The customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming, which isn't something you always find at convenience stores. The first time, they wouldn't let me pick up an order I placed on my husband's account, even though I knew the order items. The last time, I wasn't able to pick up my order for a few hours. But it would be nice to be able to buy a beer if you are of legal age and have an ID that is eligible for purchasing alcohol. The old man behind the counter refuses to check vertical ID's and then tells you to get out as if you are in the wrong. I would give this 711 ZERO STARS The clerk is and old grumpy man and extremely disrespectful. I have never had an issue with walking in and buying snacks or drinks. I've gone to this 711 before and have bought alcohol now that he works majority of the time he denies me just because I don't have my prescription glasses on in my ID he's also denied my other friends bc their ID is not horizontal even though we're all of age. Just a little while ago I went to this location to buy a couple of things including going to the Amazon locker inside. When I went to go pay there was a lady who ordered something on the 7-Eleven App. I overheard enough to know she was trying to get the guy to look at her phone because apparently her order was ready and he denied knowing anything about it and told her to get out. Went to this store around 1 in the morning with my sister. The date was 7/11. There was an older Indian lady working who seemed quite tired. I asked her about the 7/11 promotion for free slurpee; to my surprise the woman looked at me like she had no clue what I was saying. I typed in my number for rewards and she waited for me to pay. But she had charged me for 2 slurpees. I kept trying to communicate with her but she doesn't understand English. I ended up just paying for it and leaving. This review is primarily about the coffee and coffee station. Any time I need a coffee fix from Noon to midnight, I'm off to this 7-Eleven for their coffee HH, ANY size coffee for $0.99! Yes, this is the time I like to get the X-LARGE cups. Plus a coffee customer card, buy 6 cups and get the 7th free..not much, but it's something.. Surprisingly, 7-Eleven has some pretty decent coffee. They have a large collection of different flavored creamers (french vanilla, hazelnut, even Stok, a high-caffiene shot, see pic). I'm a fan of their regular blend, with a few sugars and hazelnut. Blueberry is OK, their fall specialty Pumpkin spice is meh. Employees are usually laidback and friendly. read more

This 7-11 sucks compared to other ones. The people working there like to rip people off. I go in there with coupons to get camels for $1 and they take $1 off instead. They also deny me using coupons sometimes even though theyre supposed to take them since they are selling the product there. Youre supposed to get $2 off when you buy two packs of cigarettes and they wont give you the deal all the time. Male, heavy set cashier was not only rude to four 12 year boy old customers, but when my son walked in separately (as the previous boys walked out) to purchase items the grown man began name calling, yelling to "get the @&@@@& out of my store" while pointing at my 12 year old son with a BASEBALL BAT from behind the cashier counter. He didn't show me the receipt when he scanned my lottery that had $5 prize, but he kept saying i just won $3. And DID NOT GIVE ME THE RECEIPT. Showed it to me like 0.1 second and put that back to him. He strongly recommended to get a new lottery instead of getting $3 cash, so I got it but when I saw the same lottery I found out there was no such $3 prize. Prize starts from $4. If I could rate this store a Negative 100, I would. I have been coming to this store for 6 years, because it's convenient and close to where I live. However, I have to consistently put up with the rude employees and their total lack of customer service. In addition, the place is absolutely filthy! I've called 7-11 corporate a couple of times regarding the fact I go into the store and there is no employee in sight. One time, I just put the money on the counter and walked out and he came running out of the store from somewhere accusing me of stealing! I had to show him where I put my $1 for my refill on the counter because he wasn't around! Today, 12/8/16 I went in to get my usual refill and the health inspector was there--I couldn't make a purchase because they were closing the store due to health violations! Go figure that!
