Today I went to Starbucks and had to ask for a remake of my drink because there were a lot of strawberry seeds settled at the bottom, which made it really hard to sip through the straw. I decided to stop by a different location, and I'm so glad I did because Hannah took such great care of me. She was incredibly sweet, didn't hesitate to remake my drink, and even offered helpful suggestions like adjusting the ice level. She made sure to leave out the strawberries so I could actually enjoy it without the issue I had earlier. Her kindness and attention to detail really made my day thank you, Hannah! read more

The good: I jumped on the basic bandwagon and tried something with pumpkin flavoring for September 1 (AKA October). You can order ahead online on their app and then just pick-up your drink at the pick-up counter. I tried the chai latte with pumpkin flavoring for a little under $5. For a tall, this means 3 pumps of pumpkin flavoring. A grande is 4 pumps of pumpkin flavoring. I enjoyed the hot chai drink even in the 80-90 degree summer weather. It isn't as spicy as some chais. It tastes more like the Tazo chai. There is plenty of parking here. The bad: There was no patio seating. There is also no drive-thru. There was one worker here who wore his mask under his nose. The interior of the store is pretty small. When you purchase through their app, you're forced to "load your card" with money. There wasn't an option to just pay for the 1 drink. That's how they get your to come back. I had to load $15 (or more). The interesting: The name Starbucks came from the book Moby Dick. It was the name of first-mate, Starbuck, who joins the captain on the quest to kill the whale. read more

