The moment I opened the door, the aroma of coffee rolled out and embraced me. This is a good sign. Service is good and polite. I asked about Spanish Latte and the Cereal Latte and I was given a detailed explanation. I was also assured that I could change the sweetness level. I was told Spanish Latte has condensed milk and cinnamon and it's sweeter than the cereal coffee. So I decided to go with Spanish Latte with 25% sweetness level. The coffee was good, lots of cinnamon and tasted just like an oat milk coffee to me though it is with whole milk. It's a small coffee shop with a few tables for seating. I haven't been back since they had their soft opening years ago, but everything is the exact same! There's a small space to sit and sip your drink. The bar is easily seen and the staff is very friendly. The cold brew is not that good unfortunately. It's sour, as if it's old and needs to be remade. The strength is okay. I can't recommend it. Small coffee shops with a pretty solid menu an a few tables! I came in late on a Saturday morning. The line was moderate but moved pretty quickly. We got an earl gray latte (seasonal) and an oat cereal latte. Both were pretty good. I also got an almond croissant. It was okay. Total for everything was $17.50. i came here to get a coffee or matcha, since those seem to be the most interesting drinks. then i saw they had a double hojicha and knew i had to get it. i love hojicha and the hojicha cold foam is some of the best i've had. i would give the drink a 8.5-9/10. the drink isnt watery and it is perfectly balanced. the inside was very cute, but it was quite crowded when i went. it is a bit on the pricey size for the size, but i think its worth it. i would definitely come back to try their other drinks as well read more

The single origin filter coffee is also nice - when I stopped by it was a very pleasant light roast. They also have espresso drinks and various cold foam flavored coffees and matchas. MADE Coffee has expanded so good for them. I first knew them from their original Fullerton location, then saw them expand to Costa Mesa, and now I'm especially happy they're local at Yorba Linda Packing House. Having this spot along my weekend grab-and-go walking route is great!! Drink-wise, the Ube coffee is my go-to but twice came across too vanilla-ly but the coffee is smooth. The matcha, however, was a bit underwhelming for me--on the weaker side compared to other matchas I've had, so I probably wouldn't order that again. I had also tried the pistachios cream coffee and it's good. The space itself is small but inviting, which actually adds to the charm. One detail I really loved is the string of photos along the counter--it makes the place feel personal and grounded, like you're connected to the pictures, especially the dogs...and they offer treats for the pups, as well. My only comment is for the paragons to go slower at the corner...folks here drive a bit too fast in this place and forget the concept of yielding for those backing out. read more

Updated Review: Made Coffee still holds up their quality! I frequent this location and it's usually my go to if I'm craving coffee or matcha. I am closer to the east Anaheim area and am usually willing to drive out here for a coffee pick-up over closer coffee spots! I don't recall if they've always used ceremonial matcha but this matcha was such good quality. I recently had Da Vien matcha and this tops it by a long shot. It has the perfect amount of strength and fresh/bright flavor you want in a good quality matcha. Nice workers as always and clean cafe! Good amount of outlets but small seating area. I visited this location for a late afternoon coffee. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior is small with six tables and there were a few unshaded stools outside. I ordered an iced Spanish latte and, even though it was late in the day, there were several choices in their pastry case so I purchased a cinnamon roll too. My name was quickly called and I retrieved my order from the counter and sat at a table. The iced Spanish latte had an excellent cinnamon flavor and the latte was well made. I finished it quickly as 2/3 of the cup was filled with ice. This is why I rarely get an iced coffee drink as the amount of ice is often overdone. The cinnamon roll, warmed up, was incredible. Fresh with the perfect amount of cinnamon and icing, I recommend you add one of these to your order. Staff were pleasant and the vibe was relaxed. A good stop for coffee or tea. read more

Found a very cool coffee shop called Made Coffee. Location in Yorba Linda (Orange County). It's known for their coffee that's Made here. I've heard a lot of great things about this coffee shop. I usually stop by there whenever I'm nearby. My usual drink here is the Ice Mocha Latte. I was hooked by their coffee. Not too bad for their quality. It's soooo refreshing. At some other coffee shops, I more prefer their hot mocha, but not ice mocha. I know, I can be kind of weird. But Made Coffee quality on all the drinks are amazing. Service here is amazing. They're fully prepared to make all those drinks in timely manner. Seating area is available. Not too many though, since it's a small shop. But I usually get my drink to go before a 30+ minutes drive back home. Overall.... 5 stars. I'll try to stop by more often. read more

Local little coffee spot with very nice staff. Sometimes I come by on Friday afternoon and it is usually busy, but they are fast. I like their iced Spanish Latte, and you can customize its sweetness. I either request 50% or keep it as-is. It is tasty. There can sometimes be too much ice though. But I'm finding this is the case with many coffee places. Service is good. First time there today and got the spiced chai, because I wanted something with lower caffeine. (The worker confirmed the matcha would have higher caffeine content.) Made Coffee is right next to the UPS Store, so since I was there, my little guy and I stopped in for a treat. It was right before closing so it was fairly quiet. The baked goods were put away, but the little guy spied some fancy lemonades. He tried the blue orange lemonade and he LOVED it. Came back again with my better half and little guy when we again had to go to the UPS store. Little guy got the same blue orange lemonade, I got a decaf Americano and my better half got a decaf pumpkin spice latte. All the drinks were good, service was great and the drinks were made quickly. I got the regular ceremonial matcha latte with simple syrup. Immediately you can tell just by looking at the color that the matcha wasn't going to be good. I don't know how much matcha powder they use in their standard recipe but you cannot taste the matcha at all. I was so disappointed. It just tasted like sweetened milk. I'd rate this place a 4.5 overall! The service was amazing, and let me tell you about the Ube Matcha , it was SO good. I got my matcha half-sweetened with honey, and it gave the drink the perfect balanced sweetness. The flavors blended really well, and it honestly hit the spot. The only reason I'd deduct 0.5 is because of the flimsy cup lid. I tried grabbing it to snap it back on, but it pushed into the drink and my fingers ended up covered in ube. After finally getting it open, I snapped it back and as it snapped into place it splashed ube all over my clothes especially my brand new white top. Obviously might be user error but those lids are so irritating to open especially when there is cold foam on top. I love that they use Counter Culture beans sourced from around the world to craft their artisanal beverages. The cozy, inviting atmosphere and cute Asian-inspired decor make it such a great place to hang out, whether I'm meeting a friend or getting some work done. I also appreciate the ample parking and the Tesla chargers right out front--it's so convenient. The service is amazing too; everyone is friendly and welcoming. On this visit, I ordered a seasonal Nutcracker Latte (even with a quad shot, it was still too sweet for me), an Americano, and a slice of coffee cake (just alright). This place is my go-to when I am in the yorba linda area! I love going to cafes in Irvine and the Tustin area but it's harder to find such cafes in Yorba Linda. Fortunately, Made Coffee brings the cafe culture to this area. The drinks are delicious and I especially love their line of earl grey drinks. The workers are very kind and there is a moderate amount of seating. However, I wouldn't recommend this place for people that come to study because it gets quite busy and the tables aren't exactly made of studying. Overall, Made is a great place to try and get a little caffeine boost. If you're looking to study, I recommend getting a drink at Made and going to the YL public library to study! read more
