I got great service here! They were very helpful and informative. The reason for the 4 stars is because the car was so low on gas--it actually said it had four miles to go before I was out--that I had to stop and put gas in during the test drive, which I found frustrating. And, it didn't have any gas in the tank when I took I drove it off the lot. Otherwise they were great and I love my new to me car!

My boyfriend went here to get a car after been turned down at other places. They went above and beyond for him and I highly recommend go here to get a ride. They would not let us come down until he was approved. I plan on buying my next vehicle from them and I just got a car somewhere else. Thank you for everything you guys did for him!!!!!

Bought a rare model Cadillac CTS wagon. Drove 2hr and was able to do a same day appt before close. They were friendly and accommodating to my late arrival. They were super stubborn on the down payment despite my excellent credit and were not flexible on pricing. You win some and lose some.. it was my dream car and in excellent condition one owner low ish miles so I made the purchase. I asked if their mechanic had gone thru the car they said YES. Got the car in march, by June I have spent almost $5000 fixing the car. I'm convinced they cleared the check engine codes. Had to do the alternator and the timing chain and when I got it home I realized the oil was FILTHY and one of the tires ended up blowing out completely. The loan people they use will not stop harassing me trying to bully me into getting a black card with them calling over and over again from different numbers. This has been overall a terrible experience. They wanted me to do a review that same day and I would have given them 5 stars then but knowing what I know now I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. They had even offered me a warranty but then retracted the offer because the car is a 2010. Another red flag was them talking down to and about one of their potential customers basically calling the person cheap and annoying for trying to get the best deal and being pushy about it... smart customer, honestly, and I wish I would have been more pushy myself about price and at least negotiating some basic maintenance on the car before purchase. read more

Brian, I offered to give him my drivers license and my insurance card. I came there for one particular vehicle come to find out that there was some problem with the seat and that it was as is and that it was not drivable prices are in your windshield so I know what my budget is and there was a particular car. I know what you're asking price was and wanted to test drive it I shouldn't have to go through all the other questions as long as I provided you with my drivers license and my insurance, I shouldn't have to tell him how much I want to spend or how much money I have or if I want to finance, or promise that I'm going to purchase a vehicle !! that is something that can be discussed. If I decide I want one of your vehicles not before. read more

Got a Hybrid Camry recently from here. This was my first car from a dealership. I was overcharged and did not realize until after I signed the contract. The ceiling was falling off as well, and I was forced to pay for it out of my own pocket because I signed an as-is, no cancellations contract. Had to replace the aux port, and the rear speakers as well. This dealership will rip you off for everything they possibly can, and say anything to get you to buy a car. The only thing I don't have a complaint about is the quality of the vehicle itself, since it was in fact a good vehicle. If you're going to buy here, check everything extremely thoroughly and investigate before you buy, and pay the extra $350 for the cancellation policy in case the car is not up to snuff. read more

Purchased a car in July of 2025 it is now February 2026 and the car is crap. One day after bringing home the check engine light turned on and has been on ever since. There is a misfire on cylinder 3 and needs a whole new engine. This place is a complete scam and unfortunately doing this to many people and families that need a reliable car. Very sad to see. We bought my daughter her first car from 7 Star Auto Sales and couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience. Brian assisted us, from the first time I called until we signed on the dotted line and he was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and not pushy at all....basically everything you would want in a Salesperson. We ended up buying a 2015 Subaru Legacy and the price was fantastic. We were looking at one previously that was the same year/model being sold by a private owner for the same price but her had 55,000 more miles on it. We checked out some used Hondas being sold by one of the big (I leaved unnamed) auto dealerships in Roseville and I was not impressed. One of the cars we test drove in Roseville had big obvious issues as soon as we drove it off the lot. I couldn't believe they even had it out for sale. We should have made 7 Star Auto Sales our first stop!! And I will definitely be checking them out the next time we're getting ready to buy a car! read more

Purchased a 2014 Range Rover 5.0 Supercharged. Traded in my 2013 Audi A8-L. Everyone believes my vehicle is new. It is sick, in a good way. Has a movie theater package that is outstanding thanks to the Meridian sound package. The difference between an 4.0 twine turbo charged Audi and the 5.O supercharged Range Rover is: -Rover has real wood. Looks like my high end ProAc speakers. -Supercharger is instant. Twin turbo has to kick in. -Rover senses all occupants. Is smarter. -Rover has a cooler for drinks in the front seats. -Rover has massaging seats..front & back. -Rover has heated & cooled seats....with different zones. -Rover has blissfully less cabin noise. -Driving a Rover feels exactly like riding in an airplane. -Rover is beyond luxury. -The Rover is Hummer that can reach speeds well over 150mph. Only issue I have is finding a gas cap lock and the gas door not locking. It is the most beautiful vehicle I have ever owned. Mechanically solid as a rock!!! The 2014 full size version is the only body style I liked. I can't believe I am driving this vehicle!!! Thank you 7 Star!!! P.S. Water leaks inside the Audi due to some windshield water pump clogging issue. Thank you for taking that horror show off my hands!!! read more

