I especially like how the men's section is at least of the location, which is rare for these luxury brands. Plenty of mall parking, especially on this raining Sunday. But within an hour after the rain stopped, the mall got crazy busy! Service - Good. Price - Expensive. Not to mention the salespeople were approachable and not pushy. I beelined it for the pilot bags that were on a shelf in the center of the store, by the registers. They had a burnt orange saddle color and a bright blue. I was going to pick up the orange one but my eyes shot over to the wall along the left when I saw the colorblocked neutral pilot bag in both the small and the medium. Monica walked by to see how I was doing and let me begin my neurotic handbag shopping assessment. My heart stopped because it felt like the stars had aligned so that our paths would cross today. The planets aligned too since they were an additional 30% off the sale price. I couldn't believe my luck. The last thing I wanted to double check was to see where the bags were made. Maybe I've worked with handbags for too long. Maybe I care too much about sourcing. Whatever it is, Monica confirmed that they were made in Italy. From there, I had to decide which size I wanted. It took me a while and when I called my boyfriend in, he was of course no help. When I had decided on the small one, Monica checked and saw that they had another one in the back. After having dealt with handbag sales for so long, I didn't mind either way. But I know that shoppers care and it was really nice of her to bring me that one. In addition, he inquired about what else we were shopping for, and made some recommendations on some other stores that we could take a look at as well. After an exhausting day looking through the major brands, we found a few accessories that I wanted, but could not find another pair of shoes that I liked. When we returned to Johnston & Murphy, the same salesperson that was working from earlier was still there, and he both remembered me and the pair of shoes he put on hold for me, as well brought out some belts that I could try on. Having remembered our conversation earlier in the day when I mentioned I was also shopping for a new belt. When checking out, my fiancé noticed a very slight blemish on one of the shoes, and the salesperson very kindly buffed and polished both shoes for us without hesitation. And upon leaving, my fiancé noticed an elderly couple in the store in which the husband was wearing a cap from the same hotel we are getting married in at Hawaii. What a small world! Great experience, great service, and excellent quality and selection of men and women's formal footwear. Highly recommend this store, and will not hesitate to come shop here again!

They do not tell you about this . Even though the receipt only shows one item marked as final sale while others are not. Also the store prices are twice as much as they are on Nordstrom Rack or Saks Fifth Avenue. They only price match if you bring it up to them while you are literally at the register. Tried calling the store the day after purchase, but no one answers the phone. I was outta town so my fiancé went to the store, but there was no store manager. I went to the store 5 days after the purchase, but they wouldn't price match two items because Nordstrom Rack/ Saks wouldn't list Style codes online. To prove her point, she googled the style code, and it didn't pop up. Not even on their own Vince website. The items I purchased were about $200 more in the store and they wouldn't allow me to return, exchange or give me store credit. They made me wait in store for over an hour while they spoke to the manager who educated them on their "policies". Will not return to this brand, due to the scammy nature of the brands policies and the store associates being dishonest.
