I arrived to have their shutters closed in my face. Literally. I didn't say a word. I waited at the store. When the reopened, they took everyone else. Apparently you're supposed to check in at the kiosk even if you're not here for a vaccine. When I told him that I've been here and he saw me prior to their break. He told me he wouldn't help me unless I check in at the kiosk. I said I've been waiting for like 40 min here to pick up antibiotics for a 5-yr-old, he told me "everyone is here for medication." I want to cry from the helplessness I feel waiting for my sons medicine as he lays at home crying from the pain--while this man at the pharmacy enjoys his ego trip--but I just sit here. Still waiting. Now it's 50 min. No end in sight. I can already see that he's going to have a bright future in healthcare. Good job, Walgreens pharmacy.

Getting a hold of the staff is slightly easier than other CVS locations; transferring, updating, and getting notification of meds have always been pretty good, and they are pretty communicative. Note that they have a lunch break daily from 1:30 to 2 PM. Getting to the parking lot in the rear of the building is kind of a pain, and the lot is somewhat small; just watch out for random pedestrians and speeding cars (I know, speeding cards in the lot!). +friendly techs +responsive +located inside Target +parking in rear

There have been times when I've gone in to this store after a stressful day and one conversation with Marguerita will lift my spirits. I see her compassion with all CVS customers. They do not fill prescriptions when they are indicated, and then they will fill prescriptions when they are the wrong prescription even after five phone calls. They will do everything that they can to push extra work on the patient and will not do things like submit things to the insurance company, instead they will just not fill a prescription or make the patient contact the insurance company to leave a message for the pharmacists.

Several months ago a presc for a 90 day was filled for a 30 day at the price Walgreens gave it for a 90 day. When I said something the pharm reluctantly said ok 90 then each 30 day was Walgreens 90 day for a total cost of near $300. I didnt get it. Today 2-22 with the potential for a few more customers from the market on main with a few parking in the cvs lot (elderly and handicapped mostly) it was overheard at the coffee shop nearby that the mgr who has never been pleasant was going to have cars towed. Not long after, a tow truck parked in the lot apparently to intimidate. The entire lot at the time had four cars. I thought nothing could be worse than Walg going PE owned. I was wrong.
