With a wide selection of apparel sorted by color, it was super easy to find the suit I wanted. Since it had been nearly four years since I last wore a suit, my business wardrobe was in desperate need of an update. Nik, the store manager, went the extra mile to offer helpful product knowledge, stellar service, and customer satisfaction. After listening first to understand my needs and budget, he suggested beautiful pieces that would flatter my body type and achieve my desired professional look. Intending to buy only one suit, I ended up purchasing three during the Thanksgiving Sale -- at great value and superior quality. After hand steaming each piece with care, Nik placed them in garment bags so they would be ready to wear for a business trip. I highly recommend seeing Nik when you are looking for the perfect contemporary business suit at great value.

It's really annoying - management please address this! Not appropriate to keep ppl waiting for sake of waiting. Not efficient and upsetting. People in line are leaving too because of the frustration. It's the opposite of customer service, the staff is doing things that's convenient and easiest for them instead of for the customers. Change the policy of not letting people in, at least allow 25 ppl or something... it looks bad when your store is empty and you are forcing ppl to wait outside!

Not only did they refuse to acknowledge what we had been told, but one staff member wouldn't even open the door to speak with us. She simply pointed to the back of the line, rolled her eyes, and dismissed us completely. When she finally cracked the door open, she accused us of being "audacious" for even asking--and then shut the door in our faces. It was shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and shows a total lack of communication between staff. We were treated with zero courtesy, despite following their instructions exactly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business. They need better training for their staff. I'll gladly take my business next door--there's no shortage of luxury brands that actually know how to treat their customers with respect.