Sold a lemon. We took this Hummer back for maintenance through them a few days after we purchased the vehicle (it's over an hour drive). The trip home on the day we purchased the vehicle, the engine light started to flash (it only flashes once you hit 75 miles). Yes, we test drove it but only down the street from the dealer. How can you register a vehicle with the engine light on... you can't! But, you can deceive the process and I believe that's what they did!!! But, the tags came in the mail 2 weeks later. I made my significant other take it to our local mechanic. Fuses were never changed. Seat warms don't work. Oil leaking. Electrical wiring is trash. Doors don't unlock. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this dealer. I should've listen to my gut when he demanded cash. Then changed his policy once I told my partner, "let's go". The banks are closed and I wasn't doing cash. Then, all of a sudden Zelle was an option! Buyer Beware!!!! I gave a star, because I can't give them NO stars nor can I give a negative star. read more

I told you guys I would give you an update Brian sold me a car. He was very nice. My car broke down as soon as I got home. There was a hole in the radiator like they did a quick fix on it ... I called him up, and he totally switched his attitude from nice to straight the devil lol .... He told me it wasn't his problem. And to deal with it i told him I didn't want to have to take this far. I had to threaten him.He finally said he'll pay for the part, but not the toe.Or the labor.. I am a single dad with two kids i don't make a lot.It cost me $450 that is a lot to money to me i got it fixed and two days later.The hose to my turbo fell off .. Look, my brother committed suicide and my mom died of cancer i am used to life stepping on me so I can take it.But I just hope that the next person really pays attention to what i'm saying , and If i was you, I would not buy from this dealership i hope you guys read my whole description have a beautiful rest of your day read more

I came here this morning and I was treated very nice from the moment I walked in to the moment that I left. The guys here will help you with whatever they can to help you get the car out of the lot and you can tell they enjoy doing their job. Went there for a $13K 2015 (or something) Mazda 6 they advertised about 4 months ago. Car looked great. Then we asked if we can test drive it, but the two 30ish Middle Eastern looking men said they want to talk money first and get a deal going before we do that. So they want to make sure we can pay? We already have a preapproved loan for 30K from a credit union we have used for 5 cars already and are in great standing with them...so maybe its how we looked that turned them off? I just came off work...my son, who we were buying the car for, wore his usual teenager clothes with ripped jeans and polo shirt, and my wife wore her usual casual clothes...maybe you want us to wear tuxedo or gown next time? Or maybe I was just driving a middle of the road VW. We did go in to talk and it only lasted 10 minutes...they can't even look at us straight in the eye and the guy behind the desk just kept staring at the desktop screen like we were bothering them while being condescending to my wife. Oh well, some people are just like that I guess. We got a car from another dealer that day. read more

These guys sound like robots. Asked to speak to the owner, they refused. Failed to provide info on a car that had no maintenance record over six years. Requested to do a video call for car inspection due to their business following covid protocols, manager stated I had to pay for a third party inspector. These "good reviews" are definitely fake. read more

I will say that I have been a longtime customer with "Chase Bank" ever since they took over the…read moreexisting Washington Mutual locations dating back to 2008-09. And over the years, many Chase locations have closed and downsized throughout the greater Sacramento area. Furthermore, they have eliminated all of their ATM's at Target stores, gas stations, and convenience stores. The Chase Bank that I am focusing on is located directly on Madison Ave (in between Date Ave/College Oak Dr) that is just a couple blocks east of Interstate 80 in Sacramento. I also wanted to add that this location is the only one within a 5-mile radius; the closest other branches are east in Citrus Heights (Sunrise Blvd/Macy Plaza Dr), Antelope (Elverta Rd/Walerga Rd), and Arden-Arcade (Watt Ave/El Camino Ave). That's a very sporadic geographical area but nonetheless, it aligns itself with other major banks (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc). The parking lot is quite spacious since this branch does not share itself with any other businesses. I also wanted to add that the exterior has a drive-thru with two ATM's as well as a walk-up ATM (both open 24 hours). I would advise not using the walk-up ATM after dark since this area can be quite sketch at nighttime. Their hours of operation are standard with other branches as they are open weekdays from 9am-5pm, Saturdays from 9am-2pm, and closed on Sundays. More often than not, I have seen a security guard at the main entrance. The inside is actually very large and spacious with roughly 5-6 walk-up tellers. However, more often than not, you are lucky to get only two employees at any given time. I also wanted to add that there is one inside ATM (where you can withdraw $1s, $5s, $20s, and $100s) and several areas where you can meet with Chase financial advisors in setting up savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and other financial needs. The primary reason why I am giving the Madison Ave Chase Bank three stars are primarily the long wait times I have experienced. I try to do as much as possible on the Chase mobile app but there are times when I need to meet with live humans in doing physical transactions. Some have been very helpful but at other times is trying to pull teeth out of people. One unfortunate thing that happened was that I was the victim of identity theft where my Zelle account was compromised and money was electronically taken out of my bank. That took several staff members in fixing the matter (which did take a few weeks to solve). With the average service, decent location, and overall experience, I am giving the Madison "Chase Bank" an average three star rating.

I was having issues with a strong exhaust smell in the cab of my…read more2013 Chevy Equinox, and was in search for a trustworthy mechanic to take a look and hopefully repair any problems before an upcoming SoCal roadtrip that I was taking with my family. I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!
