Every time I'm in the highway and pass by large trucks 3/10 times something comes flinging my windshields way and it's weathered many cracks over the 13 years I've had it. My biggest disappointment comes from the lack of communication afterwards. They did not contact me for the final installation until July 13. The shop charged my insurance nearly $6,000, yet my car was returned to me with poor-quality and incomplete repairs. I have included photos of the $6,000 repair they billed my insurance company, along with my rental car receipts, so you can see exactly what I went through and judge the quality of the work for yourself. The first time I picked up my car, no one told me the job was not actually finished. Also Clips had been removed or were missing, and my car made a horrible noise while I was driving on the freeway. It honestly sounded like my wheel was going to fall off, my anxiety and stress was ultimate high. I had to bring the car back, rent another vehicle, and wait while the North Park location sent my car to Miramar and then back again. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process. I constantly had to call for updates because no one kept me informed. My insurance only covered a rental car for one month. Because this shop took so long and still had not completed the repairs correctly, I had to pay for another month of rental expenses and rental insurance out of my own pocket. They did not cover the full rental cost and would not even agree to pay half of my rental insurance, even though their delays and poor workmanship were the reason I needed the rental for so long. The second time they returned my car, the clips still had not been properly installed. I was driving on the freeway with my baby in the car, genuinely scared that the wheel or part of my car was going to come off because of the horrible noise. I then had to continue driving the car like that for another month while waiting for them to finish the job. That was completely unacceptable and unsafe. I had to return to the shop four separate times just to get the repair completed correctly. Pablo, the manager at the North Park location, did not go above and beyond to resolve the situation. There was no urgency, accountability, or concern for the stress, financial loss, inconvenience, or safety risk this caused me and my baby. I have already notified my insurance company about this experience and asked them not to recommend this shop as a reliable or trustworthy repair facility. This place is a disaster. Poor workmanship, terrible communication, excessive delays, unsafe repairs, and no accountability. Save yourself the stress and take your car somewhere else.

Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

This review is long time over due. Prices used to be the best in town. May still be. My own vehicle had the windshield replaced with only a little bit of issue with the moulding. I drove it to them and they fixed it while I waited. They apologized profusely.... so i said hey, no problem. i recommended them to my work......... This is where I got into trouble. Their lead installer is terrible. He wears dark sunglasses the whole time while installing your windshield I am assuming that he has sensitivity to light, right?. He did a bad job on 2 of our company vehicles. 1St Time It was the moulding around the windshield. I I called in and the guy that answered was very nice and said he would come out and repair it him self. He came out and fixed it after several hours. it was a big hassle as this is a service vehicle and needs to be on the road making money... I thought well the price is right, if we need them again, well maybe. Then of course another driver comes in several months later and says oh hey my windshield got cracked i dont know how... ok we'll call around for pricing. West Coast still the cheapest... I make the judgment call to say, ok this time I will tell them don't send the tech that is not thorough. The guy with all tattoos everywhere Mexican guy with the sunglasses. (i have nothing against tattoos but you are going to a corporate place, long sleeves, hello?) What did they do?. Sent him again. He ended up scratching the headliner in our new vehicle. What a shame. We will never use them again at work or for me personally or anyone I know. I just cant see giving a company another try after that many chances. read more

I contacted West Coast Auto Glass late on a Saturday for a windshield replacement on a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. Manny took the call and personally assisted me with booking the appointment for Monday morning. I made mention of a 149.95 windshield replacement coupon I had found in a free advertising publication and he said he would honor it. I wish to state my extreme satisfaction with their service. When I contacted Manny on Monday morning to confirm the appointment he informed me the windshield for the Crosstour was substantially higher than the one for the Accord, which he had initially found in his reference materials to quote the service. He told me he would still honor the coupon price and proceeded to confirm the appointment. He saved me over 100.00 dollars in comparison with all the other outfits I had contacted to get quotes. This was of great value to me since lease on the Crosstour was expiring in under a month, I did not have to spend a lot of money on a repair for a vehicle I would not own any longer. His techinician was polite and properly attired and he showed up right on time. He was courteous and his demeanor was excellent. He finished the job in under an hour. I would definitely recommend West Coast Auto Glass to anyone. I will make sure I hold on to that coupon in case I ever need his services again. read more

I suffered a broken windshield thanks to a palm that fell upon it thanks to the strong winds and the negligent property management company that hasn't trimmed the palm trees in front of their property. I called West Coast Auto Glass and the lady who recieved my call was very helpful and reassuring, so I took it to them, even though they offered to come to me for the same price. When I got there, I was promptly attended and within 45 minutes I was out of there with a new windshield. Manuel, Manny, is the store owner and he runs a good shop. All his employees are upbeat and do their job with a smile. I was upset about having to replace my windshield, but after meeting the crew at West Coast and feeling the good vibe that is going on there ... I am thankful for the oportunity to know of this business. I pray that they prosper and enjoy God's blessings. read more

Back in 2006 I had these guys tint my windows. They cut the weather strip on my front passenger door. Although they offered to replace it, it was an issue and I didn't want them working on my car after that. Now many years later. The tint they applied with a lifetime guarantee is now wavy and has turned from black to a greenish color. Needless to say I'll never go back. I just stumbled across this forum and had to post. Had the windshield replace on my 2002 Acura MDX this morning and everything went exactly as planned--the tech was scheduled between 10-12, and he came at 11:00 and was fininshed at 12:00.
