I feel like their milk ratio is higher than most places - which leaves the latte to taste "watered down" and the espresso or matcha gets drowned out by the milk. I have tried this place 4 times now and will be going elsewhere for my coffee & matchas. Inside seating is small BUT there are quite a few tables available with OUTLETS, which is helpful for doing laptop work, etc. They have a LOYALTY (points) system which is nice for working towards a free drink at least. They have quite a few different pastries - croissants, donuts (which are very yummy & fluffy), cheese danishes, cinnamon rolls, etc etc Service is usually pretty QUICK and friendly, which I appreciate.

In principle, this is understandable, but in practice, the customer service felt very lacking. Typically nicer coffee shops that we have gone to have been more than happy to replace a drink if it was not what we expected. I understand their policy, but do think that they lost a chance to provide exceptional customer service, and thus lost us as customers. We won't be returning here, unfortunately.

Over weight guy with a beard. Tells everybody they are closed while he sits where and watches videos on his phone. What a shame. I live next door and have to drive to another 711 every time. Everytime I go late at night to get a coke slurppy the machines is always messed up and the worker there is always irritated with customers. he is the worse employee they have and yet I guess they can't find anyone else to work.
