The matcha was really good (as a Californian, I don't usually have high hopes for Utah matcha, but I was very happy). Got my brother a toasted marshmallow latte with toasted marshmallow cold foam. I had a disappointing experience at Peace on Earth Coffee…read more I specifically ordered a matcha latte with a substitution for health reasons, so accuracy mattered to me. I made sure to confirm this substitution was available before placing my order. After drinking it, I became concerned that my substitution had not been applied, so I tried to contact the store. It took multiple calls to reach a manager, but once I did, they acknowledged that a new employee had likely made a mistake and apologized. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.

Years ago, when they were still operating as a food truck, they introduced me to Indian food for the very first time. I've been hooked ever since. My first favorite was the Butter Chicken. Then I tried the Chicken Tandoori, and now the Chicken Tikka Tandoori is my new favorite. Every dish has been full of flavor and cooked perfectly. What really stands out to me is that the food is clearly made fresh to order. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes because I'd much rather have a freshly cooked meal than food that's been sitting under a warmer. Every meal I've had has arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely worth the wait. The service has always been friendly, and it's great to see how far they've come from their food truck days. If you're looking for authentic, freshly made Indian food, I highly recommend Urban Turban. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The food was delicious (and true to the spice levels haha). It's been in the parking lot of the Shell gas station for 3 years and still going strong! My friends and I biked here and ate in cute seating area to the side of the truck. I chatted with the owner, Manveer, who was so kind and friendly! This place deserves more love and attention from the community! Come support this small Indian food truck!

Finally, World-Class Espresso in the Heart of Provo! If you…read moreare an espresso enthusiast living in or traveling through Utah County, your search ends here. Incidental Coffee Roasters isn't just a coffee shop; it's a masterclass in the craft. I can say without hesitation that this is the best espresso I have ever had in Utah County. What sets Incidental apart is the absolute precision in their flavor. Because they roast their own single-origin beans in-house, the coffee is incredibly fresh and "dialed in" to perfection. My espresso is always exceptionally balanced--smooth, with a complex natural sweetness and none of the bitterness you find at larger chains. It is clearly a labor of love for true coffee purists. Why you should visit: The atmosphere is minimalist, intentional, and calming--perfect for a focused morning or a sophisticated coffee date. But the real heartbeat of the shop is the owner, Dylan. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly lives and breathes coffee science, yet he's one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Whether you're a fellow coffee nerd wanting to talk extraction or a casual drinker looking for a recommendation, he makes everyone feel welcome without a hint of pretension. If you appreciate the "art" of the bean, do yourself a favor and stop by. Provo's coffee scene is better because of incidental! I come in here multiple times per week and am never disappointed. I also buy their fresh roasted coffee for making espresso at home and it is amazing! I like all the roasts i've tried but the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iwariti roast or the Ethiopia Guji roast are my favorite!
