might expect but it might just be that their speciality drinks aren't quite what I typically look for. Nonetheless I do still think they have a strong coffee program and a team that clearly cares about craft.

I popped in on a Sunday morning after a brunch nearby and opted for my regular order, a cold brew with a splash of oat milk. My coffee was GREAT and I was really digging the decor and red brick exterior. However, the mood was dampened as the ambiance inside was a little soulless. No music, no laughter. Additionally, the staff was a little moody for my taste. I got decent service but staff were frowning and not having a good time. Maybe I visited on an off-day? However, the shop wasn't busy nor were customers being unpleasant. I just think the band of baristas needed a social check-in. Still, I decided to give this place a second chance (no angry neighbor this time), and I was glad I did! PARKING: There's street parking around the neighborhood - I parked on Almond Ave so I wasn't in front of a house. The spots right outside the shop were 30 minute only. If you can't find parking there's probably tons as you go east if you're willing to walk. WHAT I ORDERED: Pistachio cream cold brew THE DRINK: Amazing. I've had my share of acidic or bitter cold brews, and this was not one of them. The cream was perfectly sweetened and flavored . SERVICE: Exceeded my expectations. The baristas when I came in were very bubbly and answered my questions and gave me suggestions, and were funny too! I wish I got their names, but they were working on Monday early afternoon - I hope they get some recognition. We also got some samples of the food items (which may have swayed me to get the turkey panini next time I come in). Even with the experience I had above a while back ago, I remember going in to let the baristas know and they were very understanding and apologetic, which I really appreciated. VIBES: Probably one of the top coffee shops to get work done in OC. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: So many. Not at the tables downstairs but in the private rooms and at a lot of the seating upstairs. * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, clean * WATER: You can ask for free water * VOLUME: Music was a little bit loud but not terrible * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Lotsssss of seats when I came on a Monday late morning-afternoon. Very cool that there were private rooms (which can be reserved two hours in advance if you call them), tables, bar-style seating upstairs, and most importantly, comfy couches!! * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I can't believe I almost missed out on this gem. I'll be back soon!

Unfortunately, this visit was one disappointment after another. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. hoping for a peaceful coffee-and-breakfast morning. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coffee was decent , but honestly wasn't worth fighting the neighbors for a parking spot!

Great service caught me at Enchanted Coffee…read more Some coffee shops serve great coffee. Others leave you thinking about the experience long after you've left. Enchanted Coffee did exactly that. I stopped by around 12:40 p.m. on a weekday, and the café was already bustling with customers. Luckily, I found the perfect outdoor seat where I could enjoy the sunshine without sitting directly in it. Inside was clean and welcoming, with mostly high-top seating, a communal island, and a small corner with traditional tables. Being on the shorter side, I knew the patio was my best option. During my visit, I also noticed guests enjoying the café with their dogs, adding to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Whenever I visit a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm looking for more than great food. I'm paying attention to the experience. Customer service is where I believe businesses either shine or fall flat, and it's often what determines whether I'll return. I ordered the Lox Bagel along with a lavender oat milk matcha. I asked if I could add a single shot of espresso, but Elizabeth explained they pull two shots at a time. I laughed and told her, "I don't want you to dump it," so I happily took the double shot. She also let me know the bagel would likely take 20-25 minutes because only two employees were working. I appreciated her honesty and told her to take her time. Instead, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Lox Bagel came on an everything bagel which was my choice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and capers. They serve it whole, allowing you to slice it yourself. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the combination of creamy cream cheese, fresh vegetables, salty capers, and rich salmon created a bite that was balanced and incredibly satisfying. The dirty lavender matcha paired beautifully with it. As more customers continued to pour in, I couldn't help but watch how the staff handled the growing crowd. People patiently waited in line, squeezed into available seats, grabbed drinks to go, and somehow everything continued flowing smoothly. Even with only two employees working, the service never lost its warmth. Enchanted Coffee captivated me with more than its coffee. It was the hospitality, the honesty, and the overall experience that won me over. Needless to say, they've earned themselves a new weekly customer. If you're in the area or simply want to be captivated by the drinks, food and service...definitely give them a try.
