I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a 7/11. Cassandra forced transaction, with aggression, from the wrong side of the counter as an employee, and after she went to the proper location for purchasing goods, she denied me service. I wanted a tobacco cigar, and she discriminated upon me for reasons of her own. She hastily asked if I was okay, and I responded and asked her the same. I also stated that she looks sick. As she does. To a degree that leads me to question her ability to do her job at 7/11. As I was leaving her co worker forced herself towards me started speaking racist nonsense and flipped me off. Due to this incident, my depression is growing again, and I am itching to call the police on Cassandra for hate crime, negligence and battery. I am incredibly disappointed. A pretty average store, what it lacks in size and merchandise, it makes up for in convenience. You can find most anything you can get from a gas station, only in a smaller or cheaper variety. Conveniently open 24/7, it makes for a decent corner store that lets you pick up everything from cheap snacks to souvenirs and items for your car at any time of the day, and any day of the year. Ideal for late hours and holidays when most other stores are closed. read more

Okay, this is silly. 7-Eleven may not be glamorous or known for top notch service, but I must say I appreciate the young cashier who was working yesterday evening. I got a call from a friend who was in dire need of a pregnancy test. I didn't ask questions, I just promised to stop at the nearest store & come right over. I don't know why we feel shame in these things, but I was a little embarrassed to be frantically running into a 7-Eleven to buy such an intimate item. I grabbed a test and a small bag of gummy strawberry candies to hold on top, concealing the item so all the men in line wouldn't see. When I put my items on the counter, I think I let out a little bit of a nervous laugh. The guy working smiled at me, quickly scanned the test & then threw the candies back on top to hide it again. This was such a tiiiiny act of kindness but it went a long way. People were hovering over me looking to buy lotto tickets, so his kind smile & quick discretion were MUCH appreciated. Summer lovin', had me a blast Summer lovin', happened so fast... Nothing like that song from Grease to get me in a summer mood. And summer means a few trips to 7-Eleven for Slurpees. It brings back so many fond childhood memories of hanging out at the 7-Eleven back in the day. That place was the epicenter of small town life. A couple blocks from the high school on the main drag. Cars slowly cruising by.... teens showing off their new ride/clothes/date/hair (this was the 80s and hair was FIERCE). Everyone checking each other out... ah, the memories. This 7-Eleven is pretty decent and busy at all hours of the day and night. Especially if you go on July 11th (7-11) and they are handing out free (small) Slurpees. I went in to grab a quick snack before work. While I was paying, the day shift lady decided that was a perfect time to call out the night shift guy on what a terrible job he's been doing. Started listing off all things wrong followed by telling him his being there is just not going to work out. At this point, I have yet to be checked out cause this whole back and forth argument started. How hard is it to wait till the customers have cleared out or to take the argument into a back room. I was almost late for work. Clocked in right on time, and that was after parking my truck like a jerk. I had to leave this review because I am pissed off! I come here EVERY DAY! I only come here mainly for coffee. Well about 4 months ago my problem began. I came to get an iced coffee as usual, only to find an "out of order" sticky note over my favorite flavor of iced coffee! I asked the employee if they can get more and they said "sorry there is no more in the back!".... So I try the next day and the next day and it stays out for about a week after it runs out! So one day I go to get one and I notice it looks refilled so I start filling my cup, and after about one shot worth of coffee goes in my "BIG GULP" cup, the machine is EMPTY! SO I pour the coffee in the drain at the bottom of the machine and throw the cup away. An employee yells at me "don't pour coffee in that! It is not a drain!" So I leave annoyed. I noticed the iced coffee is regularly "sold out". So I asked the manager lady Willa if they had more in back and she gets an attitude with me and says "there is no more and I don't know when the next shipment will be here" so I said "that kind of happens a lot with this machine!" She says to me with an attitude "well it's because it's the most popular flavor" so I said "well if it is the most popular flavor and it is always out you would think you would order more than you have been" she got pissed I questioned it so she replied "well if my damn employees weren't giving it all away for free...." Then she says "plus I can't order too much or it will go bad!"