We live near 5 different Starbucks locations and have been coming to this location for over 6 years and they're still consistently one of the best Starbucks stores in the area. We know when we come here that our hot sandwiches will be heated all the way through, that our drinks will almost always be accurate, and that service will most likely be quick and friendly. Especially during the pandemic this location is doing a good job of making sure to keep the community safe with distancing and masks and cleaning and we appreciate that because although we make coffee every morning at home, it's nice to pick up iced coffee in the afternoon or a special treat that we couldn't make at home like a nitro cold brew. My 1st time coming to this Starbucks location. Located in the same plaza as Star light cinema. I called before coming here to make sure they still have some dragon fruits left because seems like a lot of Starbucks location are running out Per my visit on Thursday. The one in my city ran out. Associate said it still taste the same without fruit. I mean it somewhat does but the fruit makes the difference. I love the crunch of the dried fruits when sipping my drink and alone the color makes it so aesthetic...oh so pretty. When there's no fruit. Looks like you're drinking water lol The associate here are very friendly and patient, I'll have to remember there's this SB next to the theatre So i can grab myself a drink of choice here before the movies. Parking might be a little bit difficult since it's right near the theatre and in a busy plaza with lots of eateries and other businesses. Right next to Fuji grill, a sushi restaurant and Golden spoon, yogurt shop. Also. This might be the closet location near my house that closes @ 9 p.m! YAY!!! But since it is on a Sunday n if almost closing time. Suggest calling 1st b4 heading over. I've noticed yelp has some wrong closing time and also baristas might want to end their weekend off early. Totally understandable. I went to another SB B4 Coming here since my city location closed b4 their closing time indicated on Yelp Currently running a challenge in honor of earth day. No complaints about service the many times I have been here. Have a Starbucks app and buy from Starbucks at many locations. This is more about overall treatment of a good customer. I was getting yogurt next door and walked over to use the restroom. I have no problem with and understand the use of a code, and I have been to Starbucks and asked for the code before even if I wasn't buying something at the time. This time it wasn't going to happen. I'm a disabled senior citizen who obviously wasn't going to carve my initials in the mirror or worse. I feel like this is the worst location if you're in a time crunch. It's also small, so keep that in mind if you choose this location. The staff is very friendly! Some of the people there are so wonderful with customers and have a smile on their face when it's obviously busy and stressful! I suggest coming in the late afternoon, or ordering mobile 15-20 minutes ahead if you don't want a wait. Twice (my last two visits) I ordered mobile ice tea refreshers in the morning around 10a and showed up and waited... and waited... and waited! No one ever asked me at the bar if I needed help or wanted anything. I tried to asked for help, but no one heard me so I kept waiting. Both times I waited 20-30 minutes for them to tell me my drink was out of stock and they had to remake another drink for me... unfortunately, the drinks they made that I tried didn't taste good. The strawberry refresher reminded me of the puke flavored jelly bean. I moved away since those two experiences in October, so I won't be back for awhile. I did call Starbucks customer support phone and they refunded the money on my card. So never fret too hard if something goes wrong. If I had more time they'd just remake it. All in all! Holy wow, this is the best Starbucks in the city. I go out of my way and pass by the other Starbucks on my commute just to go to this one. The partners are very personable, work hard, and deliver the best drink they can, despite some of the rude customers who come in and demand more than they honesty pay for. Ever wanted to be that cool kid that walks into the store, walks past an absurdly long line of Luddites that refuses to adopt helpful consumer technology, be treated like a VIP, and walk out? It's called TSA PreCheck--Er, wait, I mean the Starbucks mobile app. Anyway, yeah, you walk in, grab your order, walk out. As with all Starbucks mobile orders, your name will appear stamped on the order, whether it's food or drink. There's plenty of seating here, and WiFi is fast. As you can see from my pictures uploaded to this review, I got a speedtest downstream of about 23 Mbps. That's not bad. It's not as fast as other cities like Phoenix Arizona (where I got 50 Mbps downstream frequently even with many patrons present on their laptops) but for California, especially an older city like Anaheim, this is pretty good. You take what you can get in California. So come on down, get the mobile app, and start getting your corporate-grade, restroom-all-races-matter coffee. I stopped at the Starbucks Store on 5655 East La Palma, In Anaheim Hills. The place was nice and clean and, there was outside seating as well. The cashier was nice and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Machiiacchio hot Grande. I also ordered a County Register to read the local news. The coffee was hot with a rich creamy coffee flavor, with a hint of caramel. I hate buying coffee in the morning at this location. Wish they had a drive through so I could avoid their weirdness.. I have to listen to the employees complain and lash out at each other while I'm in line.. it makes it awkward and I dont understand how the employees keep their jobs? This is literally the worst Starbucks. I've been to this location numerous times and every time there are issues. They used to have curbside then they removed it. They used to have mobile online order but they turn it off whenever. I have tried ordering online on random times during the day and it's never an option. When I do happen to get mobile order, and I come in, they don't acknowledge any mobile order so you could be standing there for a while before they even ask if you're there for pickup. When I do go inside to order, it is just chaos. There's no line management and they just let people cut in line with no acknowledgement of the other people that have been in line. Apparently, these people close this location whenever they feel like it. This isn't the first time I hear this happening but today I experienced it in person. I just drove up to this location for an afternoon drink and the doors are locked with the lights on inside. There's one person walking around cleaning and when I knocked on the glass they just looked at me and gave the Closed sign. I never liked this location before because the previous staff/team were loud and unprofessional and messed up my order a lot, but now they have new staff. Went on a Tuesday night and there were only 3 people working. One taking orders, one making drinks and the other staff doing inventory. Shout out to JEFF who took my order (tall white dude with glasses). Nice dude and well-mannered. Over heard a customer complained about a drink and he took care of the problem respectfully. Emily charged us $5.95 each for a drink that my wife and I each get at least 1 a day at locations all over Southern California for $3.95. When we asked she said she can charge whatever she wants... I don't know how true that is... except maybe the Disneyland locations. After we complained she reduced it to $5.35, still $1.40 more than we should have been charged. Needless to say with at least 2 other locations within ¼ mile we will never be returning to this location. Either A) cashier's can charge whatever they like. B) this location charges more than than the other 2 neighbouring locations, and the location at my work, my wife's work, and every other location to which I've ever been. read more

I stop by this location everyday to pick up my mobile order before I head into work. Everyday my order is ready on time and its a great way to start my morning. Last Friday I came in and my drink was ready but my oatmeal was not. I was in a rush so I advised the barista to just give my oatmeal to someone else. Like I stated earlier I have never had an issue with getting my order on time so this was a rarity. Today (Monday) I stopped in and my order was ready to go just like normal. As I headed out I was called back and the barista gave me a gift card to make up for the order on Friday.