..... Well in reality it DOES NOT matter if you are selling it all, giving it away FREE, or even half priced refills!!! That means you should order extra because you ALWAYS RUN OUT!!!! What does employees giving a free coffee here or there have anything to do with why its ALWAYS EMPTY???? People come there for coffee REGARDLESS! If the employee says "it's on me today" how does that make you run out? It don't! It is lazy ordering and your attitude! I am only finally leaving this review because for the past 6 days I have gone in this 711 and the iced coffee says "out of order" if it is always out ORDER MORE!!!!! I should NOT have to waste my time every day going here to find out you still haven't refilled the coffee! That's SPECIFICALLY what I come here for!!! The other day I went to fill a cup up and it only had one drink worth so I threw the cup away and mumbled under my breath "EVERY FUCKING TIME!!!" And Willa happened to be walking behind me so she says "excuse me?" I said "Every time I come that coffee is all gone!" She says "it's my employees giving it all away for free!" So why is there never any? Because your employees give it away free or you are just lazy on ordering a double amount? Since it is the most popular flavor that means people go to it the most! How is everyone to feel when the one thing they come here for is always "SOLD OUT"..... IT IS BULLSHIT! And even if the employee gives a cup of coffee away do you realize the customer had the coffee before the employee said it is free meaning if the employee did happen to charge for the coffee or not the customer still would have paid. That DOES NOT effect the coffee running out quicker! If anything it's a shortage on their drawer at the end of the shift not less coffee! And think about it! I come here 31 days a month out of 31 days a month.... If 15 days out of those 31 days are an iced coffee machine stating "sold out" you would think you would understand an employee offering a free cup of coffee for the inconvenience of not having the kind of coffee you wanted let alone the other half of a month your favorite coffee is not available! It is ridiculous! I know Willa and every other employee do a lot and work hard and I appreciate that! I don't appreciate the lack of product, and the attitude by Willa! lived across the street for years, and there is one terrible person who ruins it. for example, I show up, flash a hundred to Anthony who I have known for ages, and ask for a supreme or meat pizza to be put on. I work late and pay extra for pizza on demand and dominoes next door is fleeting at this hour. gal says don't get it for her! I said theres ten people here please start it because it's in his hands, she yelled at him, she is the size of 7 of this man, sweaty and unshowered this year and it's august. and he obeys because I guess he's lower on the pecking order, which I honestly cannot fucking believe because business should not be ran this way, EVER. PERIOD. anyways, my card declines because I have seven debits and gave him the bitcoin earning one and she burst into laughter and started mocking me. I left, seen this happen to a couple other men' before me. shell, in tualatin down the street literally same parking lot has every single person a kind heart. Dear lord please bless shell down the street from this hell holenofna terrible place to work. Go to Gas station down the road, Bill is graveyard shift real prick type of guy with demeanor that everyone but him is a complete dick. First occasion After entering I asked how his night was going and receiving no response, just as though machine was looking at me. First purchase was two bags of potato. As I was selecting a product I notice a regular covering food from else where with Chili and Cheese which is labeled FREE with no little verbiage of with nacho chip purchase. I have worked for 7 Eleven before, there's often no concern as a franchise with buying alternative bag of nachos other than small bin containers and using them with Chili and Cheese. In fact 7 eleven waste tons of chili and cheese often and it's good way to allow costumer to feel welcome since this product doesn't get much value to these convenience stores anyway. After attempting to due so he loudly with diss-frustration demanding that I can't do that, despite the last costumer, and that he would charge me double despite the fact I already paid. Even after asking why it says free he said I had to purchase the chips then why doe it not say that what is the intent of putting free if it requires a particular purchase if not specified. Second occasion I pulled in to check see if another employee works other night shift's too was not comfortable seeing him again. How ever I decided may be he was just not feeling it that night. Sure enough he was not worthy of a second chance. This time I tested him by dropping 4 dollars on floor, walked by me picked it up sighed then attempted to communicate with customers as he walked back be hind counter with it. At this point I stopped him said did you just picked up my money off ground. Instead acknowledging me or/and handing it over he asked how much was their as if 4 dollars with only one other customer who did not walk by that area and me standing next to it would be attempting to get free lost money. After telling him the amount he said he didn't know who it was and has to bring it behind counter and I stated you could've asked me when I was standing their rather than walking around the isle as if I was not there. He acted like I was high schooler just in there to waste his time rather than out of state customer bring money to his business. Was no sign of sincerity complete lack of responsible expression just some dude about to hit mid life crisis who can't get a better job then working behind a counter. I must say as some one who's looking to move into the area this was horrible sign and I would hope and image youth will pick up on his ignorant demeanor and out of spite will use the five figure discount more readily and this behavior often can encourage beer runs rather than make more constructed by being intimidating. I hope he is removed sooner than later or he lets others get best of him and leaves because that's the reaction to operating in business as if your perspective triumphs the costumer.
